It's so much harder to get in contact with someone to schedule service and they aren't timely with appointments. Today they were supposed to arrive between 11-1 and no one showed up or called. So frustrating. I rescheduled my entire day for the appointment.

Sometimes great other times totally unacceptable. $100 is too expensive for a 5 minute walk around my yard. And this last service tech did not come to my front door to ask me if I need anything else done inside, and when he left, he did not secure my gate properly, and my dog got out.

Audriana Apodaca rated it 1/5: We started services with this company earlier this year after finding different wolf spiders inside our home. They were quick to help us and we hadn’t had any issues. We signed a 1 year contract. However, after being serviced last month, we found a black widow with an egg in our patio days after their service. We called and they sent someone out to treat again. However, the person only spent about 2 min in our yard and less than a month later, we found another black widow while trying to enjoy our patio. Our patio is clean and free of clutter, so with also professional services, we didn’t expect to see another. I have sent an email and have called 3 times this week asking for them to fix the situation and give us a refund, but we have not been addressed by a manager who can help reprimand the situation. Super terrible follow up and services. Don’t waste your money and go with another company who will follow up and address your needs professionally.

Unfortunately the product used is poor quality as the spiders were not exterminated and I requested a follow up treatment in the first week after treatment. Even after this, the insects returned within a month. After paying $150 for a one time guaranteed treatment i feel i should warn others to follow up with in the month multiple times as the global company will not provide follow up treatment after that time frame even when the insect problem wasn’t taken care of in the first place. If you’re looking for a one time quality and effective treatment/product this is not the place to go.

Being a first-time home buyer, and the tedious stressful process, it is hard to find a company that you can instill trust in to meet all of your concerns while being descriptive, attentive to all of your questions and needs. Tim let me do the entire inspection following behind him, asking questions and recording. They were extremely thorough, to the point, and explained everything in a simple down to earth way that made it easy to relate to. My report (which came no more than an hour after the inspection was complete) was accompanied by photographic pictures of the findings, it was a clean easy to read digital report. I had an overall great experience and figured it was worth it to share with others who may be seeking a home inspection company for themselves.

Three days later, Herman and Ruben showed up and began treating my house. They we're fast, efficient, and very friendly. They took the time to explain the type of pesticides in detail, safety precautions, and follow-on care. They even offered advice to remedy other pests not related to their visit. I called truly Nolen and they couldn’t send someone till Friday, I was angry because I didn’t know if the spider was poisonous or violent. While I’m trying to figure out what to do with it I get a phone call phone truly Nolen, and they’re sending someone within an hour.. Mr Tage showed up and saved the day, he explained that the spider was a tarantula. He proceeded to sprayed my whole house and ensure me that the products they use they worked since upon his arrival the tarantula was already dead.. thank you Mr Tage and thank you truly Nolen for taking care of me and my family.

He checked up on us after a few weeks and even came back after we had some ants show up. He checked on us again after a few months and we have scheduled for him to come back. Have little critters crawling on your walls, make you dream of giant bugs crushing your chest, Call Villalobos and they’ll Men In Black 1 their ….. all the way to the grave. Just ask Tom, he rates them dead. Got a spider, these guys come in and blast them back to evolutionary soup.
Promptness?? If these guys were bomb disposal they would always disarm at the 2 second mark. Showed up ready for a super bowl of dead bugs.

Price? If you want bargain these are your guys. The last pest control I had made me sign a contract in blood and wanted the soul of my first born child, these guys are like, don’t want us no problem. They don’t mind being in the friend zone and for that I put them in the end zone. Good job guys you got a customer for life!

He was friendly, professional, and answered all the questions I had. Big plus, they use pet friendly sprays. I highly recommend this company, we'll be using them in the future for sure.

( which by the way we loved their service all those years) but for the past three years we have had their service about once or twice a year but for the past months we have been noticing several bugs around the house. We had them come in early 2022 and again in October 2022 but during that month I still noticed bugs around the house so I called them again and sure enough they came to spray again but I noticed that it wasn’t working, I called the office asking for a full refund which was $87 and the manager refused to give me a refund. I am upset because their chemicals DID NOT WORK and I had to call Orkin to take care of the problem which they did.
UPDATE: I contacted the owner via Instagram and has decided to give me a partial refund. Thank you, David.
