Since, I've started using Hawx Pest Control Service, I've gone from hunting those invading bugs and spiders inside MY house with shoes (or any other makeshift weapon I can get my hands on) to finding their dead bodies on the porch or walkway. The Initial payment for them to come out for a mouse issue was almost $300 and all that was done was a couple traps set and some poison put in the crawl space. I ended up getting a second opinion and much better service so I canceled my service with orkin towards the end of august/early September on September 19th a payment of over $100 came out of my account. I called and talked with someone and she said that for some reason it wasn’t canceled on their end and that she would issue me my refund but it would have to be by check and they would send it out on that Friday. Well I called on the 30th and was told it wasn’t sent out until that following Tuesday but I should get it anyway. Today is the 7th and I still have not received it so I call again and I am told that they have no idea why I have not received it and that I would need to call in on Monday to talk to their account person. Super frustrating experience all around. Noose is who we used and I highly Recommend them!
Update!! I called back on that Monday and was told yet again the mail is just running slow…not this slow!!! The person I spoke with told me to give it until Wednesday 10/19 well I gave it two extra days as today is 10/21 and I STILL have not received my money back! I am extremely frustrated and called the “corporate” office and left a VM for Lindsay yesterday 10/20 who is apparently the Nc area manager and she did not return my phone call today. I’m going to assume I will have to go to small claims court to get my money back and that’s sad because it should not come down to that.

Tim was one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever worked with. Not just for pest control, but period.

He explained everything he was going to do before he started, addressed all my concerns, and made sure to ask for any specific concerns. He worked quickly and efficiently in our home, then worked fast outside to get everything completed, explaining how it all worked as he went.

If I could give more stars for Tim, I would.

I also scheduled service with Amy, she was personable, easy to work with, and patient with a barrage of questions. My experience with Noosa has been fantastic overall.

He went around and around like he has no training and just talk non-sense. I made an appointment online. He responded to that appointment. So I would think he is responsible for new account and had some training that know the service. It was very frustrated and unproductive. I felt as if I was talking to a immature young kid + drunk. So it was unprofessional impression of the staff. Then he told me to go somewhere else. I was like are you kidding? What an awful service. I started to doubt that the good reviews here are fake or were hired to write.

From my first contact with customer service to the pest control service today was absolutely wonderful. Michelle was very pleasant to speak with. She put me in touch with Hunter. He did a good job of explaining the service contract and pricing and he was able to get me set up today and sent Matt out to take care of my issue today. Matt called to let me know he was on the way and he showed up on time, Matt was so nice and professional. He went straight to work and spent a lot of time treating the issue I had with the Box Elder Bugs and I was so happy that he was able to get them out from their hiding place. j t rated it 1/5: I am waiting on this company for over four months to reply back to my complaint of unsatisfactory service. They maintenance my new homes termite service, pest control and mosquito. This is my second season of mosquitos and the first with this company. Not to mention the worst. I never had as many mosquitos, nats, spiders, and more. They seem to have made the problems or much worse. I called three times and they came out three times to "fix the problem". After the third time they stop the service and responding to my calls, but continued billing my card. They finally returned a call they say, but I never received it. I emailed, called demanding to cancel my service after over $200 of payments. They refused to refund my monies, and I stated I was not happy with the service. Now after 4 months of calling, sending emails, them still continuing to bill my card, multiple managers and employees communication with no responses. I finally received a call after threatening to report my card for fraud from Britney who is now the "manager" of 1.5 months, and does not listen to the customer at all. This company is very unprofessional, high turnover rate for employees, nonresponsive, and not customer service oriented at all.

He walked me around the house to show different areas. He treated the ant hill that had already started taking up residence. When he was done he let me know to give them a call if I notice any additional issues. They also give a 25% discount for the year if you pay in full upfront! So far so good with this company!

This is my second season of mosquitos and the first with this company. Not to mention the worst. I never had as many mosquitos, nats, spiders, and more. They seem to have made the problems or much worse. I called three times and they came out three times to "fix the problem". After the third time they stop the service and responding to my calls, but continued billing my card. They finally returned a call they say, but I never received it. I emailed, called demanding to cancel my service after over $200 of payments. They refused to refund my monies, and I stated I was not happy with the service.
