They went above and beyond to ensure that we knew of our options, had the information needed to make the right decision for us, and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get us on their calendar, and then were even more satisfied with the time it took to have the repair completed. Omar told me to show up at a particular time and surprisingly when I arrived, he was able to get me in. Omar was excellent with explaining best and worst case price for the job. He was great at communicating any additional costs or time it would take to fix it. My car looks beautiful again – I think they may have even vacuumed it for me before returning it! I definitely recommend coming here for any body work your car needs.

I brought my car in initially in September and was told the earliest opening they had was October 31st. The ladies at the desk who I was dealing with were very nice. I called a week after I had dropped it off and was told that they had not reviewed my car, then called the following week and was told the same. At first I thought it was the insurance company but the insurance told me that they had approved for Bavarian Body Works to look at the car. Nearly three weeks later they declare the car as a total loss. I don’t understand why it took as long as it did when the report that came back says “obvious total loss” if it’s so obvious why did it take as long as it did?

I don’t have much money and getting around without a car in the freezing cold November is very difficult. Today I went to pick up the car and cut my losses as it is in good driving condition and the money the insurance company was offering was just not enough to gamble and try to find a new car with. The car was filthy dirty with leaves and twigs all over it. The people were nice to my face but I feel completely walked over.

The proposal was very thorough (Alex) and the job foreman (Andres) did an excellent job explaining all the work that was to be done and the timeline for completing the project. Andres also took the time to answer my questions as the work progressed. Project manager Jerome inspected the work several times through the process and we did a final tour noting a few areas of touch-up. Everything was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use CertaPro again because they had excellent communication through the entire job and the scope of work that was outlined in the proposal matched the end result perfectly. I also thought the price was very fair due to all the manual scraping and priming that had to be done on our wood trim. Now our house is looking great!

The drywall had multiple poke holes and sections removed/replaced by the electrician during the wiring installation. The CertaPro painter patched and painted the entire wall and it looks perfectly smooth and unmarred now. I also had a closet painted that had a section of drywall that needed patching and that looks great as well. The consultation appointment was very helpful and scheduling the work was easy. Trying to manage a project like this from another state was not something I was looking for, but Andrew, Bobby, and ales made it happen. We finished on time and their work was excellent. Their GM, Ben, was really easy to talk too, and broke down the repair which provided a great deal of comfort.

The whole experience was a breeze. I called and asked if they could take my car a few days early, no problem. They called me back a couple of days ahead of schedule to inform me that my car was ready. When I received the car, I couldn’t even tell there had been a scratch there.

Overall, it was a great experience and I’m glad to have found a bodyshop I can count on.

Isa L rated it 5/5: I took my car into D&I body shop for repairs from an auto collision (bumper and headlight were damaged). First off, I was so impressed with their customer service. They were able to take my car in right away and got started on it promptly (at this time multiple auto repair shops were not accepting cars for repairs). I called the shop nearly everyday to get updates and they were always kind, transparent, and patient with me. They always gave me clear answers about the status of my car and certainly made sure things were moving along, even when my insurance was causing the hold up. They were also accommodating! Once my car was ready for pick up, I had a schedule issues and Ben was so understanding and worked with me. The best part was they did a fantastic job! I've had my car repaired by Honda body shops in the past and I'd say D&I's work exceeds their work. The body of my car looks brand new and they did it in a timely manner of about 2 weeks! I would definitely bring my car in for any future repairs and highly recommend it if you are looking for great service in addition to exceptional work.

The general manager Ben was very receptive to all my concerns regarding the function of the car and was very adamant about making sure it was fixed and returned to me in a timely manner. Overall they did a great job and the car works like it did the first day I got it.

I do not have a whole lot of experience dealing with body shops and was not excited about having to go to one after getting rear-ended. I've heard horror stories. Along with this, my insurance adjustor told me that I would be lucky to get my car in before the end of the year because of supply chain issues causing repairs getting backed up and of course I didn't want to get ripped off.

D&I blew me away for the very beginning. I called and they told me to bring the car in the next day. They didn't make a promise on the completion date, but I told them I really need the car for Thanksgiving travel. Essentially, they under-promised and OVER delivered. I just got my car back today, well before I needed it. The manager Ben went out of his way to track down the parts that were needed and had them expedited. I was blown away.

When I picked up the car (which looked amazing), I and noticed it had zero gas. My fault. I went into the shop and Ben came with me to the gas station to make sure I made it. Unbelievable.

I was looking for a good body shop that does good work in south Florida for Tesla’s and everywhere I went it was a minimum time of 2 months to get my car fixed. So I heard of D & I body shop from a close friend of mine that got her car fixed from them, so I gave the shop a call and right off the bat they made me feel very comfortable, they were very honest. I shipped my car to there shop and within 1 week and half my car was fixed! I’ve never seen such good work by a body shop before. They also helped me find new tires and rims. they also dipped my brake calibers in a baby blue which was so beautiful! Ben is the manger and he’s really helped me throughout the whole time keeping me updated with my car.
I definitely would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to take all my cars to them.

When the body work was eventually finished, they didn't even give me the courtesy of calling me to let me know it was ready to be picked up… so, it just sat in the shop an extra day, just because.

The body work was generally fine. The [customer] service, however, was mediocre. So, if that's important to you, you may consider taking your car elsewhere.

I took it in on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. The paint quality looks very good, you cannot tell that it's been repainted, but I think he gave me the better quality paint. Not sure what the lowest quality looks like. But overall very happy with this shop!

But they forgot to paint an aftermarket front grill which I specifically asked them to paint when I got there.

The other thing was, they had to replace my passenger side mirror (not assembly which is a $279 part, just the glass, a $39 part which snaps on and takes at the most 5-10 minutes to install), they charged me 4 hours ($400) to do that!!!! I kept challenging them on this but they did not budge.

PS: They were a week late as someone was out sick but I was fine with that and understood given today's job market.

I dropped my vehicle off July 27th 2020 I was promised to have it back in a week. Didn't get my car back untill Aug 20th 2020 and the paint job was still a mess. Went to this location and was given a quote on a paint job from Jay (manager)we were satisfied with the price so we put down a $200 deposit and was to pay the remaining balance that Tuesday when we returned to pick up the vehicle no problem. Tuesday I send my boyfriend to pick up the car and they had painted the car but didn't do any of the body work that was included in the quote. I was told that it was a miscommunication on the company's behalf. Ok so now I'm given another date to come pick up my car. This happened two more times I was given date's to come back to pick up my car because the paint job was still a mess. Fast Forward Aug 20th 2020 go to pick up my car and the car was still a mess and they had the nerve to tell me that Jay told them not to do anymore work on my car because they had done enough already and we didn't have to pay the remaining balance. The sad part about this whole experience is that I paid my money for a service that was supposed to have taken a week but some how it turned into almost a month and the car STILL LOOKS A MESS. I WOULDN'T DARE REFER ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they didn't. This Location Is Unprofessional and has Poor Customer Service. Both pictures are after pictures.
UPDATE: I'm just now receiving a call back from CORPORATE Sept 14, 2020 (I had to reach out to them twice before I received a call back) this company is trash. I see why this location is low rated corporate dosen't believe in honoring their policy nor do they believe in professionalism because everyone that I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude like it is ok to take our hard earned money and give us a Kindergarten paint job well it's not. Looking at the reviews this has happened on more then one occasion and that's lets you know that Maaco Collision Repair is all about a dollar and not good quality work or pleasing a paying customer. Once again do not use this location their a rip off the worst experience ever.

They wrapped every window, knob and removed the light switches instead of just painting around it. After painting, they cleaned up and left no mess. I selected Intown Painting based on their reviews and responsiveness. Keith guys did a great job. Keith provided good recommendations on quality paints for various surfaces. He is also focused on customer service, coming by several times to assure we were happy with the work.
The crew worked hard getting the prep work done right. They repaired/replaced damaged wood and surfaces, before painting and delivered an excellent final product. I am happy.

I also recommend some lighting upgrades inside. I had to walk outside in the sun to get a better idea of the colors I was looking at. I recommend this place if you are looking to buy some paint just talk to someone with experience and walk outside to get better lighting for the colors.

My husband and I have been trying to figure out how to touch up the paint in the house that we moved into but had been doing trial-and-error for about a week and a half with two different paint finishes. Tamika went into problem solving mode and figured out how to fix our issue since we couldn't figure out what finish the paint had. She saved me so much time and energy by being a subject matter expert and listening to my problem carefully. She also knew I was a first time home owner so she gave me a tip on another paint project I mentioned I'd be tackling next. She was really patient and a wealth of knowledge- can't thank her enough!

There has been a shortage of paint lately, and I was not able to find any at the other Sherwin-Williams on 10th Street. The Five Points store was very accommodating and actually had one last gallon of the mix I needed. I will continue to shop with them in the future. Very satisfied customer!!!

He took the time to recommend a specific formula that would match the builder-grade paint on my wall, and then took the time to adjust the custom color-match tint three or four times until it was so perfect I couldn't tell where he put it on the color chip. I got home, brushed a sample on the wall and can't tell where I put it. Most paint places will scan the sample, mix it once and call it good. I really appreciate that Devin took the time to get this so perfect. It saved me time and money from having to paint four whole walls instead of just the repaired area.

The employees were very nice and efficient and were able to work with my timeline. The paint fix was done very well, on time, and for the lowest of all 3 quotes I had done. They even returned my car to me cleaner than it was when I took it in! A great place for paint work.

It has been two weeks, and he is telling me he needs more time on the car.
Not sure if it's due to lack of staff, but sixteen days seems excessive to me especially since I have to get a rental and I'm paying for this out of pocket.
Joe Borrillo rated it 1/5: Recommended to us this company for a windshield replacement. I called and asked for a quote to compare prices with other companies. I was told that I couldn’t get a quote over the phone. I had the VIN in hand and ready to give to them so they could identify the parts and give me a call back with the quote. The person I spoke to was not interested in doing the work. I was able to get 3 other quotes over the phone or online. Very disappointing.
Response to owner:
This is the ONLY company I have contacted (out of 10 total) who will not give an estimate over the phone. There is no guess work in replacing a windshield when provided with the VIN. The part and the labor should be set and easily identifiable with the VIN provided. This isn't like repairing a motor where you may run into other issues along the way or require other parts. The cracks are too big to repair and so a replacement is required.

Jeff took my car in and calmed me down assuring it would be all ok. Throughout the process of my car getting repaired, we would call almost daily and he would be very honest with me about what was going on and what the time frame looks like.

My car looks absolutely brand new and Jeff did way more than he needed to to make sure that it was running ok. When I picked up my car (honda crv) and started driving for about 15 minutes, every single warning sign went off saying practically everything was wrong so I reached out to Jeff to see what was up and he called the dealership, found out the car just needed to be driven for 20-30 miles to recalibrate all the sensors, and came into the shop ON HIS DAY OFF to drive to car for me because he didn't want me driving it until everything was guaranteed to be ok.

This shop is made up of the kindest people and I definitely recommend.

Nini Love rated it 1/5: I walked in to get a couple of paint samples, however I was not greeted when I walked in. After staring at the paint samples for a couple of minutes, I still was not acknowledged. I’m guessing it was so busy with the only two other customers in the store, besides the staff, that maybe they didn’t notice myself. I am pretty short after all, however that is no excuse. I will not return. I may try a different location, maybe I will have better luck, who knows. if it wasn’t for the paint shortage and not being able to mix light colored samples at Lowe’s, I would never have come here in the first place. I never thought I would receive better treatment at a large chain store, compared to a niche store, that specializes in paint!!! Customer service is everything, especially in this consumer’s market.

Whenever she purchases gallons of paints, this location's employees have been helping her to put the paints into her car and she was so thankful for the help because she can't lift gallons of paints by herself.
But Today, There was an African American lady who's working in this location and when my mother asked her to help her to put 15 gallons of paints into her car, she said "No, Ma'am" and just left. I'm not sure if only male employees have to put the 15 gallons of paints into my mother's car. My mother has run the painting business more than 10 years and has seen many employees who's working in many Sherwin-Williams locations and she has never experienced that kind of behavior. I was there with her and it was very uncomfortable experience.
