Unfortunately have very low clean standards, two people 7 hours and didn't even do 70% of the house what was agreed, but yet they did called me around 12:30 to tell me they needed more time, so I agree …when I got to the house were they were supposed to be doing a deep cleaning on, they had not even one room 100% cleaned… This was 7 hours into the work… So I asked one of the ladies if she could show me what had been completed so far, they stayted it the kitchen was completed;- counters were only wiped out, some cabinets hadn't even been touched, light fixture and range hood wasn't even touched either and the living room they only kinda clean a fireplace and based boards nothing else was done, when I questioned if that appeared to be clean she mentioned they were trying to complete it, they couldn't cleaned the fireplace more because there's carpet… so I then proceeded to asked if she believed they were going to be able to complete a deep cleaning into the rest of the house within the 4 more hours they had requested if they hadn't even completed one full room, she mentioned they were going to try to… ( at that time they were both working on cleaning the bathrooms) I walked outside called them back spoke with Barbara and asked to have them stop the work because of the above mentioned the rest of the house hadn't even been touched and that I was very disappointed with the cleaning standards so far… She mentioned she was just getting to the office and was gonna talk with Gerald about it… Long story short Gerald offered a $200 discount .. they charged full price into my credit card…and 22 days later still yet to see the 200 discount applied, so NO I would Not recommend their service at all, it's unfortunate.

The ladies should up on time and the work was good. However, I am extremely disappointed in the way the priced the job. I had given the number of rooms, plus SF of my home to receive a quote. I was quoted $160-$175. When the cleaners arrived they told me $220. There was not much I could do as I had already given a deposit to get an appointment. They told me my house was big (mind you I told them it was 2300 SF already), the owner was also on the phone and stated it is the condition of the house. My house is not filthy. I had given it a deep clean 2 weeks ago, I also have a Roomba which runs several times a week. There are no spots in my toilets, or soap scum on my glass showers. I completely disagree with this statement. It took 2 women 2 hours to clean it. So they basically, quoted me $43.75 per women, per hour and then charged me $55 per women, per hour. My suggestion is to send photos of your home when you request a quote. Hopefully this helps you avoid the bait and switch.
