She also cleaned the bathrooms exceptionally well. I know a lot of people hire cleaners and then wonder what they did, but this was not the case!

She did a fantastic deep clean and put in the work to take off the buildup that just tends to happen over the years! To be clear, she scoured the shower and tub back to basically new, cleaned the baseboards, mopped, cleaned the fixtures, the mirror, the toilet, and mopped the floor. Amazing.

They were extremely transparent and straight forward when it came to their pricing and the results that I could expect. I know I’ve payed other places here in Omaha at least 3x what they charged me today to have carpets cleaned in the past. Also usually carpet cleaners will charge extra to treat animal stains but they didn’t. My basement carpet was just saturated in cat pee In one area and after they left I couldn’t smell it anymore and the stains were gone. They were super nice guys, I will 100% go to them in the future over anyone else in town.

First shining star that Done Right Carpet Cleaning receives is their timeliness. I called Tuesday around 2-3PM and was able to schedule an appointment for noon on Wednesday (yes, the very next day). Fast forward to Wednesday and Brandon from Done Right Carpet Cleaning was not only on time, he was 15 minutes early!
Second shining star is for the quality cleaning job. As mentioned, my carpets were not pretty, he even made a face when he saw my carpets by assured me he would get them clean. Needless to say, he delivered! My carpets look brand new!
Final shining star is for the cost! The cleaning service was very affordable! I plan on using them again in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs!

As I was stressing out I called maids and more ( they were the first number when I googled) I was immediately put at ease. Within 45 min I had Tara at more door to do the quote. The price was very doable and she started cleaning 10 min later the other team of 4 came in and they made my house so spotless and clean. They are so fast and friendly. They made everything shine. I called 8 local companies just to get "static" and excuses of why and how they were so busy, 35 days in advance, going through dysfunctional websites, no callbacks, having to wait over 48 hours to just get a quote, then argue about timing and quality of services.

We paid for the service for 3 cleaning professionals to come and help relieve some stress and professionally clean the kitchen and bathrooms. After 2.5 hours of 3 professionals working, it looks minimally different from when we called them, and the difference in the kitchen is worse. The floor looks like they swept all of the debris to the very far corner and left it there, the counters had new debris on them that were not cleaned, the cabinets and appliances still had cobwebs on them in plain sight, and they did not get to one of the upper ledges of the counter that we had specifically asked them to get to and clean. They were friendly and on time, but did not provide the service needed.

The ninjas handle everything with care and precision, making it feel like they want to be there and not like it’s just a paycheck. Asking questions, checking on clients needs, their family’s, and well-being’s when talking to them in their homes. You can tell this is a company who takes care of their employees as well as they take care of their clients; being VERY accommodating to all side of their company. Moving clients around if a day won’t work or coming back to fix issues if something wasn’t up to par to ensure satisfaction from clientele. But also making sure their staff members are happy and healthy. I’m so grateful for the opportunities cleaning ninjas has to offer to their employees and feel good knowing they go above and beyond to take care of business. Seeing how thorough the work they put out is beautiful and a blessing to say the least

They literally didn't leave the car.Then the owner tells me he's afraid of dogs then why own a cleaning company very poor customer service.

They also lie about how much starting pay is and your hours you make a day I worked from 8:15 to 3or4 o'clock for 5 days a week and some how only got 23 hours on a check I don't understand how that is possible.

From the very FIRST CLEAN and going forward, my husband & I have been more than pleased 😁! And at an exceedingly *reasonable* price. The same Team comes bi-weekly to our home such that they know our particulars. Each Team Leader is consciences of each task, then makes a "run through" of the house before they leave double-checking that -it- had been done. At the end of the clean ~ my home shines!!! The Team members are friendly & curtious, work diligently and are a pleasure to have in my home. The Maids of NW Omaha is owned & run by people who put the customer FIRST! A really top-notch organization that knows how to run this kind of customer-care business.

david lobdell rated it 1/5: My girlfriend worked there for 2 days they hired her at 10$ an hour her first day she was bit by a cat at someone's home and had to go to the emergency room because of a bad reaction and her hand swelled up. They are refusing to cooperate with humane society and the homeowners of the cats are refusing to cooperate with the humane society. It will probably be brought to a workmanship comp lawyer since both parties are refusing to cooperate with the humane society. They paid her at 9$ after telling her 10$ and refuse to be of any assistance with the animal related issue inside of the person's home horrible place to work. horrible staff that treated her really bad and was really rude to her never try to work here terrible.

There was hair balls (dog and human) everywhere that were in places that should not have been missed. There was toothpaste left in the sink and toenails in drawers. Dust on the baseboards everywhere. When I called to ask about the lack of cleaning, the manager said they were “actually” there longer than what they had charged me for (and they still missed everything?), so no additional discount was offered. They said they didn’t dust baseboards because the baseboards were “falling apart” – (not true, I ended up dusting them myself). It was an awful experience and I ended up having to clean the entire house even after paying them a ton of money to do it. I will never hire them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
