They are also willing to add or remove services month to month with advance notice to work with what we actually need – rather than just going through a checklist. Scheduling was easy and they offer an online portal which is incredibly convenient. After several months of service I am comfortable saying their employees always put in the hard work to truly clean our home. We have two Golden Retrievers and our floors are always a bit overwhelming. Their team has never complained about the extra fur and Chanzee even managed to save a rug I thought was irredeemable. Only good things to say about Two Gals from me.

They do not communicate with you at all; you will not know what time they are coming or when they are finished. I’m not sure what they did for multiple hours during my reservation, but it certainly wasn’t cleaning my house.
I have corresponded with the company for several weeks trying to resolve the issue but they will not refund the double charge, and they are now ignoring me. Listen, if you are not someone willing to raise your voice on a call or get angry with someone you should really just stay away.

He called to tell me he would be late to our 9:30…. and then never came at all. The Deep Cleaners team rescheduled my appointment which was nearly two hours late. When this individual left the cleaning, there were multiple dusty surfaces, grime left on floors in multiple rooms, dirty windows in multiple rooms, dirty window sills, crumbs left on the floor, grime on the kitchen counter, dirty fridge (inside and out), dirty sink, no vacuuming done in the bedroom, linens left unwashed… this reasons that I am dissatisfied goes on and on. When I called customer service to ask to have someone come actually clean my home, I was scheduled for 10 AM on Friday. It's now noon… and no one is here.

I attempted to contact the company and much later received a call and was told they needed to reschedule. By then I already booked another company and canceled the service. I was charged $899 even though they never came to my home. It has been two weeks and, despite numerous requests, I have not received a refund, or any communication. I threatened legal action a few hours ago, but have heard nothing. BEWARE!!!!

The office staff is very responsive and the two women who cleaned my home, Sofia and Virginia, were friendly and cleaned thoroughly. They were very efficient as well, which keeps the cost down as MaidPro charges by time. I signed up to have them come on a regular basis now because I was very impressed. The only drawback is that both times I've used the service the quote from the sales team is lower than the actual charge (actual charge fair based on the hours spent in the home, though).

I had them perform a deep clean to start and was amazed at how detailed and comprehensive the cleaning was. They spent an entire day with several people working hard, and I had had other regular cleaners for several months before this.

Pacheco's cleans my house now on a regular basis. I expected the normal visits would be somewhat lighter than the deep clean, but they maintain that deep clean with every visit! My husband is sensitive to smells and I am allergic to dust and immune compromised. They keep track of all my requests and focus on our needs. They use natural cleaners that don't make my husband sick and now, with all the Corona virus concerns swirling, they show up wearing masks and gloves to be sure not to cause any issues for me. No one has symptoms, it is just an extra precaution that makes me feel very comfortable.

After a year and a half, we are still as thrilled as we were on day one. There have been no issues and our house is always so clean! If we need anything special done, they are more than happy to do it. We had a spillover in our air fryer and the inside was greasy and the window was so bad on the inside you couldn't see through it anymore. I showed it to one of the team and asked if that was something they could clean up for me – no problem! And it was left sparkling when the cleaning was done.

I love this company because they are extremely responsive, trustworthy, consistent, well-organized, and very, very good at what they do. This is the third cleaning service I have tried. I don't need to look any further, this is a long term relationship.

The rates are reasonable, and the communication was great. We have a small house so every time it takes about 3 hours for a 2 people team to clean. The team arrive on time, provided all the necessary supplies and did fantastic jobs for the past 3 years. If you think they missed something, just point out and it will get done next time. During pandemic, they implemented safety protocols to make my wife and I feel safe as home. They can also accommodating work from home needs, e.g., vacuum later if you are on a call. Overall very good experience and I highly recommend the service to anyone who is looking to keep their house clean!
