We had used other cleaners in the past but wanted to really feel comfortable and confident with the deep clean needed for turning over our rental. I booked the deepest clean option available and received a quote for the work based on level of cleaning and square footage. The home was completely empty for cleaning so there was no carpet, furniture, or trash to tend to. Some areas were already generally clean after maintenance was performed and the wood floors were refinished they did not need to be cleaned. Based on the cleaning quotes, there is no way to remove items from the list, only add so we were hoping the overall cleaning time might be reduced in the end. The cleaning crew came when they were scheduled but were out within 2.5 hours but we were charged for the full 3 hours of coverage. After returning to review the work we were astonished at what we found. Entire areas of the home were left untouched. Pet hair and coffee stains were visible from afar. Most cabinets had splatters. All windows were dusty along with kitchen area. Bathroom sink and floor were not cleaned. Most of the checklist items were not complete. Touch up services were offered but there was not confidence cleaning would be provided to the level as expected. We ended up needing to go back and completed most of the cleaning ourselves. I don't believe all cleaners work to these standards but it was almost shameful to be provided the level of service we were given. Beware, you may not be given the appropriate team for the services and high prices.

My husband didn't really want strangers in our house but after he saw how clean the range was their first visit, he was sold. Overall, we are very happy with their service. I typically give them 4.5 starts for the work they do and I leave that half star for the times I come home and I can just FEEL like the house is spic n' span. It's like the feel of coming into a quality hotel or well-maintained Airbnb.
My whole family stresses the day before they come; "housecleaning" before the housecleaning. But I don't want any time wasted working around piles of clothes, shoes or toys. And whenever they leave, it makes that extra work worth it.

They do not have independent access to our home, one of us is often here for their visits. If we have some conflict, the mgmt always works with us for either a reschedule or calling us for a remote access (pinpad).

I would love to go twice a month but that's not in the budget right now.

Rates have gone up significantly over the past year, which I understand given inflation, but we are now paying over $300 every two weeks for a very poor quality cleaning of our house. They don't appear to be dusting, our kitchen counters are almost always still dirty post-cleaning, and the vacuuming leaves a lot to be desired.
Among those and other specific issues, there are different cleaners each time, resulting inconsistent quality and cleaning steps taken. Sometimes certain parts are cleaned, sometimes they're not. Add to that the language barrier, which makes it difficult to explain our issues.

The cherry on top, and the reason we will no longer use them, is that while cleaning the stove top, one cleaner turned the knob for the gas valve which was open for more than an hour. The kitchen clearly smelled of gas, and somehow no one noticed despite them being in the room. When we came up and closed the knob in front of them, they said nothing. When we called to notify the company of this, they seemed unfazed and said they'd put it in their notes. This is not only unacceptable, but potentially very dangerous. We were lucky we were home, or else the gas could have been on for several hours.

Our home in Denver is our second home and we often have friends and family stay. We have a cleaning at least once a month and then schedule additional ones as needed. They are so easy to work with and they are extremely flexible with our schedule. We are able to plan them several weeks in advance and I really appreciate how easy the scheduling is – we just text what we need and they quickly respond and let us know if that works or if we need to adjust. The cleaners do a really excellent job. At first it made us a little nervous since we are not there, but after having a clean before we arrived, and after using them for several months, we are very comfortable and happy with their service. They do general housekeeping a including ensuring there are clean sheets on the beds between visitors and the refrigerator and everything is ready for a new visitor. We will continue to use them and recommend them. They charge our credit card each time so it is very easy for us.

You will be told one price and billed a different amount. Every week the price would be incorrect, extra hours added on to the time they actually cleaned(we have cameras so we can see when they come and go), Incorrect pricing for the amount of cleaners. The final straw for us was when they told us they would bill us for two cleaners since that is what we requested going forward but on the day of the cleaning they showed up with three cleaners. I called and asked why they sent three cleaners they stated it was a mistake and we would only be charge us for two cleanings. But of course we received a bill for three cleaners! Stay far away for this company. Stacy and the business side for the company are awful.

Zero star review!…….I hired this place to clean my sisters house cause she was moving and need to sell her house. They were scheduled to do a move out clean, told us it would be 4-5 hours. Then they showed up, they said it would only take 2 hours and we asked are you sure? 2 hours to clean base boards, windows, light fixtures, inside of the cabinets, stove and fridge, not to mention all the other wiping down and clean that was part of the contract. They said yes we are used to this. Well guess what it looked awful, they didn’t even do a move out clean, they did they same things one would do while cleaning there house, like wipe down the counter tops and sweep, they couldn’t even vacuum because there’s was broken. Now keep in mind all of the stuff in the house is gone since it’s a MOVE OUT cleaning. So now my sister has to go but cleaning stuff and spend the day doing it. The biggest problem I have is they charge for the service 2 days ahead of time, so now it’s causing more hassle since she gets to spend the afternoon on the phone with the bank canceling the charge that they did even before the provided the service. I don’t recommend this company! Save your money and hire someone else!

The cleaner was a little late but when I called/texted to see the office number to see if someone could provide me with an update on where the cleaner was they did. They said they were running late and would be there in a few minutes. Cleaners showed up and did a nice job. I was very pleased. I would defined use this company again in the future.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I had high hopes with all of the good reviews for this company. Unfortunately, the service received was very poor. My cleaner showed up 40 minutes after the 1 hour show up window, only after I called the company to tell them she never showed.

I was initially quoted one price for a move-out clean, 4 hours and one cleaner. After my cleaner showed up she took pictures, went back to her car with no explanation. Her manager then texted me saying the new price would require 2 people and would be almost $300 and 2 hours more. I understand that pricing can change upon initial inspection, especially because of pet hair, but $300, another person, and 2 hours more? Definitely not.

I had her do what she could in 4 hours, the 2 bathrooms and floors (I had a carpet cleaning service scheduled after that afternoon) were the priority.

4 hours later I walked into the house to one bathroom semi-clean and a lazy vacuuming job done. Nothing was done well.

When I called back to let them know I was unhappy with the job, I got no response. I called, texted and messaged over the websites chat function. I still haven't gotten any sort of response.

I now have to figure out how to have my house cleaned on time while working all weekend.

0/10 Would not consider again.
