Brian, our lead painter and Javier, his right hand man did an incredible job, getting every detail right, done on time, and the result is amazing. Home looks brand new! The project management was good, all commitments were fully met, and Queen Anne Painting is very easy to work with. Their carpentry services came in handy to address some dry rot issues (typical in most paint jobs). Can’t say enough about the hard work and excellence of Brian and Javier. My full upstairs reno in a 100+ year old home was not easy and required a lot of carpentry expertise, as well as painting acumen. Queen Anne Painting are the only painters I will ever use.

We had taken quotes from many painting companies over the course of two years and Phinney Ridge outshone all others by miles right from the start. Nik came to our home for the inspection and was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient in answering questions. Our house was built in 1905, needed lead paint removed, and a lot of prep work. When the project began it was Charley who was there from start to finish, prepping and painting. He made suggestions based on his expertise that improved the finished look of the house. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Charley is a great communicator and always listened to our questions and some concerns from our neighbors too, finding solutions that worked for everyone. Ryan was our project manager and made sure everyone was on the same page, his communication skills are outstanding. We always felt like he was there for us. The whole team made sure repeatedly to talk with us during every phase of the project, were incredibly patient and kind, and we cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to have their house painted. Others wanted to build scaffolding for an extra $10K-20K. Not only did Phinney Ridge come in with the most reasonable quote, but they were also the most likable and communicative through the process. Jarrod was our PM, and Mike was our head painter. They started our job even earlier than promised and were on time every single day. Mike was an incredible perfectionist with great taste, which meant I could rely on him to make decisions. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and the final result. Our home looks gorgeous. And our whole neighborhood thanked us for upping their property values lol.

Recently I moved to West Seattle and, with the bridge out then, tried another shop to help with some new scratches I put on my car, and I ended up paying a lot of money for very little. I decided to bring my car back to H&I and they completed the work, doing a better job for less. I highly recommend them for any auto body work!

Not only did they completely repair all damaged from the accident, but they also did touch painting in other areas of the car that needed it. If that’s not enough they washed the exterior and cleaned the interior. When I got my car back, I felt like I was getting it fresh off the lot for the first time. Thank you H&I Autobody. Lara Van Cise rated it 5/5: I want to give huge thumbs up to Karla and her team at KP Painter. She painted my kitchen cabinets a gorgeous black- and did a beautiful job. She can attest – I am annoyingly meticulous about details- and she absolutely nailed it.
After researching prior to her starting, I knew the paint I wanted and without my saying anything, that was exactly the paint she uses- and she does not go cheap- knowing how critical the primer, paint and technique are for getting the very best result. She is so thoughtful about ensuring the longevity and durability- clearly important with kitchen cabinets. I waited a couple months for my review just to see how they look post-daily use and they look as perfect as the day she and her team finished.

We had a minor issue with footprint of my new cabinet pulls I chose not matching up with the old pulls- which was my fault for not having the new handles in time (tip for others- make sure you have all your hardware first!) and several of the doors needed some touch ups. Without pause, she told me she would fix them to make everything look perfect again- and she did. I was nervous those spots would stick out or not look like the beautiful airbrushed finished of the rest of the cabinets and they look great- you can’t tell the difference. It just showed me how much care and pride she takes in her work and how much she cares about her customers and her business.

I would use her for any painting project- anytime. She isn’t the least expensive- but that ole’ cliche that you get what you pay for definitely applies to painting kitchen cabinets. I have seen so many bad cabinet paint jobs where they had to be redone shortly after- I’d rather have it done right and perfect the first time around. Karla and her team are great and I feel super lucky my kitchen was in her hands.

They were quick, did everything we asked, handled a complicated list of specifications without trouble, and were so patient, even when we kept changing the scope mid-way through the project! Any concerns we had were quickly and easily resolved.
And most importantly, they did amazing high-quality work, with more attention to detail than we were expecting (and we had high expectations).

I am now trying to find new things to have them paint… Kind of wish we hadn't just moved into a new house that was freshly painted, or I'd totally have them come out and do this house too! I can't recommend them enough.

Chris and his crew were incredibly responsive and professional from the initial consultation to project finish. The crew went above and beyond with their attention to detail and were patient with our add-on tasks. The quality of the work was impressive and our house looks amazing. Patsy Chun rated it 5/5: I strongly recommend All Covered Painting . The old adage, " You get what you pay for" rings true in our case too. We just finished with painting the exterior of our 9 year old home. This was a complete package from start to finish. From using a color consultant (pay a little extra for that, but well worth the professional advice), to help with color selection and paint quality. I will say, as I said at the top, they are not the least expensive, but value expressed in timeliness, thoroughness, cleanliness and neatness, and attention to detail, trumps cheapness every time. Leo and his crew were professional, patient through all my questions, and very informative. Always at the beginning of each work day, he outlined what their goals were for the day, and then executed up to the very end of the day. This project was delayed because of the consistently bad weather and supply chain issues throughout last year and the first 6 months of this year. When we finally had a week of decent weather, they came immediately and were able to complete the job.
If you need your house painted, use this company. You won't regret it.

Glenn Cannon rated it 5/5: I've been using All-Covered Painting exclusively since 2014.
They first did the exterior, siding and trim, recommending satin vs. the old flat finish. The work was guaranteed for 5 years. The siding has been lightly pressure washed once, and it looks like it was painted recently. They also fabricated covers for exterior beams to prevent water damage (service not listed), and they've worked well. There have been a few problem areas, which were repainted and are now fine (covered by warranty).
They also painted a patio below our deck (service not listed ).
After the exterior, they have painted most of the interior walls, some ceilings, and the entry door. This was done over several years, and all still looks great. They also helped with color selection, including painting samples on walls for selections.
I'm now having them paint the carport surface (a new service).
All the painters, office staff, and owner/estimator have been great, and easy and pleasant with whom to work. Their work is excellent, and I wouldn't have any other company paint for me.
I highly recommend them!!

– The painters did a great job. Good attention to detail and they kept me informed of the progress and what to expect.

Overall, I'm pleased with the entire team and have a bathroom remodel job with them in the queue as well. But their exterior painting work was great. I highly recommend.

From the estimate with Rich, scheduling with Sheri, and the actual work with Juan Carlos and his crews, every step went without a hitch. Our project involved many colors and designs in multiple rooms – it all looks fabulous! The paint crews showed up on time, worked quickly and CLEANLY and always let us know what to expect each day. I would definitely recommend their services and will being giving them a call for any future paint projects!

Its always good to have the owner work on or be around your detail and upgrades. Odi picked up the phone right away and came out immediately to tell me what tint level I’d need to match windows that were not smashed and replaced during a break in, and gave a quote right there on the spot. And he said I could leave the car there and he’d have it done in 1-2 hours. Wow-on the same day. Amazing service and quality. Taped down my window buttons too- so I wouldn’t screw it up! Highly recommend. Personable and I *so* appreciated him hooking me up so I wouldn’t have to take another day off from work. Thanks Odi! I hope I won’t be back but if I have to, I’ll head your way.
Carlo Camilloni rated it 1/5: When I first went to this shop it was closed despite the 8am opening time; I was assured this wasn’t the norm as the owners dog was sick. The day I dropped off my camper van the owner was still late; I should have known then.
I wanted this place to get some marks polished out of my front hood of my camper van. When I first inquired I was assured it would be polished out and its shine would be restored. Not only the marks are still visible but the paint was buffed in an amateurish way leaving streaks on the finish marking the signs of the orbital, especially against the sunlight. I am very disappointed, this guy is an amateur.

Ange S rated it 1/5: The worst customer service I have ever received from Sherwin Williams. Carlos was extremely unprofessional and was chuckling the entire time, I am unaware as what was funny. Brett who claimed is the store manager was almost as bad. He was short, rude. Please order from any store besides this one. Staff needs to be retrained in customer service.
