Our house is 2100 sq. ft and mostly ceramic tile with carpet bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms were not to be cleaned. IT WAS AMAZING! Maria stayed 4.5 hours bringing our home to beautiful condition. Dusting of all the blinds, shutters and every nook and cranny of bookshelves. Bathrooms and kitchen were just fantastic. Excellent job for the cost. Only thing was the tile floors didn't seem to be as clean as I was hoping. Does it not include mopping? I went back and mopped because it certainly was swept to perfection. We have a dog and cat! I will be calling again.

Laken Garcia rated it 2/5: Less than impressed. I hired White Glove a little over a month ago to deep clean my home as I was 9 months pregnant and not able to clean how I'd like to. I'd read several reviews and thought this was a company with a good reputation and would be worth spending the extra money (I had gathered quotes from several other cleaning companies). 2 ladies came out, and while they were very friendly, they didnt quite have the attention to detail I was looking for. Upon initial inspection, the house appeared clean- although I could smell no cleaning products, which was my first red flag. I also noticed that they were using only a spot mopper and didnt do an actual wet mop on my tiled floors. They left, and after further inspection, I found that the shower floor/doors/walls/counters hadn't been touched. The mirrors hadn't been wiped. There was dust on furniture. And several other things we found. I was emailed by the company and asked to fill out a critique. I did so within a couple of days, explaining in detail what I had found and that i wasn't satisfied considering the amount of money I'd spent- I would have expected more. This was not a deep cleaning at all. I never got a response from the company and it's been a month or so. Bottom line…. I wouldnt recommend White Glove. You'll spend a lot and be dissapointed.

I’ve had 10 different people come thru my house in three cleanings. Second reason, they are here less than an hour, my first clean was close to two hours. The quality of their work isn’t good. I told them I only wanted the first team, who came to my house to be the team that cleans it, they don’t honor their commitments, today, a different team showed up and I’m done with this company, I’m just wasting my time and money.

Original post: I bought the “Mom’s Complete Makeover Package” which is supposed to be a deep clean. What I got was a basic clean. The baseboards were not wiped as promised, not all of the windows were done. The house is overall clean, but I would have expected much more for a deep clean. We have a new baby coming in a few weeks and I was hoping to have this stress off of me. I feel I spent money on an overall basic clean. Also, they cleaned around items instead of picking them up and cleaning underneath. It’s just not a thorough job done.
The cleaners were very friendly and nice. Communication was excellent.

The lady who came to the house was on time, polite, and did a great job. No complaints about her. The service is a little pricey (only reason it wasn't 5 stars) for just floor cleaning, but to be honest, most other places we called either didn't even return our phone calls, or quoted us rates that were 3-4x as much without even stepping foot in the house.
We would use them again, because we were happy with the cleaning but it was expensive enough that we wouldn't do it regularly. Perhaps someone who was looking for a more complex cleaning/full cleaning would see it as a better value.

The outside of my oven was cleaned but not the inside. The corners were not swept. Dusting was okay. I will say the cleaned my glass shower very well – the best of any other cleaning service I have paid for. The two ladies were on time, professional and pleasant. They are also more expense than other cleaning services I have booked so my expectations are raised. Overall I would give me 4 stars but would be more specific of my expectations.

My active duty schedule has been so hectic and it was no way I could have gotten everything I wanted done in my home without their help. It has given me great peace to have my house deep cleaned by this amazing team. It was well worth the money. I will definitely use them again. Don't hesitate if you are considering a company. Tv in living room was not dusted at all. One ceiling fan wasn’t turned off to be dusted. Overall pretty satisfied minus the few things missed
Michael rated it 2/5: We used 2 maids for a house cleaning. They proceeded to place us on a schedule but we were not notified of when the next day they would show up. They got my cell phone wrong and were sending notifications to the incorrect number. My wife and child are in Vermont for holiday. The cleaners showed up unannounced. I called the company and they proceeded to charge me $75.00 for a cancellation fee, for a scheduled service I wasn’t aware about. I indicated to them that they will lose a customer over a nominal fee. They were great at first to schedule the first service. However like I said, attention to detail was lacking. They got my number wrong and were texting the wrong number about upcoming services. Then punish me for their mistake. My two cents, go with someone else.

The Green Team has come most often and they need no reminders of any specific details. They are personable and very professional. They walk in and just start. I offer hot drinks but they don’t want to “waste” time. Totally trustworthy. I would be totally comfortable leaving them alone.

Krystal Bean rated it 3/5: Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience as previous reviewers. I will say the house was very dirty due to 3 pets and health issues preventing regular cleaning. That said, photos were sent prior to the cleaning. This was a move out cleaning so everything needed to be spotless. When I checked it, they had broken the blinds, not cleaned some cabinets, and not cleaned the walls. When I asked them to redo the cabinets, you can see the results of me cleaning them the 3rd time in the picture. I was told they don’t clean walls. They only dust and remove cobwebs. If I had known that, I would have looked for someone who was going to actually clean the house. To top it off, as I was trying to wash the walls myself after they left, I discovered they had done something to the kitchen sink which now leaks water underneath as it runs. I wish I had the same great experience everyone else seems to, but this is what happened with mine. They were very friendly, at least and cleaned the floors and sinks/toilets well.
