Robert Love rated it 1/5: We requested a deep clean and they came to give me an estimate. At the time they told me a house of my size would take 2-3 hours. When the team arrived they were in and out in 90 minutes. I found dirt in my rugs, counters not wiped down, dust on furniture, they even took my bed sheets off and put a mattress pad on instead of new sheets. I reached out very politely the same day to go over this and sent them 40 pictures of different areas that were missed. This was not some simple “missed a spot” issue. And while some things were done well, this was not the deep clean I requested. I paid them over $100 to vacuum more poorly than I can do on my own. We do a better job wiping down the dining room table. At the end of the visit, I pointed out a spot I was unhappy with and they said they had scrubbed, but couldn’t get that area fixed. That night I took some cleaning solution, sprayed the problem area, and fixed it myself.
They did offer to send someone out to reclean the house, but one of the cleaners had asked us about a bunch of electronics that we had. They pointed out how much we had, extras laying around. They made someone I lived with slightly uncomfortable, and they did not want their team back in our home. I mentioned all of this to the person I called and they said management would reach out, likely the next day. I waited four days, no response, so I decided to call and check in as I had also never been given a receipt. When I called in, the woman I talked to said I had spoken to management on Monday. So why did the person I spoke to on a Monday tell me a supervisor would reach out, but then four days later someone else tell me I had already spoken with them? Very frustrating as they then tried to get me to settle for a reclean. Why did it take four days and three phone calls to get a receipt?

In the end, I spent more time tidying up around the house prior to their arrival and more time afterwards going over the spots they missed than they spent cleaning my house. And the lack of follow up when I voiced a complaint really showed more than anything they don’t care. I was very patient with them, I did not yell or be rude. All I asked was for a simple follow-up call. Instead I paid a great deal of money for stuff I could’ve done myself. I was excited to jump on board with this service monthly so that I could give that time spent cleaning back to myself and focus on other things around the house, but some things are better done yourself.

They’ve both been extremely friendly, good with our dog, and go above and beyond to make our house look flawless. Small details like folding the toilet paper, and fluffing the tissues make it feel like you’re at a hotel, rather than your own bathroom!

Plus, they’ve been either on-time, or a few minutes early both times, and give you a heads up when they’re on their way – which is greatly appreciated.

I rated the service BEFORE noticing several areas of concern, other than the issue with our hardwood floors being overly wet, and our having to dry them. Later on 8/9 (date of service), I was in our second bedroom and noticed a mirror had not been wiped down. That got me looking around more closely. I discovered that none of the pictures on the walls in this room had been properly dusted (all tops of frames still dirty), and later discovered the window blind in our kitchen had been damaged, and was sagging, as a result of 2 center draw cords being broken. The following day, I called in the morning, explained the reason for my call, and was assured someone would get back to me. Did not happen. On 8/11, at 8:43a I spoke with Kim, in customer service, explaining that I was still waiting for a call back. Carlos, the franchise owner, called me at 9:25a, and after discussing the wet floor, un-dusted pictures, and broken blinds, he asked for pictures of the blinds, which I promptly sent. He said he would speak with the cleaners, and get back with me. I have never received a callback from him, despite my 5 calls requesting an update. I have now cancelled future service. Their professional brochure is what got me to take their service, but it is a Trojan Horse. Carlos is unprofessional in addressing customers' concerns. Replacing the blind will cost me almost $100 (the 1st visit cost me $150). My complaint to the BBB, and other entities, will be worth my time. BEWARE!

Secondly they started using 2 girls to clean my home every week and then it became 1 girl for either the same exact time as 2 or she would stay longer. This cost me the exact same as 2 girls with zero discount. Despite these issues and continued patience and reinforcement that I did think they did a good job, they decided to just up and blow off my last scheduled cleaning and refund me the charge. No notice or anything. I will find a better service if this is how they treat customers whose only complaint is the issues they brought on.

They were the only company I called that did all of these things : answered the phone, didn’t make me speak to an automated system, had availability, didn’t make me give information before I was able to schedule. If anyone is like me and likes to speak to someone personally to answer questions instead of scheduling online, this is the best place I found in st Pete for that. I haven’t gotten the cleaning done yet but I’ll update afterwards

The master bedroom was not vacuumed because there was still things on the floor. He took things out of place and did not put them back in two rooms. The bathtub was not washed. None of the fans were touched.All this I know because I found crumbs, residue, and dust. Not one baseboard was done. I can go on and on and this was supposed to be deep clean. I called the company to complain and they said that the boss would call me and I have never heard from the boss yet. Very very disappointed. They didn’t want to send someone out to redo it but I was not going to be around. Hopefully they will call me tomorrow and someone will come in and do the deep cleaning that was supposed to be done that I paid for

We keep our house tidy and clean, but with a small child it's difficult to do a detailed cleaning and dusting. The cleaners were nice and did spend more time than scheduled on the house, but also that time could have been better managed. There were surfaces definitely missed.

Jordan Pelletz rated it 3/5: Went with this company for a move in cleaning for a new property. Scheduling the cleaning was easy and painless. On the day of the cleaning, the crew ended up arriving about an hour later than the estimate I had been given. Not a huge deal, but nobody had communicated with me that they were running behind, I had to reach out to them.
Once they arrived, the crew was very friendly and confirmed that we wanted a move in clean. I was concerned when they called me not even an hour and a half later letting me know they were done. That's the amount of time a total clean would probably take, but a move in clean should be very thorough (and is much more expensive). On the surface, it looked like they had done a pretty good job. But upon further looking it was clear that they did not do a full move in clean. The biggest thing was the cabinets in the kitchen were still filthy, and I ended up having to go in and wipe/ clean them out myself. There was also dust and dirt in a few window areas along the blinds.

Again, if I had just wanted a standard cleaning, it would have been a very satisfactory job. But when you pay over $300 for a service, you expect the place to be spotless. Especially since they had a 4 person crew. I may use them again for a regular clean, but will probably look elsewhere if I need a deep clean.
