They (and especially Emma) are also great with animals and are careful about not leaving the door open, not letting cats out, etc. I couldn’t recommend Natural Care enough.

The floor was still filthy, microwave uncleaned with soup at the top, I made my own bed and had to remind them to wipe down the mirrors. I sent these pictures and contacted the owner and he said "sorry your having a bad day and hung up."
They did not offer reimbursement… they wanted to send back the same 2 people (in photo) who did not speak any English whatsoever. Take your money elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

The appointment was for 10-12 arrival, they arrived promptly at 10 am. 4 people came marching in with dolly's and carts of cleaning supplies and went right to work! I had them clean my house top to bottom, it needed it too. I've been stuck in a wheelchair since two months before the pandemic, so it really needed it.
I was very pleased with the results. We did an inspection prior to them leaving, there were a couple of small things that I saw and they took care of them right away.
The people who showed up were very polite, professional and hard working! I will definitely use them again and I certainly recommend them. The cost was also like half of what merry maids wanted. Great price, great job, great value!

On the day we needed service for our move out a cleaning person i had scheduled bailed last minute. When I called to move my carpet cleaning appointment the gentleman on the phone advised me they also do move out cleaning and someone could be there today. They totally saved our butts! She showed up on time, had all of her own equipment, was extremely friendly, and did an amazing job! Our total was so decent and it took so much stress off of our move. Would definitely recommend!!!

Robert McGinnis rated it 5/5: I have used Michelle's Cleaning on two occasions and both experiences were top rate. The first time was a top to bottom deep clean of a house that had not been lived in for a year and had junk everywhere. They were able to get the house in a good livable condition in less than 5 hours. They cleaned walls, floors, windows and even ceilings plus getting rid of garbage. They also cleaned the bath and kitchen to a spotless condition. They also tackled the kitchen stove and refrigerator that both came out excellent.
The second cleaning was about 2 months later after I had the house leveled. The foundation repair required digging holes inside the house in at least 6 places with dirt all over the floors. I also had to have the plumbing repaired in the bath that made a mess there as well. There was a trail of dirt from the front to back doors as well as the bedrooms that wouldn't come out. Michelle's crew was able to get the floors in excellent shape and remove all the dust and dirt created by the workmen.

Michelle's crew is very professional and extremely courteous and helpful. Michelle is like a general orchestrating a war and coordinates all the workers to a precision team. They are the hardest working crew I've seen in decades and were able to accomplish all my cleaning goals despite the conditions.

Michelle is very punctual and charges for the cleaning were reasonable for the amount of effort needed. She had 4 workers plus herself on the first job and 5 plus herself on the second job as I remember. She has saved me literally weeks of effort to bring the old house back to a livable standard.

She left her work half way and I took her to get her car out At the end she force me to pay $270 and get her car out and she charged me $150 and she didn’t even finished her work. I will not recommend this lady to no one . Is about customer service, she started screaming at me when she figured out her car been toed, I even took her there nicely and took her car out and she still screaming at me for the money that she didn’t finished. I gave her all and I guess karma will come to her soon. I don’t need this type of service

They finished my 4,500 sqf home by 2pm. At the end their head cleaner walked through the home and made sure I’m content and satisfied with every details.
I just wished they had another branch in The Woodlands (where we live) so I could have them over frequently.

We have excellent service now. Our crew does an awesome job! They are very thorough and I truly feel like they clean like they are cleaning their own house. I would highly recommend Vanguard!

The quick response is especially appreciated since we will occasionally have to shut down due to a positive Covid case and are unable to reopen until the facilities are disinfected. Maintaining regular business hours would be very difficult without Vanguard, many thanks.

I speak about the numbers because numbers don't lie. Melissa and Jose are very good at what they do. I set a goal for my company, and I met that goal. Any accommodations I need for my staff are done. We all over communicate, and I couldn't have a better support for my cleaning company than Vanguard with Melissa and Jose. The whole staff is amazing and friendly to be honest.

They are also trust-worthy and we don’t have to worry about anything. It’s wonderful to know when I leave each night I know the next morning everything will be clean and secure.

We have very particular housekeeping needs with high clientele tenants and Office Pride gets it and they have not let us down.

The staff and owners gave us their cell phone numbers and were always available for anything. They were generous and honest and kind. We truly enjoyed working with them and are so thankful.
