With my husband and I both working full-time, a three-year-old to parent, and a mother-in-law with Alzheimer’s temporarily living with us, having help with the cleaning has greatly reduced our stress levels. There isn’t anymore cleaning the bathroom at midnight because that’s the time we had available for it ourselves. We couldn’t be more pleased.

They really are incredible. In fact, we typically schedule on an as needed basis and they go out of their way to get us on schedule if possible sometimes even last minute. On the occasions they can't sneak us in, we have used other cleaners and the others aren't nearly as good 4 Senses. Highly recommend. Best cleaners in Madison without a doubt.
Yasmine Reis rated it 1/5: run AWAY from this company. We hired them last year to complete a deep clean of our home after not having a cleaning service throughout the pandemic. We maintained our home, but it definitely had lots of work to do. They charged $1200, which for our 4bed/4bath house was a bit steep but after the reviews we saw on google we thought it would be worth it. They sent 3 people to our home to do all three floors (finished basement included). They did not step in to the basement, at all. They did not even open the door to go down there. In addition, other than vacuuming and a light swipe of surfaces, they did nothing. They then "discounted" the price to $600. To do nothing.
They were to wipe baseboards, they were obviously never touched. They were to clean windows, there were clear prints on nearly every window. They did nothing that was supposedly included in this "deep clean"
I did include a cleaning of the oven and microwave, which they did a fine job with, but other than the upsell and a basic wipe down, there was nothing done. I don't know what they did in the house for that long other than maybe pet my dogs.
We had to hire different company to do an actual deep clean a few weeks later, who we then hired on as our permanent cleaning company and have loved every cleaning of.

Please take your business elsewhere and run far away from this one.

They moved the furniture and did the cleaning, they cleaned all the nook and cranny, including vents, baseboards and photo frames on the wall. I definitely recommend this company and I can’t wait to have their service again for routine cleaning!

They help me with any extra little jobs that I can't do besides what is normally called for. David, the owner, is a super nice guy and always responsive to our needs. They have also cleaned and sanitized my daughter-in-law's home. She is a cancer survivor times two who is immune compromised. Her home had to be super clean to make it safe for her return from the hospital. This is a remarkable company who uses environmentally safe products. They are second to none!

I scheduled my cleaning for 1 pm and then got an email confirmation for a 2 pm appointment. I called to clarify the timing and they said they had to make accommodations for an appointment they had that morning. Since 2 pm didn't work for me, I asked to reschedule. I did not hear back for 3 business days – they contacted me the morning of my original appointment to reschedule. On the day of the new appointment, they were an hour late and did not contact me to let me know, so I left and put a note on the door (we had already moved out). I called to see what was going on and nobody answered or replied to my voicemail. I went back a few hours later and saw that they had come to clean, but they did a HORRIBLE job. I had to pick stuff up off the floor that they had missed during sweeping/mopping. Then the next day I was sent an invoice for $200. I still have not heard back from a human, only seeing the automated emails. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The owner started saying the staff was too busy, or sick, or some other reason they couldn’t come. Then one week he emailed me saying the staff was “behind” so could they do it Thursday or Friday. I said ok. Management never contacted me and they never showed up that week. Then they were going to just proceed like nothing ever happened. The staff said they were informed by the owner to “do a different client’s home instead”. He never contacted me to even explain nor apologize. I referred 3-4 large homes to this company. Never again. There’s other companies out there that will value your business. THIS one…is not one of them.

We had multiple cancellations in a row without rescheduling. The owner wouldn't respond to messages and then had confusing communications, for example, it's too cold so we can't do an interior clean today (??). With no notice, the owner has now decided to close the house cleaning side of the business. It's probably for the best given all of these issues.

Dirt, hair, dead bugs, food crumbs, all remained. I called them to ask if they could come back, and they disputed everything, sending me blurry, low resolution pics as proof that the unit was cleaned in response to these photos below. Then the guy I spoke to hung up on me. Close to $200 later, and this is what you get.

I booked this cleaning WEEKS in advance and no one came at all. When I reached out, I was told the cleaner did arrive but that they left because no one was home and frankly that's a lie because there were at least 3 people present at the house going in and out (since we were moving out of the place), so someone should've seen the cleaners and vice versa. Even then, if the cleaners had shown up, they should have at least called to let me know they were on the premises, and since I never received any kind of call or text, it further lets me know not a single person from Errund came to my house to try and clean. Myself, and 2 of my roommates, called the company to get some kind of explanation and were given no answer, in fact, we were sent to voicemail several times, and Holly (the person I was communicating with prior), stopped responding to my texts after 3:30 pm. So instead of having a stress-free move-out, my roommates and I stayed up all night cleaning out the place which wasn't in any of our plans (hence why we decided to hire cleaners). If you are looking for cleaners whether it be move-in or move-out please don't waste your time with this company and go with someone else. Yeah, it might be pricier, but considering I didn't even receive my $200+ plus service from this company, spend the extra $100+ because at least someone will show up.

He is thorough and accomadating to one's service needs and schedule, all while introducing you to their services. When his three person team arrived, on time, they knew exactly what services we required. Methodically they went about their business, completing the cleaning of our 1,800 sq ft home in one hour. Their professionalism and attention to detail showed them to be the best cleaning service we ever employed. Without reservation, we recommend Grakei Maids. Try them, we know you will be impressed.

They didn't mop, didn't clean the ceiling fan, didn't clean the dining room table, and didn't really dust or do windowsills at hip height. Every other time I've had cleaners they move everything in my house and I have to rearrange everything back. This time absolutely nothing was moved. Everything I pick up has a dust ring around it. I wont use them again.

Bethany Huntley rated it 2/5: We have had Grakei cleaners to our house twice and have been unimpressed with the quality of the cleaning and communication. We selected the detail cleaning package (which is supposed to include more than a standard cleaning, such as hand washing the bathroom and kitchen floors and baseboards), and did not feel that the cleaning was adequately performed. I provided this feedback to the office manager and requested additional deep cleaning services, including cleaning on top of the kitchen cabinets, which we were charged extra for. After the second cleaning, he top of the cupboards were not completely cleaned, our kitchen cabinets are covered with streak marks, there is still dust throughout the house and I have been able to wipe dust and smudges from the door frames and baseboards throughout the house. I provided this feedback to the office manager and did not receive a response.
When we called to book in the first place, I was told that someone would come by to do a walkthrough and provide an estimate at a specified time. No one came to our house and I instead received an email quote. When I attempted to schedule the first cleaning, I never received an email or phone confirmation from the front office and the cleaners were sent over without me knowing they would be there. The cleaning times changed repeatedly for both bookings. All in all, we were disappointed in the quality of the cleaning and professionalism of the office manager. The cleaners themselves were very kind and polite, but did not do an adequate job.

Cleaners are very helpful and professional and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service and cleaning. They asked us what we were most hoping to see done and when they finished they did a walk through with us to make sure we were completely happy or if we wanted them to clean or touch up any areas. I really appreciated the follow up email that made sure I was 100% satisfied with the service we received as that made me feel as though the company truly cared about me and my business. I knew it was short notice and wasn’t very optimistic about being able to be scheduled that week. Wow, was I wrong! Cheryl stopped by Tuesday afternoon and had her cleaning crew here for Wednesday and Thursday, getting our whole house cleaned like brand new! All of the women who worked in my house were phenomenal: Chrystal, Daisy, Rosa, and Maring. Thank you all and I look forward to continued monthly cleaning with your company.

It was uncomfortable to breathe in my house and I was worried about my kids' lungs. I called several companies but they said they couldn't get me in for many weeks. I called Capital Cleaning & Concierge. The owner listened to me explain my situation and understood the health risks of my children and I staying in our house in its current condition. She was very busy but managed to squeeze us in the very next day! The team that came over did a wonderful job and I felt comfortable living and breathing in my home again. I am forever grateful and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Capital Cleaning was available right away, and left the house looking fantastic. I had been considering cleaning myself if I couldn't find someone available soon enough, but I could never have gotten the house this clean on my own. If you're looking for cleaning I can strongly recommend their services.
