They paid attention to baseboards and windows, air vents, and doors- all of those things that I don’t get around to often enough. The women were all friendly and respectful, and they were WORKING. It was amazing how much they got done. I’m finally going to get set up with regular service so I can enjoy this feeling more often!

My wife specifically asked if they would wash walls and baseboards, along with dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans. She was assured they would do all of that. She made sure they would wash the walls and baseboards because we wanted to paint everything before completely moving in. Again, she was assured that would be done. The maids were very friendly, but did not clean the walls or baseboards well. Seems like they just lightly dusted everything, which is not helpful when the wall is actually dirty and needs scrubbing. I had to clean up everything myself before painting. There were also cobwebs in all the corners of the baseboards. I am extremely disappointed with how everything turned out. I was charged $120 for almost 2 hours of light dusting. I will not be using this service again. Prior to writing this review, my wife has tried to reach out to the owner by leaving two messages. Still have not received a response.

They employed very young people that really didn’t know what they were doing. Each week had some sort of drama. To top it off they sent me a girl that was just five days post-Covid and I got COVID from her. Jackie, the manager was rude and hateful to me. Months after I no longer used them they sent me a large invoice of supposedly missed payments that I have receipts for. I contacted them and let them know, but they continued to send me the same invoice. I found much better cleanings and customer service from another company.

Katie came right on time and worked continuously for hours until all was sparkling clean. She used her own products and vacuum (obviously a good one, you could see how truly well the carpets were cleaned). She was throughout and profesional in her work, and we certainly will use her service again.

She does great with our dogs too so that’s a big bonus knowing that they and she are safe when she enters the house while we’re gone. She also cleans our short-term rental property, which can sometimes be very short notice and has never failed on fitting it into her schedule. I highly recommend Blue Jay if you’re looking for a cleaning service.

ETA: Contacted by Sarah at Blue Jay. Cleaner was new and said she was confused as bed was neat. It was as I left it when I got up (not neat). She's apologized, offered to come make up the bed (I already did that) and to discount the service.

The experience with your company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Owner was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I immediately agreed to your services. The Women arrived at my home on time, and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the deep clean. They worked as a team and had a very positive attitude. Owner exhibited a great can do spirit and work ethic as help clean the inside windows. They worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The quality control was done by Owner It was refreshing that he was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right. He also pitched in to help clean. The house looked great and she was attentive to the things I had set up for accessibility, so I could still reach them after she left. I look forward to the next time they come out to clean in a few weeks; having help is a big relief.
Sharon Antal rated it 5/5: We have used Anne for over a year and she has always been on time. She does everything we want and is very pleasant. Otherwise I would not still be using the service after a year. We have no problem going off leaving her in our home alone.
Felisha Trundle rated it 3/5: So I was a little disappointed in our clean because we spent $236 for a four hour deep clean. The girl did do a good job with the kitchen and the main living room, but then it seemed kind of like she forgot about the rest of the house. The bathroom vent was not cleaned, the top of the shower door not cleaned, our light fixtures and tops of doors were left dusty, my bedroom fan was not cleaned along with my dresser and lamps in my room. She did clean the fan in the other bedroom, so I’m not sure if she just forgot or what?
I gave three stars because she was nice and did a good job on the kitchen. It was definitely not a $236 clean. She did ask my husband if he wanted to look around, but my husband was busy with our newborn so he couldn’t.. so it is partially our fault for not catching this stuff before she left, but at the same time it’s not really our job to point out these very obvious things. I do feel that their bi-weekly cleaning is a fair price if they are able to clean all what they say they’re going to.

Gary did reach out and offer to send her back to clean these things for free, so that was very kind. So I do feel their customer service is good, which is why I gave them more stars.
