We hired them for a "move in cleaning". They came on Tuesday to clean an EMPTY house, and when i went to go see the house after their cleaning NOTHING was done. our shower was full of dust. I paid extra for them to clean the cabinets and they were not even touched. the floors were full of dried loose paint, the track for the sliding door was filled with dirt. I called Maidpro and scheduled a second cleaning (they do a 24 hour guarantee cleaning in case you're not satisfied). So they come on Wednesday to "clean" the house and they assured me that the house would be left spotless and that a SUPERVISOR was going to be there to make sure that the house was cleaned properly. when i go check on the house on Wednesday, I was in complete disbelief at the fact that i spent $450 for someone to come in to my house and NOT clean. I called the company immediately and they said they would get back to me about a refund. Then the next day they send me an email saying "after carefully reviewing the pictures and videos you sent and comparing them with the pictures our pro took, we have come to the conclusion that our pro did not leave those areas like that" when i asked them to see the pictures they "took" they refused. yet my pictures have time and date stamps to show that they literally did not clean my house. they refused to refund me the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

Tomas Layrisse rated it 1/5: I would give them 0 if it were possible. I requested a deep clean service and they were very responsive to send the contract and the maid.
However, the maid failed to complete the services paid for and had a terrible attitude when we gave her instructions. I will give you a few examples of their poor service:

used the same vacuum to clean outside and our couch.
Never changed or washed our sheets
Left dust all over the floor and base boards
Did a poor job on cleaning the kitchen and fridge

When I called back and requested a re-clean or refund the manager took 5 business days to get back to me with availability and a resolution.

I would NOT recommend this service to anybody.

She using the same vacuum to clean outside and to clean our couch.

I booked a morning cleaning appointment, and when the maid was a no show i was not offered a discount. I rescheduled for later that afternoon, and they were late.
My entire Saturday was spent waiting for the cleaning crew to come.

Management took no responsibility, claiming “it was out of their control” but they offer nothing to make up for bad customer service.

I have dealt with additional no shows from this company in the past – they are simply unreliable, and do not care about the customer experience.

The fact that it’s a flat fee ans they stay until the job is done puts them way ahead of any other service I’ve used. Yvette and her team were on time and cleaned every little detail and made sure I was happy before they left. They spent 9 full hours doing a top to bottom deep clean of my new house before my move in. Worth every penny. I’ll be using them again.

My apartment was meticulously cleaned and smelled beautiful. It’s definitely cleaner than when it was given to me. The best part is that Pro Housekeepers is available in the city im relocating to, so I will definitely be contacting them again for weekly service.
