Mr James Bathea is our service tech – he’s friendly, courteous, and answers questions patiently. I had two services with terminix earlier this year and it went smoothly. This second time I booked TWO services for $199. I had to reschedule three times because the service person never showed up. The one time a service guy came out, was at 10 am. Every single time I scheduled, I requested 3-5 and the one time he came, it was in the morning. I did not receive one text message or phone call that he was at the house. I only received the text message that he completed my service. I immediately called them and told them I was not home and was not notified he was there. No one was able to let him in the house, so I know he did not complete it. I requested a refund and cancelled the second service for the next month. Three weeks passed by and every week I called, they told me to check every few days on the refund and that I’d receive it in a few business days. This last time I called them, I was told they denied my refund because they checked how much product he used and it showed he used a certain amount. For all I know, he could have sprayed the ground and said he serviced my house. I then again had to give my full statement and come to find out, the previous representatives I spoke with wrote little to nothing regarding my claim and experience so the representative that I was speaking to was unaware about this situation. She was helpful and wrote my full statement in the notes so I’m hoping that I receive a refund this time because it’s not fair that they get to keep $199 for two services that weren’t completed. It’s such a predatory thing to do to people. I gave them several chances by rescheduling but I should have just cancelled the second time no one showed up. I hope they don’t do this to future customers or current customers.

Zack Parker rated it 1/5: This company seems like a scam. They showed up with no warning the day before they were supposed to. We told them to leave since the kids were home, we were busy, and they came on the incorrect date. The worker told us he'd do an outside inspection and spray. We declined and said that wouldn't be happening. He called his supervisor and supervisor said same, do inspection, spray outside. We declined he finally left after much discussion Returned next day to do home inspection and spray. Well he didn't inspect the home. He glanced at kitchen and sprayed literally about 10 short sprays from an aerosol can. I had to move some things around to show him evidence, droppings etc. I had done research. I knew we had German cockroaches. He looked at the droppings and said he wasn't sure what those were. Said the roaches at least aren't German so it's not terrible. He left, we canceled service and I've been doing my own Insect control ever since. Save your money, buy home defense spray from home depot and take the situation seriously. You know your home better than these clowns who are just out to take your money. I repeat! Don't call this company. They will have you regretting it!

Ants were coming through my bathroom drainage and I’ve had ongoing issues with resolving this with another contractor who was simply spraying around the area. He was able to pin point the source of the infestation and provide solution on how to resolve it. I received more professional insight in our first session than I had previously received dealing with another service provider. Keith made readily apparent a higher lever of training and skill set fit to actually remedy a fairly straight forward issue. Also my dog was a huge fan as well.

Prior to Chandler, Ashley Blakenship serviced us. Both are very professional and friendly and even educate us on the type of bugs and best practices to keep them from returning. The last couple of years, I’ve noticed their scheduling has been a little off so that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. Our condo does not receive regular pest control, so I will be definitely be looking into regular service. I would definitely recommend them.

For the most part their interior & exterior pest control treatment has done the job. Have still seen a few live roaches due to the prolonged extreme heat in GA making them multiply. However, I have seen where a lot of them wanted to come in but were killed on contact by whatever chemicals they use. Strong stuff. Benny was really nice and personal, and so was his partner(can't remember his name). Followed advice of other reviewers and called with my inquiry. Got same day service! They were on time, and were done in about 30 minutes. I'll update this review once more time passes for concrete results, but for now I'd definitely recommend them.

My initial inquiry which I did using the website did receive a response confirming they treat carpenter bees; however I followed up the same day less than an hour after receiving confirmation to inquire about a quote and they have not responded at all. I sent an email Friday, Saturday and Tuesday of this week following up and still have not received a response which is unfortunate because I see the reviews and wanted to give the company a chance. They responded quickly the initial contact but since have left me on read.

They showed us all insect findings and showed how each problem would be treated. They were very responsive when calling in and the pest control techs are very personable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great pest control service.

What really impacts me and has me as a loyal customer is the level of professionalism. He went above and beyond with his services to the report of work performed, and even giving me helpful suggestions.
This is the level of professionalism I have encountered from every individual that has come to my now 2 houses. I have never had the same technician, but the services have always been this way.

I had an issue with bugs in my upstairs area and they were out the next day to treat the interior and I haven’t had any problems since. Technician John Fletcher is great! He came out to do my quarterly service and was very thorough. He took the time out to send pics of the work he completed. No complaints about Hawx. Great customer service!

He knocked down all of the visible spider webs, treated the foundation, doors, window sills, and the perimeter, as well as granulating all of the mulch beds. And inspected the eaves and porches for wasp. Miles Daly did a thorough job completing the service.
