Not only are they concerned for a right now fix but long term. I signed a year contract with this business for a reasonable price. They delivered me and my kids from our nightmare concerning flees. And when the worker arrived he was professional and answered any questions I had. He was concerned for my well being. I highly recommend this business.

They always answer any questions that I might have and they are very thorough when they spray my property. If I want them to spray my inside or garage they have no problem doing so. They always let me know if they see any problems with pests or rodents. I have never had any issues and I’m always happy with the work the technician does. Highly recommend for your home pest control!

I was not home during the installation and I don't know who installed the stations. I do know that when I came home there was dirt everywhere. A couple pavers were removed and left in my driveway. I had to literally walk through dirt to get to my side door. There was no attempt to clean it up at any of the locations where the stations were installed. I have solar lights in the front yard that were covered in dirt and sand and wouldn't illuminate. This is a very unprofessional way to leave a client's home after performing a service. I called the general phone number provided on the invoice and also left a comment on the website but have not received any further communication from Orkin at this time. After such great service during the inspection I expected way more from this company.

Trish Estabrook rated it 1/5: I hired this service as I had rats in our attic. Since the exterminator had to go up into our attic each visit, they had to enter our home. Each month they came they were getting dirty stains all on the ceiling access and the stains could not come off. Then, suddenly we went a couple of months and never saw a service agent at all. Finally I called and cancelled my service. I spoke to them on the phone this morning and they told me it had to be in writing. I didn’t remember until after I hung up that I had posted the cancellation in writing although when I went into reviews I noticed it conveniently didn’t show up in their review section. One evidence that proves they got the notice is that I haven’t seen or heard from them for several months until today when they left a notice that they would be here and so I called to remind them the service had been cancelled. It wasn’t until after I hung up that I recall a written notice was sent. Proof of that is that I haven’t heard from them for months and had not received a bill in months until today when they left a voice mail that they would be here today. Let’s see if this review stays on their review page or disappears like the last one.

On the date of the initial spray, my roommate was home to let him in a spray my master bedroom. As he was leaving, I was arriving home from class and he didn’t try to get out of the house right away because “his job was done”. He made sure I knew about the spray and even after I moved some items around in the bedroom, he sprayed the areas that were covered. Very thorough and professional, recommend the service!

Also they are only available to come and spray the inside during normal business hours. We all work and can’t be home during work hours. So I have to go out of my way and try to find a friend or relative that cam be home for them to be able to spray the inside. Then on top of that They give you a time frame on their arrival time like we will be there between 9-11am. That makes it even harder to find someone to be home for a long period of time. I wish they would offer early in the morning service like 6 or even 7am. Other than that’s their technicians are nice.
