If Isabela and Jasmine were my original cleaners, this review would absolutely be a 5 star review. Since it took two cleanings, I don't feel right giving a 5 star at this time, but they did such a fantastic job on the re-cleaning, I cannot possibly rate less than a 4. They had excellent communication before arrival. They were both polite and professional. We have dogs and they were great with them. They spent about 3 hours and cleaning every corner of the house. Even they agreed that the original cleaners did a terrible job as they couldn't believe how dirty some areas were. I would consider using Two Maids and a Mop again, but would request Isabela and Jasmine.
Original Review – First off, the cleaners with timely and professional, with good communication. But the actual cleaning was terrible. For $191, two guys were only here a little over an hour, they turned on our Roomba instead of sweeping themselves, they "mopped" the floor with a spray bottle and a towel on a pole (they are called Two Maids and a Mop but they apparently don't owe a mop). They skipped several areas of each room and skipped an entire bedroom. There were dog toys on the floor and they didn't even move them to sweep or "mop". They didn't dust any shelves and didn't clean our glass top tables. The pictures speak for themselves. What a waste of money, look elsewhere.
Jess N rated it 3/5: I can't recommend this company because the clean is so-so at best and not worth the very high price. You would be better off going with a smaller, family run cleaning company where the cleaners have more of a stake in the success of the company. This will be the last time I use a national chain for cleaning service.
The Pros: Scheduling and punctuality were fine. Everyone I interacted with was polite as well. They did offer a free clean to make up for my dissatisfaction.

The Cons: Cleaning was so-so. I paid for a very expensive move-in/move-out cleaning which includes a long list of all that will be cleaned and sanitized. First cleaners that came did a good job with the oven and toilets but ignored any surfaces that "looked clean" including inside the cabinets. They came back and did the cabinets but still skipped over many surfaces.

They did give me a free follow up clean but the truth is you have to check after their cleaners. They won't just do what is on the list, you have to literally check each and every thing before they leave. Also, there were areas that were obviously not clean (discolored tile, etc) and I had to stand and make sure that those surfaces were touched because the cleaner thought it could not be cleaned before even trying.

I don't generally have professional cleaners come into my home but this was a move-in and we wanted a full deep clean to start fresh. I pretty much gave up after the second clean because I don't want strangers in my home now that we are fully moved in.

That’s very weird and unprofessional. A quote should be locked in not all over the place! So I don’t recommend wasting your time with this place!

Matthew Fergus rated it 1/5: We hired for a move-in clean on a house we purchased. The house was empty and we paid for house cleaning with a cabinet cleaning as well. There will still crumbs in the pantry and the wire racks in the pantry were still covered in syrup and gunk. I provided my initial feedback with pictures of the pantry not being cleaned at all and crumbs still found in the cabinets. We paid extra for the cabinet cleaning service and don't feel that we received what we paid for. After my initial email there was an offer to come back and clean it but we have already moved into the home and had already cleaned it ourselves. I was offered a $50 credit on future cleaning but can't justify using it after seeing the effort that was put in the first time. I understand policies for no refunds exist for a reason on services, but when it's very clear that the ad-on service was not fulfilled there should be some sort of partial refund for that portion. I dont like to post reviews until I give the company a chance to remedy a situation. In this case the remedy was unsatisfactory.

Our cleaner was very professional and did a wonderful job of deep cleaning the house and then performing a regular house cleaning routine on top of it. If you want really good value for your money, you can't go wrong with this company.

BeYoutiful We rated it 5/5: Omg!! I am so impressed with the level of thoroughness that these ladies used when cleaning my home! I don’t even know if I could have gotten my home this spotless LOL! I have used several different companies in the Raleigh area for about the same price or more and they did not do nearly as wonderful as this company! Today was my first day using their services and I scheduled a biweekly cleaning! I am happy! happy! happy!

They also do a great job in the kitchen…wiping cabinets, and cleaning appliances. I have hardwood floors that are over 100 years old and they always look great when they leave.
They are very punctual and thorough.
The owners are always very willing to work with you when scheduling and always there if you have questions or want extra services done.

I assumed that it would be standard services, like vacuuming, dusting, counters clean and mopping. NOPE!!! They deep cleaned every surface of our house! Ceiling fans dusted and sparkling, every glass & mirrored surface is spotless, they even cleaned our front & back doors!
I’m so impressed with the amazing job this team did!!

For just a standard clean, the whole house and 2.5 bathrooms were clean, fresher & smelled nice. The carpeted stairs and all throw rugs were clear of any pet hair. Gary of the company even steam mopped the floors. He didn’t spend too much time either. My allergies abated. Since I am here next month, I plan to call Gary back.

Chris D'Arco rated it 3/5: I requested their deep clean service. They did spend a lot of time in my house and the girls were very nice and professional but there were several things they missed that I caught just before they left and then there were several more I found after.
Just about every molding above a door was not dusted and several areas were missed.
The laundry basket in the master bathroom wasn't moved so the floor under and behind it wasn't cleaned.
The fan in the living room did not get wiped down.
