I made both tasks ABSOLUTELY CLEAR and DETAILED to both phone representative and cleaners and was assured they could/would be done. The result was totally unacceptable, not even close to what I was told they would do. Cat hair basically as before and floors (bath, half bath, kitchen) slightly clean in middle, dirty water at baseboards and corners and some places not even touched.
    NOTE: They scheduled an appointment, the next day they called to reschedule, which I couldn't do because I had scheduled carpet cleaners. They hustled and got someone, and maybe they had to get less qualified people than usual??
