He took it back for me and put some bolts (with my permission) and brought it back very quick. He even went and got some tape and cut a bunch to wrap my car to help prevent any further damage or weight on it! Even covered my damaged light. It looks fantastic for temp work! After making several desperate calls to collision centers and getting outrageous over the phone quotes I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed. I knew the damage to my vehicle was minor but to me it felt like my vehicle was severely damaged and I was devastated. Last phone call was to Miracle Body and Paint. On the other end of the line was Pearl, she was extremely thorough and had a genuine tone to our conversation. I came in after 2pm as she suggested. I was immediately greeted and waited patiently. As I sat in the lobby I observed how she was multi-tasking her customers at her desk and the phone calls coming in while still providing professional customer service. Mr. Michael Arevalos General manager of the location was assigned to help me with my estimate. He introduced himself handed over his business card and was instantly kind and attentive. As we walked over to my car and I showed him the minor damage that was caused by a mattress on the highway. He was honest and truthful and acknowledged that the minor could be fixed on site in minutes. I could not believe my ears. I had just spent hours of tears and worry some time over coming up with a plan to fix my car that I pride myself for purchasing. How could a collision company who are usually money hungry and ruthless be providing a quick service at no cost. Mr. Arevalos took my keys and in less than 5min my car was good as new!! I called to ask a few questions and Mauro was INCREDIBLY patient and thorough when answering them over the phone. Army (R) veteran, I’ve traveled domestically, and global for many years – and I’ve experienced many businesses with their customer support toward their consumers; let me just say this: Mauro & Ryan are not only professional and accommodating, but are THE BEST in the business. I brought my Model S Tesla to them-after a door ding, w/PPF on it.
I was a WALK-IN, no appointment. Mauro made a QUICK assessment and asked me to pull my car into their Bay Area. After about 30mins of working his magic – BAMMM, NO MORE FREAKIN’ DENT!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Completely blown away. It was a very difficult job, with how Tesla door frame is, and the amount of space he had to work with. However, He prevailed and now, I have no dent on my driver side door. Now, I can replace the PPF!! Absolutely amazing work gentlemen!! No paint damage, no painting, or any of that stuff. Just an amazing team who works their magic at removing dents!

I was very delighted to know I was in good hands with Carlos and his team. The facility is clean and he made sure to explain everything and answer questions so I had no qualms. They work with most insurance companies so that was a plus. When I got my car back it was washed and vaccum’d which I was NOT expecting but also appreciated SO much considering I left them with my car a mess on the inside, like tbh a lil embarrassing 😭 but they’re respectful and do good honest work. Looking forward to working with them again.
(ps) repaired photo is my car 2 days after pickup. They really do wash ur car when they’re done working on it :3

Carlos, the main guy I worked with, was absolutely attentive, courteous, and communicative, as was the rest of the crew! I came in to get my bumper repaired, and they did an amazing job in a timely manner. My car looks brand new. Plus- they vacuumed and washed it! I can’t thank this team enough. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

There is no way for that much work to be entirely painless, but Papermoon made it as close to painless as it could possibly be! The estimate process was very simple, their crews were on time, they were courteous, they were very good at keeping us appraised of their progress and expectations, and they did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day, which allowed us to have relatively normal evenings even in the midst of the work. We came and went from our home with no concerns about leaving their crew there, and even had part of the work done while we were out of town, which I would not feel comfortable doing with every company. I also highly recommend taking advantage of the color consultation — I had been stuck for a very long time trying to choose a color to replace a beat up, over-warm beige that was everywhere in our home. Lisa was amazing at sorting through what would be the best fit for our light, architecture and how I wanted the space to feel. I am amazed at how much lighter and brighter our home

I was so happy with the professionalism from the painters who were on time, polite, attentive that I thought about them again to paint my front entrance foyer which has 18 ft ceilings. Again, on time, professional, polite, informative and took time to answer questions. I work from home and both times each of the teams were very respectful of my work schedule and need not to be disturbed during meetings. I would highly recommend this company and will think of them first for my next project.

Mary Foust rated it 5/5: I have wanted a San Francisco "Painted Lady" style Victorian house since I was a little girl and first saw them in the intro to the TV show "Full House." Well, that little girl grew up and married a man who didn't want an old Victorian house with all its potential age-related problems, but recognized my wish and said, let's get a new construction home, and you can make it look like a Victorian house.
So here we are. This dream has now become a reality. My new construction home, while beautiful, was painted a builder neutral which just isn't me. I found Texas Professional Painting to be exactly what's in their name: Professional painters. They listened to my dream paint job and brought it to life, even with a rather complex paint plan unusual to Texas. What was once a brown on brown on brown house is now a gorgeous sea green with turquoise accents and framed by a cloud white trim, with the front door and back doors repainted in a deep ocean blue. My neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhoods are filled with neutral-painted homes and I have already seen neighbors slamming on their brakes as they drive past my house, or stop in my driveway as they are walking by my house, because it's the only one in the neighborhood painted like this.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Michael Cardenas and his amazing team. Not only were they on time and professional, they were affordable. I was quoted for as much as $8,000 by other companies, and I just plain couldn't afford that. Michael quoted me half of that. I got my dream "Painted Lady Victorian" exterior with a flawless result at a fraction of what it would have cost me elsewhere.

I needed a body shop to paint the replacement part that I bought but most major shops that I called would not touch the job unless they were removing, installing and ordering the part themselves. This was not going to help me get my truck back together any sooner.
I read the reviews for Star Collision and decided to give a call. Mauricio discussed the issue with me, provided a quote to paint the part and that was the bottom line. They were willing to warranty the paint job and that was all that I could ask for. The shop painted the part for me in a few days and got it back to me so that I could install it on the truck. The only other thing I had to do was bring the truck back to the shop so they could buff the part out and ensure the job was completed. The paint match was spot on and I cannot even tell that I replaced the grille assembly.

This shop was willing to take the job to provide the basic service that a customer was looking for. They didn't try to hijack a whole service job. They just painted a part for a "do it yourselfer" and let me get my truck back together faster than the "big name" shops would have.
I appreciate what Star Collision was willing to do when other shops wouldn't. They were not out to "make a killing" on a work order, but instead were just there to help someone out.

I had worst damages on my vehicles for a previous repair and took less time when my damages were minor and took a week and a two days to paint a small area on a bumper and replace a light. Then instead of doing there own estimate they took the one the insurance gave me and supposedly had the wrong VIN and got the wrong part and took even longer. As well as not calling to give me updates like I asked I had to call 5 times to get updates since some days I was waiting for a call that never came.The amount of time taken to fix the car was disappointing and I even asked to pay for repairs then bring the car back when the parts come in like I have done before at another repair shop but was told it would be better to keep the car even though it sat there for days not getting worked on because they had to look for additional damages when they could of done there own estimate and saw there wasn’t going to be any because in the accident a lady scraped my car while I was parked. And I couldn’t even get a rental because they never told me a number of how many days it was going to take to get fixed. Even never gave me a cost of the repairs until I called on the last day that it was going to be done which I had to call because like I said they never call back and give me updates. Still haven’t even gotten my vehicle .I will be making sure I go to another repair shop as I didn’t feel like I was appreciated as a customer.

I called Yasmein Auto, and Hamed answered the phone right away. I let him know I was looking for body shop after my accident. I had already had a previous fender bender where I used the dealership’s recommended body shop. I had a poor experience with them where they took too long, and had poor customer service. I was going outside of my insurance’s preferred body shops, and looking for something better. Hamed told me not to worry, that he was sending someone out to tow my vehicle right away. I told him I didn’t know if I had to tow through my insurance, and he said he would handle everything, not to worry. He had my car towed out the morning after my accident, and they went to work. He did handle everything with my insurance, and even got Enterprise to me to get my rental. They had my car finished before the estimated time frame, and treated me like family the whole time, keeping me updated along the way. I never had to call, and ask for an update. They are professional, fast, courteous, and darn good at what they do. I don’t have any pictures of the accident. I was too upset. But looking at the pictures I posted, it’s like it never happened. My car looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m never taking my car to another body shop.

My parents have had a few vehicles repaired here now; I also recently had the pleasure of doing business with the shop and they made my experience easy and quick. Hamed stayed in communication with me and my insurance throughout the whole process; notifying us on the progress of the repairs and any additional damages that were found. Overall the work turned out great!! The paint is dead on with the factory coat and now my whole Honda Sensing system is back online! They also did an excellent job cleaning the whole car up before returning it to me; going so far as to actually clean and restore the headlights, which was a much welcomed surprise! This is our go to body shop now. If you ever need paint & body work done, check this shop out! You won't be disappointed.

If you need a paint job, we highly recommend you hire Paint Masters. You will not regret it! My husband and I just purchased a new home and we wanted three of the rooms painted. We made the mistake of originally scheduling the job with another competitor painting company in town (received the estimate, scheduling of service, received a contact agent, etc.). However, a week before the job was supposed to happen, that other company did not respond to our phone calls and didn’t return our messages. We were left in despair with no paint job and movers coming next week.

With urgency, I called nearly every interior painter in San Antonio hoping one could fit us in. Most were scheduled out for months and wouldn’t even discuss the job with me until August. But, Charlie at Paint Masters? He not only took my call, he listened with empathy. He expressed his concern for what had happened to us, with the previous company, and told us he would do everything he could to fit us in. Then, he jumped into action. He was able to move two of his crews around on other jobs and squeeze us in THIS WEEK. Their prices were very reasonable and indeed nearly identical to the first company. He didn’t gouge the price even though he knew we were in a bind to get the job done before our furniture arrived. He even worked late into the evening getting everything set up, texting us at 10 PM with the price quote and scheduling the job, all to ensure we would be able to get the service completed this week.

Charlie’s paint crew, led by Rolando, Sr., was absolutely AMAZING!!!! They were so efficient. They completed the entire house, all three rooms, in only one day (actually less than 7 hours). Their painting skills were incredible! Not a drop on the floor. Not a ding or scratch on any of our walls. No feet tracks on the flooring. No smudges on the carpet. And their edging was perfect!! NOT ONE drop of paint from the wall hit the ceiling nor touched the baseboards. They were incredibly polite and professional. They were friendly and personable. The most impressive part of their professionalism though, is that they were dedicated to ensuring that we were pleased with the final results. We had originally picked a color of yellow that was a bit more mustard-y and deeper yellow that we had anticipated. Rolando mixed white with the original to soften it until we got the color we wanted. Then, my husband went to Home Depot quickly, bought two new gallons, and Rolando and his team painted that room AGAIN. So, in essence, they ended painting “four” rooms (as one was done twice), in one day, just to make sure their costumer was content and happy with the results. The finished rooms look wonderful. The colors in all the rooms are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Rolando, Sr. and his crew did gorgeous work and did so in a timely fashion. Now, we are all ready for our furniture to arrive, thanks to Paint Masters.

There are literally no words for how grateful we are for Charlie and Rolando, Sr. and his team. From the moment Charlie first answered our call, their entire company has worked so hard to help us out of a terrible bind. We could not be happier that the other competitor company ducked out on us because we fortunately landed on Paint Masters and that was the best thing that could have happened. Horacio, his carpenter and Paco, his painter are both topnotch. Excellent work. It has been about a year and both the exterior paint and deck paint have held up well. We would highly recommend Paint Masters and will use them for any future paint and stain projects.
