We can say beyond the shadow of a doubt, Riggins exceeding all of our expectations. From the initial review and walk around to the establishment of a budget (which they totally honored) until the final walk through, Riggins is a very very professional operation. T Love rated it 4/5: This is my initial review. However, the manager, Shaun, told me to bring my car back in 2-3 weeks to fix my concerns.
Pros:
*Great Customer Service – They always answered the phone when I called to check on the status of my vehicle.
*Affordable – I paid $643. This included $100 for repairs, $200 for 2 Clear Coats, and the cost of base coat.
*Provides you a pamphlet on paint maintenance.
*Manager is more than happy to fix valid concerns to make the consumer happy.
*I love how pure this white paint looks.

Cons:
*Timely- It took 2 weeks to recieve my vehicle. However this was due to unforeseen circumstances with an employee and it being tax season.
*Paint Drippings- I have about 3 areas on my car with drippings. One near the passenger side tail light. And 2 on the front bumper.
*Dull Repair Areas- Unfortunately areas that recieved repairs look dull, lack smooth finish, and some areas I can still she my original paint color.
*Lower Parts Neglected – On the lower parts of my doors from a distance you can see my orginal car color. These areas also lack a smooth finish.
*Additional Clear Coat – Unfortunately, there are various areas that lack a smooth paint finish. This is detected when wiping car down with a soft wash cloth.

In all, I recommend anyone who is looking for an affordable paint job to come here. I would recommend that you do some of the prep work in advance, such as taping the borders of things you do not want painted. Also, for trouble areas (dents, chipped paint) have someone sand them out in advance.

As you can see, my car definitely does not look bad through camera.
Mr. Hewitt rated it 1/5: Very sloppy job. Paid for prep work on my hood UPFRONT and never got it. Looks like they painted over the dirt and dust on the vehicle that makes the paint job look even worse. It's been less than 3 months and paint is already starting the chip on my bumper. The car is garage kept. They painted my moldings and door handles which wasn't painted before but then said bring it back in a few weeks to fix it blaming the painter "jumped" on the car. Why tell me my car is ready when you already knew this? What does taping off certain parts of the car have to do with painting it quickly? Who is checking to confirm these cars are painted the correct way before contacting the customer? The only good thing about it was the quick turnaround but that also explains the lack of detail and finish. Paint job isn't what I expected considering I've got the car painted before at the Pleasant View location for less with MUCH better results. Would've brought it back but just don't trust them with my vehicle considering how business was done the first time and didn't have the time to be without my vehicle again. Only reason I accepted the car because I NEEDED it back. I'm open to a resolution if there is one to be had.

And lady or man name Suzan very ignorant …. Doesn’t even try to understand or listen my issues ….. Anyways Finally they finished with my car and picked it up : they changed my back and front windshield and the back has dest from inside I can’t even take it out or be Able to clean it . Stay away from this place unless you want to waste you time and get messed up service . My 2022 Audi shouldn’t end up in this place for 3 month .Stay away from this old Skool scums . Over charging my insurance and my insurance is high now !

There is a reason why the luxury brand dealers recommended Joe Stewart Body Shop and its because the shop understands that the quality of repair is paramount. The receptionist, the accounts manager and the shop manager, Lawrence Jr, were courteous, responsive and friendly. If there is any fault, it is with prolonged repairs. It seems every business is struggling with the supply chain and this company is no exception. But I appreciated their communications to keep me appraised of the repair process. I have, unfortunately, used their services on 4 occasions. I was very satisfied with all their work and would highly recommend them to a friend.

I worked with Bryant and his thorough evaluation of the work I needed was really impressive. He kept me informed about what was going on and worked flawlessly with my insurance company. He was always present when needed and always available to speak with. His estimate of the time frame to complete the work was right on point. Most importantly, the work they did on my vehicle was flawless…it looks exactly like it did when I bought it from the dealership. When they were done with the body work…they had it perfectly detailed. Every employee with whom I had contact at the shop was quite friendly. Nicci gillentine rated it 1/5: Where to even begin! We dropped our truck off for paint on July 11th. The clear coat was coming off and we wanted the factory color freshened up. We removed all the trim and plastics for them. We placed duct tape over the roof rack to prevent any leaks and made them aware of the tape. This was my husband's deceased father's truck so it holds a lot of sentimental value. They told his it would be ready Friday the 17th or Monday the 20th at latest. We had a trip planned the 24th and still needed to replace the tires and other things but this gave us plenty of time. Of course the truck wasn't ready until 7/22. My husband knew immediately it was off because the truck was blue. He arrived to get it and it was purple. When he reviewed it closer he found several issues. There was a whole bug painted in it. The color was wrong. it was purple not "Bermuda Blue" The pieces weren't painted underneath of. The weather stripping and headlights were sanded and ruined. He made them agree they would fix it when we returned from our trip. When my husband got home he started taking pictures to document. They painted over several pieces of duct tape on the roof where we told them they were. The tire wells were painted. They ran out of paint in a few places. He found more bugs. A coke bottle under the hood. A trim piece completely missing, dirt under the paint, all weather stripping ruined, the wheel wells were painted with overspray, the weather stripping was painted, they lost the painted piece of the hood near the window, lost his license plate bolts, broke his rear windsheild wiper and utterly RUINED the truck. They agreed they would fix it if he brought it back after out trip. He was sick after seeing all this and took the truck back the next day instead. The owner was out front when he pulled up and told my husband, man that's a bad paint job, we can fix it but it's going to cost you. Who did it? My husband couldn't hide his satisfaction and smiled and said you all did. Picked it up yesterday. He was blown away that the truck was released this way. The original guy said they ran out of paint and he told them not to give the car back like this but the office manager did anyway. He got a paint pen and marked everything and there was so much he finally just wrote in HUGE letters on the whole truck "fix truck"
He said he needed 3-4 weeks due to all the damages. We agreed with him. He also agreed to fix the weather stripping, order a replacement missing hood piece, and fix or replace the headlights. It is now 9/17 and they STILL have the truck and are avoiding giving us answers. I called corporate and they lied to corporate telling them it was not there since July, and that it was there for warranty work. Said it would be ready today at 4. If it isn't in pristine condition today, I will be hiring an attorney. We didn't buy a 500.00 paint job, we bought the 2k job including body work and factory paint. I'll update soon. They lie. Then lie more. Very unprofessional.

Unsurprisingly they lied to corporate And told them the truck would he ready at 4 today. My husband drove an hour and 20 minutes to pick it up and guess what? It wasn't even in the paint booth yet. Told him to come back tomorrow.

9/18, we have yet to hear from them as to when the truck will be ready to pickup. I called corporate again to update them. The continue to tell me an escalation team will call me but they don't know when. I am now at 57 days without my truck.

They locked him and other customers outside. When he asked for his parts they wanted to just call him back. He refused and is still waiting. It's zebra striped and now missing the back of the mirror, the wiper cover, and the piece near the windshield is missing still.
Corporate still has yet to call me.

We had to call the police to get them to release our missing parts. They randomly located them when the police came.

Still no call from corporate.

Fallon was great and patient helping me choose the right color palette. The week of painting everyone was very thorough and polite. Especially Fernando. Michael was great at updating and I appreciate that I had several walk arounds to make sure that I was pleased with the work. They fixed some wood rot and actually replaced the wood instead of just patching it. I would definitely recommend them without reservation. Thank you for giving me a new house!!

Gina at the front desk was also really nice and helpful during the whole process. At the end of it all, I got my car back looking brand new again. I sure hope I never need them again, but if I ever find myself in need again, you better believe I'll be coming back here. I love these guys!!

LOL I have never been more happy with a body shop and I've used several body shops in the Memphis area. They are the best that I've used. I highly recommend them.
