Just recently, I had construction inside my home for 3 months and was unable to have any cleanings. Scheduling was understanding and a breeze. When it came time for a deep clean after all the construction was done, Carole’s house cleaning sent out Kevin and Yesenia and WOW! Did they both do an amazing job on my home!! Contacted them and after sending 3 different girls out it still wasn't done. My landlord had to pay a different company to get the house cleaned. So I was charged twice and this company refuses to give any type of refund. Don't use the company, there nothing but a headache and waste of time!

They will say they arrived at "x" time, but not ring your doorbell until a different time. And, then the company will attempt to charge you extra for time not spent cleaning your home. I have never had a cleaning service before. I was very excited after receiving the ad in the mail to pursue one and reading about their 40+ point cleaning checklist. I worked with a woman named Wendy. She was very responsive to answer my questions, and helping me schedule my cleaning. She even checked in with me at the half way marker during the cleaning. However, when the cleaners left 1hr earlier than expected that contradicted to Wendy's earlier conversation with me, I quickly reached out to the organization. I was unable to get ahold of Wendy. I left a voicemail and even reached out to the off-hours service. I received a call the next business day, with Wendy's supervisor arguing with me that the cleaners spent 3.5hrs. (She should have probably done her due diligence to listen to my recorded conversation with Wendy the day before to get her facts straight before calling me.) Why would I hastily call the previous day to ensure the correct timing was documented? Why would you not take the word of your customer, especially a first-time customer (if you were trying to expand your clientele)? I was perplexed with her telling me that the cleaners arrived at 12:40PM, but then I got a text message saying that they were 30min out at 12:31PM. She wanted me to pay for 30min of work when then cleaners didn't physically get to my house and ring the doorbell until 1:30pm. She said their GPS logged 12:40PM. Ok…but they didn't ring my doorbell until 1:30PM. So, why would I pay for them to be parked outside of my residence even if they were outside at 12:40PM? It wasn't that I was peeking out my window to confirm this. I work from home…working. I was home the entire duration of the day if they were to ring the doorbell even at 11am or 8am, I would have answered. But, that wasn't the case. The cleaners were great, but it seems that the management staff aren't aligned. I would definitely not recommend working with them in the future unless you want to get charged almost $400 and dealing with a confrontation about the incorrect timing.

The house is already relatively clean to begin with, so I wanted a deep clean. Altogether, the two cleaners cleaned 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room in 2 1/2 hours. When we got home, I noticed multiple baseboards and the cabinets were not cleaned. I called them about the situation and I had very limited time slots in 48 hours to have them come back and clean. I explained I would like the cleaners back, but had time constraints because of important engagements. They offered a $20 credit for a future cleaning. The cleaners still cleaned the house, but missed a lot of the things I specifically wanted. I will look for another service in the future.

At 5:20 pm they started packing their stuff & put it in their car . They said they came at 3:30pm. When I told them I have camera at my front door & I was keeping track of their time, then they said their GPS showed them the reachable time 3:30pm. I said if I am paying money per hour 15-20 minutes have value for me. Then they took their cleaning stuff back to my home from their car, they literally waste almost 15 minutes & what they cleaned I am going to attach few pictures here. If you guys think that is cleaning, & you want to waste money then you can hire them. Otherwise I am not recommending this company at all. Next day when I get a call from this company for the feedback, i explained to Kristina everything & I sent her these pictures. Even I didn’t asked any money back. She was trying to pretend that it was my fault ( as a customer) that I had to inform them yesterday right after they left. She told me their company followed GPS time & she said they are not going to charge me for the extra 15 minutes. In fact, their girls waste 15 minutes out of 2 hours I already paid them in packing & unpacking their stuff. She asked me the feedback I gave them honestly. But her behavior was not professional.

Once I followed through with Ashley, Marti was still trying to coordinate so there seemed to be a little lack of communication on their end but I didn’t mind as Ashley was very responsive. They provided a window time frame and came right at the start of that window. They texted me when they were 20 min away which I appreciated for the heads up. They did a deep clean of our home. Any spots they missed during the walk through they took care of. I wouldn’t have expected so many missed spots getting a “deep clean” done but wasn’t a problem overall as they cleaned up any spots that needed extra love. The glass shower doors were the most impressive and the bath tub really shined. I loved the products they used as they were eco friendly so didn’t have any harsh chemical smells afterwards. Overall I’ll use them again!

I have had the service for several months now and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are quick, reliable, dependable, efficient, thorough, etc….the list goes on. I always get a courtesy text the day of service for when to expect them which is so helpful. I trust these guys completely, I gave the company a spare key and the key is left at the office locked up until the day of service. Every person I have spoken to in the company has been extremely nice and accommodating. Back to team 9, they make my place look FANTASTIC every week. I don’t have a big place and yes, it probably would pretty easy to do myself, but these guys make it look like new every week and I find their service priceless. I keep questioning why I didn’t start this sooner!! I absolutely love coming home once they have been there, they get things I certainly would have missed and make the place sparkle. If there is ever a room or area you don’t need cleaned you can just close the door or leave a note and they will do as instructed. Along with any special requests, just let them know what you need and they make it happen. Another added bonus is that they bring the equipment and supplies, I literally do not have to supply anything, and if there is a product you want them to use, they said to just leave it out so they know to clean with it. Once they complete the cleaning they leave a checklist of what was done, so you can see all the great work they did and all the detail they put in each and every time! I honestly can’t thank them enough, they, hands down, make my life easier and the service is invaluable in my life.

She did a good job although it took quite a bit longer than I thought it would. I would recommend! All in all I give them a 7 out of 10 just because it took so long to do the cleaning.
