From Tabitha and the team at the office to the cleaners themselves, we have been very happy with the service that we have received. The cleanings are thorough, but if there are any details that go overlooked, we simply drop a note to the office and they help ensure that it gets taken care of in the next cleaning. We have particularly enjoyed having Gina as the lead on our home. She has been incredibly sweet with our daughter and very understanding when naptimes conflict with us clearing out of the space before she arrives. Her cleanings are consistently on point as well.

What a horrible experience! I booked this company a week and a half in advance. My best friend was having a medical procedure and out of town family were visiting. I called and spoke with someone twice on day one when I first scheduled and booked the appointment. I gave them credit card details and both my friend and myself confirmed the address, date and time and contact information. The cleaning was scheduled the day before her procedure. One that day while I’m gathering guests there was no contact from the company. I called while on the road and confirmed the service again! I was told that the cleaner would be onsite between 1 and 3 pm. And that was fine! 3;30 rolls around and still no cleaner! I called and got voicemail. I had others call and got the same. Then one of us finally gets through and we are told that they have the contact details and address details written incorrectly and that they wouldn’t be able to provide a service! How incredibly unprofessional, unethical and downright disgusting of them! I would not recommend this company under any circumstances!

There is no excuse for their lack of work and no excuse for saying you would reclean for free and no response. I booked with them and Amber did the cleaning for me. She was thorough and diligent and did a great job. The place was spic and span for my parents' arrival. Update in response to owner: This review was for an apartment cleaning from spring of this year. The cleaner showed up an hour late with no updated estimate of their arrival time. Upon arrival, they were very uncommunicative, with no reason or apology for being so late. I was the one who interacted with them, face to face, on behalf of the tenant. When scheduling the cleaning, we had specific requests as for what was to be cleaned for the agreed upon price, but those requirements were not met. Specifically, the tenant had request cleanup of pet fur from the previous tenant, but after the cleaning, there was still significant amounts of fur in the apartment, including a large pile that had just been swept under the bed instead of being removed. The cleaner also left without notifying me, as I had requested, so that I would be able to examine the apartment and lock the door behind them. As you couldn't lock that apartment door from the outside without a key, they departed leaving the unit open and unlocked. They were unprofessional and I would not recommend this service.

The women who cleaned my house were very friendly and thorough — I have a big old house with lots of dust and pet hair, and they managed to get rid of it all (something I've never been able to do)!! They came yesterday and I am still just basking in how great my house looks and feels. I would never been able to have cleaned the showers, stove, or floors as well as they did. And like I said, I appreciated how kind they were, and I really trusted them being in my home. I definitely plan on using Raylene again!

My husband and I have a 95lb, white, long-haired dog that seems to shed on everything in sight – I was worried the dog hair would be too overwhelming for the cleaners, but they did great! The Initial Deep Clean was thorough, efficient, and professional! Well worth the price – will definitely use their services again.

Raylene was very professional, she first came to do a walkthrough so she could give us an accurate price that fit our budget and our needs.

We settled on once a week, a team of two for 4 hours. Good price, always on time, always mindful of the family needs as well as very receptive to feedback.

Excellent service all around, highly recommended.
