The manager Mia walked me through everything over the phone and answered all my questions. I was texted a friendly reminder about the cleaning the day before. As promised the ladies, Hailey and Tess were on time with all of their own equipment. They asked for a tour of the house and got right to work. They emptied all the trash cans and left the trash in the garage for me to take out later. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a living room, rec room, and did a beautiful job in the kitchen and on the stairs. 2 kids, 2 dogs AND 2 full time jobs keep us busy! The house needed a good scrubbing. I feel like this service has opened HOURS of new freedom and time for myself and my family. No harsh chemical smells at all. Honestly, this was better than Christmas. We've signed up for bi- weekly service. There is no required contract and we can adjust or cancel service time at anytime. I feel the price is reasonable for the square footage of our home; well worth every penny.

The office (specifically Mia) is very responsive, the value for the price is great, scheduling is easy, quick, and flexible, and their cleaning checklist is very thorough. With two people working from home, spending our free time cleaning is the last thing we want to do. We haven't used professional house cleaners before, and were so pleased after our first deep clean we immediately called to set up regular cleanings.
The best part though is our cleaner, Skye – she is wonderful. She is professional, always timely (even early in the morning) and does an excellent job each and every time. She rolls with the punches, and is always adapting to remote work schedule changes and our oddball busy neighborhood. She is fantastic with our new puppy (who is fascinated by cleaning and doesn't really "get" personal space yet). Beyond that, she is simply a wonderful person. She is very personable, and is considerate, funny, and kind, and chatting with her brightens my day.

We moved out of state and they showed up and said they could not get any work done because there were no utilities (water and electric.) My husband assumed I had turned them off already and rescheduled for Tuesday 06/07/2022. The utilities had NOT been turned off. They came on Tuesday and said they could not do the work because the kitchen sink has a leak. We asked if they could use other sinks in the house and fill up buckets as we need this done as soon as possible and they said they could not do that and would need to come back after the leak was fixed. When asked for more information of where the water was coming from, top or bottom. They said it was coming from everywhere. Which did not make any sense. As my husband tried to get an understanding but the man kept talking over him and he eventually hung up on husband. He called my husband back a few minutes later and offered to finish the whole house except for the kitchen due to the water, but quoted us 1100 for the complete work when we were originally quoted 300-500. He stated they were there 50 minutes on Saturday, which I still don’t understand what they did with supposedly no power or water for almost an hour and they would need 4 more hours. He said we were quoted for 2- 3 hours. We told them never mind, they needed to just leave. They were very unprofessional, lied about why they couldn’t work on Saturday and at this point we did not trust anything they were saying. They still charged our card $350 for the “work” they did. Since we are out of town I do not know if they did anything at all. Our landlord now has to pay someone to come in and we will need to pay them for that.

They didn't show until 8:30am with not even a phone call to let us know they were running late. The two woman got here and began cleaning. After 4 hours I went to do a quick look to see how things were going. I found rooms not vacuumed and the one lady had been cleaning 3 bathrooms for four hours, our finished basement smelled like wet dog, and the other lady had changed her vacuum bag and dumped dirt all over my floor. They still had more rooms to clean including the kitchen. I spoke to the owner John who was very unprofessional and didn't care about my issue since they charged by the hour. He insisted that my home was filthy and that they were doing the job they were hired for. He didn't want to hear any complaints and proceeded to yell at me and threatened to pull his team out. They never finished cleaning and I now paid to clean my own house before moving. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I called on Friday because I still had cobwebs in the kitchen cabinets and dust on the ceiling fans that they could reach with a two step ladder. They told me that they will be back to finish on Friday afternoon. When I checked on Saturday to see if they wiped it down, they did not. I feel like the follow up was not at a professional level. I will change this once they completed the move in tasks but yes, I am deeply disappointed with their service.

When I called to say what was not done well they immediately scheduled me for a reclean. They were so responsive and understanding. When I tell you my reclean was better than my initial clean. They were on time and very professional. Really did a great job, would definitely use them again.

madelyn niedzwiecki rated it 1/5: did not clean my house!! barely wiped down the counters. in my opinion i think it was over priced! there were still crumbs on my kitchen floor. and when i told them about it they basically gave me to option to quit on them! 1/10 do not recommend! the one girl was super nice and kept to her self but the owner needs a CHECK!!

The crew did an wonderful job for us and the cleaning passed our property managers inspection without a problem! Previous Review from a year ago:I had a tenant move out of my rental home and they left it a mess. I had new tenants moving the next day and so I was in a real bind. I called this company to see if they could help me and to my surprise they were able to get me on that same day .. that was a real relief! The cleaning crew was very professional and got right to work! After about 4 hours they had the place in great shape and it was a real relief. The carpet cleaning company they recommended came in later that day and we were good to go for my new tenant. This company is now on my list of great contractors and I will use them again the next time I need cleaning.

It should have been an initiated thing by one of the crew to say hey, let’s do a walk through to make sure everything is what you requested per your guarantee. But that did not happen. They were there for MAYBE an hour and packed their things and walked out the front door and left. I should not have to clean after hired cleaners cleaned. Smh. My complaint is about the price compared to the quality of work that was done… TWICE. This home was left in worse condition in some areas after the first crew left. There is dried oven cleaner all over the ovens now that I had to clean off myself.
The first crew that came walked in and said that their vacuum might go out and that they have a second one that smells bad. The photos here were taken after the first crew cleaned for 2 1/2 hours. A second crew was sent to clean and fix it the next day. The racks in the oven were still not cleaned, had to ask them to clean the dirty vent in the master AFTER my husband showed them these areas on concern, and a closet still was not swept and dishwasher not wiped down. Ridiculous. I should not have to walk around and point out things to clean, this should be the crews job to know what routine things to wipe and clean in every home. I would never recommend this place to anyone. For 518 dollars this should have been a very thorough move out clean. I still had to clean after the second crew left the second day.
madelyn niedzwiecki rated it 1/5: did not clean my house!! barely wiped down the counters. in my opinion i think it was over priced! there were still crumbs on my kitchen floor. and when i told them about it they basically gave me to option to quit on them! 1/10 do not recommend! the one girl was super nice and kept to her self but the owner needs a CHECK!!

I had them come out to my apartment to do the initial inspection, once they sent me the quote to clean my one bedroom apartment, I scheduled my cleaning. I work in healthcare and don’t have much free time, but I do keep my place pretty clean, nothing a quick wipe down of things and some mopping couldn’t handle. I came home from work that night to look over their work and noticed multiple things that were missed. These things definitely shouldn’t have been missed, they were very noticeable and not difficult to reach or clean or anything, I think it was just some drops of yogurt on my end table. If they were doing a proper cleaning job, they would have easily seen it but I’m assuming they rushed the job because they had a pretty clean apartment to begin with. They also missed things that they said are part of their checklist like dusting the fans. I decided to give them a second chance, I scheduled my cleaning and was excited to come home to a clean apartment that night after work. Well, I got home and noticed nothing had been cleaned. Turns out they stopped by but left because I wasn’t home. This wasn’t an issue on the first clean so why would it be now? Apparently, they wrote in the wrong section on their work order paperwork that my door would be unlocked and the cleaner never bothered to check with his boss or me. I didn’t receive a call or text or anything asking if they could get into my apartment. I called the next day to find out what happened, the salesman told me about their mistake and said “sorry we messed up twice on your place”, I told him I’m going to have to go with another company and his response was “it is what it is”. No attention to detail, no integrity, and definitely no respect. I made this mistake but won’t make it again.
