There was so much miscommunication and they removed part of services while I still had to pay for the rest of the year for the services I wasn't getting due to a contract. I am currently trying to at least waive my last payment before my contract ends for the services I DID NOT receive. They put in a request. Fingers crossed. Even though their techs are awesome, I will not be using them again.

I put in a call nearly three weeks ago and have had nothing but problems with scheduling. Multiple no shows on service calls. I have been “elevated” numerous times. I had a technician no-show on an appointment and my appointment was “moved” to a Sunday morning between 630 and 830 AM. I spoke with a representative at 815 to verify my appointment was scheduled for 8-10, and was told I was on the schedule. Still no one showed up. I have been give a complete run around multiple times and I am completely done with this company. Every time I ask for a supervisor I am told that none is available, or that they cannot reach one. DO NOT use this company. For a company of this size you would expect better service than this. They have now lost multiple loyal customers
Christian Adkins rated it 1/5: "Inspector" sales guys Sean snipes never came out to my house to even inspect it, and quoted me for an exclusion over the phone for $2100+… and the services as followed for the exclusion was sealing any vents around the home (crawl space vents too), caulking cracks, and setting out bait boxes filled… Found a 5 star reviewed place on Google "proof pest control" same services for $300. I even went ahead and seen if they would send someone else out, had it all set up for 8-10am and the other sales guy calls me at 1:30. I told him no thanks I'm calling else where for service. I'll be reporting this after this ordeal.

The tech who serviced me was on time, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I have used other pest control services in the past but they didn't come close to the kindness and care I received from Solidified.
Additionally, they come to solve the issues, NOT to sign me up for recurring visits and costs. This alone made them stand apart from other services. The excellent customer service was the icing on the cake!

Last week Dillon from all seasons pest control came to our house and did a great job explaining everything about getting rid of mice to us and did a great job with the service her provided and within a couple of days we noticed a very clear significant improvement with our problem! He did a great job at a much cheaper price than the other company we were dealing with!!

The trap caught one. But the other trap was faulty. The remaining two squirrels simply ate the bate and had a party. The trap he replaced it with after my complaint tripped on its own just after he left with no squirrels inside. I ended up calling professionals and was rid of both squirrels the same day. I ended up paying this company a total of 225.00 to catch one squirrel!

At this point I called Mr.James because he gave me a 3 month warranty. When I called he said everything EXCEPT honoring the three month warranty. He didn’t check around my house to see where the problem was coming from or to stop the problem. I’m upset because I was excited to Support a black own business, well trying to support a black owned business I feel like I wasted $175. He kept saying how he has been in the business for 30 years so does that mean he’s been getting over on people for 30 years and never honor his warranty that he’s putting on the receipts. I’m so upset I calling BBB today. No one has $175 to waste. P.S I have my receipt that says three months warranty on my yellow receipt there’s no need for me to lie I will attach my receipt to this review. I want a REFUND. I had to call another company and they checked around my house and told me where the problem can be coming from.

I had a problem with a wasp nest under ground, that I had discovered while mowing the lawn. I was all chewed up by the swarm and they were definitely not happy when he showed up, but I was.

Found the nest out back in moments, applied treatment, and when I checked the next morning they were gone. Finished mowing the lawn to be sure.

Fast response, professional, and even reached out for a follow up the next morning to ensure everything went smoothly and the wasps were gone.

Also just know that the mice just don't go away the moment Mr. James leave… it took some time then I didn't see any evidence of them at all. I was educated on everything I have to do. You do need to have him come back out every so often especially if you have an old home like I do.

The website claims that there would be an inspection but there was nothing of the sort, a man arrived and began spraying around my entire apartment immediately without even asking me about the situation. I wasn’t even sure I had bed bugs. I’ve gotten headaches the past few nights from the excessive chemicals (which were sprayed right next to food and dishes, that I had to then clean). Maybe this happened because I live in an apartment and the request was sent in by the office, but they should offer the same quality of service that they do for homeowners.
