But, for the last several months, the team of Lola and Domi have been my cleaners and they always do an exceptionally great job! My floors are particularly hard to clean well and streak free. But, Lola and Domi leave them perfect every time. When they are done all the surfaces in the kitchen are sparkling clean. And in the bathroom they take extra time to fold the towels in various attractive ways. They even arrange the bottles of shampoos and conditioners that we keep on the floor in the master shower nicely. John Ahearn rated it 3/5: The actual service and the two women who showed up were excellent. No issues with them whatsoever. I enjoyed meeting them. However, there was horrible communication involved when setting up the appointment and absolutely NO communication with respect to an estimate. I called and then emailed 3 times I think. I was trying to figure out how to proceed meaning … was my expectation supposed to be that there is no estimate provided (other than something that was +/- about $140 based on very preliminary info for my square footage and number of rooms)? That didn't help. Was the expectation that they cleaners would arrive ONLY to give me an estimate? Was the expectation that the cleaners would arrive, give me an estimate, and then ask if they should go ahead and clean? The reason for my persistent emailing over the course of a week was to find out what their process is for getting me the right estimate.
I have no doubt that someone at the Maid Connection is going to dispute all this and claim that I'm to blame somehow. And I AM willing to take some blame for not calling continually to make sure I understood what to expect. But here's what I won't take any blame for and why I can't give them more than a 3 star review. Even though the actually cleaning service was probably 4 star (they didn't to remove spider-webs on the ceiling in at least two places – super-easy for me to do after they left but that was the only issue), when the cleaners arrived I told them that whatever they may have been told before they got there we were subtracting two rooms from the original plan. The estimate they gave me when they walked in the door was all the way on the high from what I first saw on their site based on square footage and number of rooms I indicated. But then we subtracted two rooms entirely and I was told the estimate was the same?

Again the two cleaners were great and we wanted to schedule for them to come back every two weeks. One cleaner told me that she was pretty sure the house could be cleaned in 1 hr 45 minutes or 2 hours tops for the same rooms next time they showed. I was absolutely fine with paying more the first time though, because the first time is different and they needed to take time to relay info back to the scheduler. But with 2 rooms removed from the original estimate why did they still charge me for 2 hr and 45 minutes work?

I really wanted to make this work, and I actually made an effort to try and do so but the owner of the house decided the poor communication was going to be a show stopper even though she was torn because she was really looking forward to finally having excellent cleaners take care of her home every 2 weeks.

Bottom line: don't do what I did if you go with Maid Connection. Get the scheduler on the phone no matter how hard that is to do. And get the estimate in writing ahead of time. I never did, and it's still got me wondering why. Possible they thought they gave me an estimate perhaps? I certainly did not!

Made sure to let the person I scheduled with over the phone that no one has been living in the home for at least 6 months and it needed a deep clean. The two cleaning were extremely nice. I went back to the house to do a walkthrough and the window sills were still dirty with dead flies/bugs(which was written on the walkthrough paper that is taken to the office) , the windows themselves were also spotted with soap and water.
I called the office shortly after the two left my home and no one answered. I called the next day and spoke to the office person. I explained to her that I was not satisfied with the service and explained the windows. She said "some of the cleaners do a better job cleaning windows than others" and told proceeded to tell me that I should have had the two employees that were there clean them again before they left. She was right I should have but why since they didn't do it well the first time (possibly lack of training?) I asked if someone could come back and clean them correctly and the office person said again that I should have told the two employees to reclean the windows and that she would speak to them and call me back… I heard nothing.

Unfortunately, this situation made more work for myself and I lost a decent amount of money. I will also not use or recommend this company as they did not make it right the first time.

The two employees had great attitudes and were friendly. I hope moving forward this company invests more time into training their employees.

I was very pleased with their work. The cost was reasonable. An unexpected part of the service was the cleaners noted anything in the home that needed attention. CCR opened up the wall and subjected it to repeated water testing until they pinpointed where the water was coming in. They sealed the source of the leak (and retested to make sure), and then proceeded to do meticulous work to restore the internal and external walls to their original condition. The restoration was perfection. Throughout the job everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

They let me make requests (like getting the fridge wiped out) and they made everything sparkle! Before Fernando left, he asked me to take a look around and ensure everything was up to my standards. I've seen them only on occasion but it is always very obvious the next day that Jan-Pro of Tucson was here in the office the night before. They come after hours so as not to disrupt the normal business activities of our busy office. I am writing this in light of the fact that I have never appreciated Jan-Pro as much as I do right now. I was in the office a little beyond quitting time yesterday and through the glass partitions I watched as the Jan-Pro Customer Care member diligently sprayed, wiped, cleaned everything! I already knew they did a great job. As a result of the current state of this pandemic, every morning, preparing for the day, I also spray, wipe and disinfect our office. The first thing I noticed was the white cloth I was using stayed clean. I was so impressed I shared this information with the staff as they arrived for the day. I continued to wipe and clean everything… counters, desk, chairs, door jambs, cabinet fronts, handles, conference room tables, phones, keyboards, all surfaces… the more I cleaned, the more impressed I became. Jan-Pro of Tucson, I feel you really take good care of your customers. Thank you for keeping us so clean… especially now. Its greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work!!! Your customers notice.

Vanguard has been our cleaning company since July of 2014 and they have done a great job maintaining our office . Always keeping it presentable to host our clients.
