We had already moved overseas at this time so we had a neighbor go and check on the cleaning for us and they barely even cleaned one floor of our house. When I called the company the man that answered said that they needed an additional 4-5 hours than what was quoted to finish. When I told him that what he said was done was not done and I have pictures for proof he told me that I am wrong. They then went ahead and still charged me for 9 hours worth or work since there were two workers. The state they left my house in looked like they came and worked for 30 minutes. The unprofessional manner of the employer I talked with was unbelievable. I would recommend any other cleaning company in Spokane. Pictures below are of my fridge drawers and cabinets that they said they cleaned and are obviously not.

The movers got us out of our third-floor, two bed, two bath apartment and into our first floor, three bed, two bath new place in just 4 hours (and I have a lot of stuff). They wrapped the furniture better than I probably would have. They were careful and QUICK. I honestly can’t rate them high enough. My partner and I are beyond grateful for their help. And another thing, LiveClean does not charge enough for the EXCELLENT work that they do. I feel like I got away with a robbery!! Thank you so so much!

I haven't had any major issues with them and I've used them maybe 6 times already. Some pointers are to check your plastic bins that they don't crack them or pile them to high. No garbage bags are allowed on the truck. And if you have big items, request someone who can take a door off the hinge at scheduling.

They wrapped and cared for my belongings as if they were their own. They carefully packed up the truck and placed all of my items exactly where I wanted them. They were quick, helpful and very kind individuals. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to everyone I know!
