The lack of consistency in personnel and the work was simply unacceptable. I feel like I had to call about something every single week – from products and tools that were left at my home to areas that simply were not cleaned.

Ownership is clearly not personally involved and management did not follow up as they stated many times that they would.

After months of trying to make it work, I am moving on.

They told me they will clean the countertops in the kitchen and vacuum, and I thought that was just a general cleaning that even I could do myself. But I decide to give them a chance…not recommend. I’m writing this review because I think it’s very expensive and I wanna let other people know that is not worth it.

Henry Lara rated it 1/5: I knew when I scheduled Molly Maids that they would be expensive, but I wanted the house professionally cleaned and thought for what I was paying I would receive good service. Unfortunately, not only did they not do a good job in cleaning the house, but I also received poor and unprofessional customer service afterwards. I was regularly having my house cleaned before calling Molly Maids, so the house was relatively clean. They sent 2 maids that milked a total of 8 hours of cleaning and they left hair in the shower, dust on the blinds and garbage cans un emptied. I could not believe how slow they worked, but Since their initial cleaning is billed by the hour, they took their time and were talking amongst themselves more often then they should. It was unbelievable how slow they worked. I received a follow up call to see how satisfied I was with the service. I explained, in great detail, my complete dissatisfaction and I was expecting that they would offer to come and take a look for themselves of send someone out to clean what was not cleaned. But instead I was told that they checked with the maids and they said they left the house clean and there was nothing they would do. There was no apology, no explanation on how they could make right, nothing. I cannot recommend Molly Maids and suggest you look for independent people who do a much better job.
The response from Molly Maids is inaccurate, and I stick to my comments above. I also find it interesting that they quote 4 hours and 5 minutes, but it was 2 people working 4 hours each, or a total of 8 hours, as I stated.

The TCS team showed up right on time, and were incredibly respectful, professional, and quick, and my apartment was gleaming. Thanks for the great work.
Denise K rated it 2/5: I just moved into a new home. I hired them the night before for a full deep clean in a 3 bedroom 3 bath home. This included walls, baseboards, blinds, etc. They charged an upfront fee of $400. I later found out this is a service that outsources to other cleaning companies.
The housekeeper was on time but totally blindsided by the job. She wasn't aware it was a deep clean. They sent only one housekeeper. Total lack of communication from the "broker" to the cleaning service and the cleaning service to the staff. I don't know where the breakdown happen. Also, the fact that they were short staff should not be my problem for the $$$ I paid. If it can't be done, turn the job down.

The housekeeper was friendly but unable to handle a deep clean of a house this size alone. I contacted the service and they offered a $50 discount, in my opinion not sufficient enough. I didn't complain further as I didn't want to get the housekeeper into trouble. I don't think she was to blame. As I sit here cleaning cabinets and walls and my third bathroom….I'm just simply irritated.

I found myself and my mother cleaning for hours the next day. So, I was unable to start unpacking until the next day. I should have keep my money in my pocket.
Jessica Simpson rated it 1/5: I paid for a deep cleaning service. The cleaner was 2 hours late and didn’t come close to finishing the job. She asked if she could come back the next day to finish but she was a no-show. I have called and emailed the company multiple times and they will not respond to me to resolve it. Unfortunately it looks like I will now have to file a dispute with my bank to try and get my $350 back. I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware! I’m so unhappy!

E A rated it 1/5: Very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. I booked a deep cleaning services and areas were still left dirty. It was only 1 lady and a guy. I felt very uncomfortable with the guy being there because the lady did all of the work. The guy just vaccuum 1 one. And had the audacity to take a food item without asking me. Do not book from Texas Cleaning Services. Horrible service.
