Especially for the amount of work being done. Online quote was pretty exact. Great customer service on the phone. Adam and Juan were awesome!!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. They were very polite and friendly. Took their time to explain the process. They put on shoe coverings before they entered, which we greatly appreciated. Grout and tile was inspected inch by inch to ensure area was cleaned properly. They literally got on their hands and knees. We could see a huge before and after difference! My tile floor was left with a nice shine. Very pleased, definitely recommend!!!

They did a better job than I thought they would be able to do. There were some really bad areas in the hallway that I didn't think would come out, but by the looks of it, they were able to get that area cleaned. They completed the job fairly quickly. I also liked how easy it was to schedule online and that the quote and actually costs were the same! I highly recommend this company!

They only cleaned the floor with a dirty garage broom that I provided as they did not have any of their own supplies.
For $570 we expected a professional deep clean which we did not receive.
We will not be using this company again, very disappointing.

We have two dogs that shed quite a bit so the "tumbleweeds" get pretty bad. Not a tumbleweed to be seen. I have a couple of sinks that I had not been able to get some scuffs out of and water stains from the other, they both looked new after the cleaning. Lu is very professional and very nice. They also send reminders of your scheduled cleaning. And the pricing is very competitive. Strongly recommend this company.

I had them scheduled to Rough clean my New Chick-fil-a in Kingsville on Saturday as it needed to be 100% Clean by this morning Monday a m.
Saturday they told me that they couldn't make it until Sunday at around 11 a m. They didn't show up so I called Silvia multiple times and she did not answer or returned calls. I finally got her to answer Sunday at around 12:30. She said they would be here in an hour. 7 hours passed and still no cleaning crew. I must have called her 12 times. Sent her text messages. Left voice mails, and sent her emails and she never responded.
I Don't need her now and never will. I hope you out there stay away from this Cleaning Service.

She works alone, but is quick, gets the job done right and takes the time to listen to how you would prefer for things to be done. She is trustworthy and has a very warm personality. Brian Hartman rated it 1/5: I was moving into a new house, it was completely empty so it should have been a very easy house to clean. We hired Camille's Angels to come clean. They sent over 4 ladies, who were all very nice. They told me it would take 4 hours, its a 1750 sq/ft house. I left and came back 4 hours later and they were finishing up cleaning. We ended up paying $500, they asked if there was anything else we wanted them to do, but I needed to start moving my stuff in so I said no without really taking a good look around. Once I really started looking around it was one thing after another they missed. With 4 people there for 4 hours they should have run out of stuff to do after 2 hours and been looking for things to clean. Camille's Angels idea of cleaning is to mop with lemon scented floor cleaner so it smells clean when you get back. The refrigerator was filthy, all the kitchen cabinet knobs felts like they had grease on them, as well did the rod to open and close the blinds. The carpets had spots with dried mud on them that a vacuum wouldn't get up but you could easily break up with your fingers and then vacuum up. The showers didn't look like they cleaned them at all. The mopping job they did wasn't really very good either. I would have been satisfied with that job for $100 not $500!. Anyway the house I moved out of I obviously didn't hire Camillles Angels again. I hired Sparkling City Cleaners or something like that. Its was for an 860sq/ft apt. The owner on the phone told me it would cost $100. They sent two much younger women than the Camilles Angles over and they did a really good job, but then they told me the bill was $200. And they could not get a hold of their boss on the phone to confirm she told me $100. I ended up paying $150, however they did a much better job, and I believe it was an honest miscommuincation. The bottom line is Camille's Angels just don't want to get dirty when they clean. They do a real superficial job of cleaning and are way over priced. Nice old ladies, but hire some younger ones that do a better job.

Management doesn’t really care. When we found that they had stolen a lot of personal expensive items and the owner denied it, we let them go. Turned the matter over to the police.
