Several weeks ago, we decided we wanted to cancel the service. When my wife called the Frontline offices, the people she talked to basically said they we're not authorized to cancel services. It took multiple, aggravating phone calls with numerous people before our request was supposedly acted upon. However, today a Frontline truck pulled into our driveway to treat our property. I advised the driver that our service was cancelled. Within a few minutes I received a call from the Frontline offices and told them in no uncertain terms that I did not want to see them on my property again. Given the unprofessionalism of the company, and their total unresponsiveness, I will never use them again and would highly recommend the use of other pest control companies to anyone in need of the service.

That was not something I wanted to do as I had not had issues with other pest and this seemed like an isolated incident. Rosenbloom had a "landlord special" that was exactly what I was looking for and it was obviously much more affordable than a yearly contract. They came out that week and laid bait and identified potential entry points. I patched the hole in the concrete they said was likely the entry point and the bait took care of the rest. The rental was rodent free quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Rosenbloom.

Not only was he great with our dog's (and our dog's absolutely loved him!) but he was also VERY knowledgeable about the products that he was using to get rid of our ant, and Oriental cockroach(water bug's) problem.
I cannot say enough great thing's about this company, and ESPECIALLY their employees! From the first initial contact (I requested an estimate online on their website), to Jennifer calling me a short time after I requested the estimate, asking Jennifer several questions regarding the application of the products and whether or not it's safe for my animal's, to having several very wonderful, and extensive conversations with Jennifer about our dog's, to Jennifer making sure that we received their $100 off deal that they were running until the 1st of July, to her reaching out to me right after I signed the contract to get us scheduled as soon as possible, to suggesting Joe because he's such an animal lover, and then finally to Joe calling when he was on his way to our home, to showing up at our home (our appointment window was 12pm-4pm) right at 12pm, Joe coming into our home and immediately loving on our dog's, explaining why we are having the problem with the bug's, explaining what he was going to do every step of the way on the inside and the outside of our home before he did it, to asking several times if I had any questions along the way, to Joe actually applying the product's, and finally, after Joe was finished applying the products to all the areas he said he was going to, he asked me one final time if I had any questions for him about anything. This company is beyond thorough, professional, pet-friendly, and geared toward customer satisfaction in all aspects! We used at once maybe 10 years ago when we lived in the city for mice, and since then have used them for mice at our current house maybe 5 years ago. Now we've been dealing with bats in our attic. They are alway responsive, stand by their word( will continue to come out until they have completely resolved the issue) and are so nice and easy to work with. Don't use anyone else, especially for mice, bats, really anything!

We had snakes, so they came and mouse and snake-proofed our house, laid lots of traps, and came back to take the mice and snakes the traps caught, for free. (And then laid new ones). Overall very impressed by these guys. It sounds like a smaller father-son business and they certainly nailed the customer service part of the job. Also it's been 3 months and we haven't seen a snake our mouse since the traps caught a few. Very great work.

They were supposed to come for a follow up appointment the next week. No call no show again.and they aren't answering their phone.
300$ wasted on a terrible company. I was planning on signing up for their bi monthly spray. Instead I'm going to make sure that none of my friends and family ever have to deal with this poor customer service and rip off of a company. Its stressful and we have already missed 3 days of work to make sure no pets were in the house when they sprayed.

Then we called again an hour later and they said they had to reschedule and told us to calm down after not showing up multiple times and lying to us. Our dishes and food have been in our car for 6 hours and we had to take off work for this.
Do yourselves a favor. Find another company. One that works. Has good customer services and doesn’t straight up lie to you. There are way better bug places than this one. Their treatments for bugs btw? Never worked to begin with. Don’t let their low prices fool you.

There were many yellow jackets in the house. A rat bait receptable was installed. The perimeter of the house was sprayed and given granules. Termite test stakes were installed. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Another day, a tech with a ladder sprayed the nest entrance and then went into the attic to investigate and spray residual fliers. A temperature drop may have also put a damper on the activity. He checked out the bedroom and holes near the window frame, and the owner caulked around the windows and floors and interior closet frame.

I had no knowledge of this at the time we purchased the home and Lindsay in their office was great at explaining the process. Tim came out to our home to explain the system in more detail as well. He called when he was on his way and stayed out in the freezing cold to answer all of my questions. This is a great family owned business with good pricing and quality service. He gave me information about the moths and explained how I could treat them myself as well as he could. I was able to solve the problem myself. Atlantic responded quickly, listened to my concern and responded with information and honesty.
