They did an initial interior/exterior spray but the internal spray was only along the baseboards and not in the places scorpions come in through, like pipes in the bathrooms and laundry …. apparently you have to ask them to do a “thorough” spray. My previous exterminator knew what he was doing and after spraying once, rid us of scorpions for 2 years. Preventative has come out 3 times over 4 months and I still have a scorpion problem.

He shares an appropriate amount of info on his process and asks thoughtful questions about our pest issues. He always ask about my concerns or areas that need special attention. He is always on time and incredibly friendly. The companies communication is exception- I get text reminders for service (and can easily reschedule via text) and email reports after service visits. They never charge extra for special attention or if I need a quick visit to handle off-cycle service issue (ant infestation in the summertime on our pool patio!).

I may have called in a panic after google searching rat removal companies- and settled on Desert Squad Pest after reading the Mike was a “Rat Whisperer”. They made time for us that day. Mike, Joe and Ryan did a thorough investigation of everything and the invasion was extensive.They outlined a plan and took the time to explain it to my Dad and show him pictures they had taken of everything.
We moved my Dad out and they performed the work. As I live out of state and was only in town for my Dad a couple times a month they made sure to communicate every visit ahead of time, detail the work they were doing, send pictures when appropriate and meet me at the house when I was in town. I honestly do not know what we would have done without them. They are thorough on the monthly maintenance and report everything so efficiently. I cannot recommend them enough. My entire family is so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail.

Raymond Reardon rated it 5/5: I never write reviews but I had bats flying around my house and was worried they were living somewhere in my home and when I called this company, even the woman that answered the phone was able to answer all my questions that i had about bats. When Steven and Joseph came by to do the job, they showed up on time and they both spent close to an hour going through my entire attic and every inch of my house but found no evidence of bats. They did find a few places where rats could possibly come in and needed to be repaired but they were small fixes. Even though I called and was concerned about bats, they examined my house for any potential issues of wildlife. So for the amount of time they spent and all the information they gave me, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
Holly AJ Huth she-they rated it 5/5: I originally called because I heard noises in my attic. They were the only company I was able to get in touch with to come out and look. They noticed a large opening into the attic area and remediated that for us, ensuring that nothing was currently in the attic. They offered to set up video cameras but it wasn’t necessary. Problem was solved.
I got a discount for signing up for bi-monthly service and I have been extremely satisfied. These people know about all kinds of critters and they are enthusiastic about it. Very thorough in checking our eaves for wasps. If I ever have a problem in between, they will come out right away.
I also love their text service. No surprise visits. They let me know a day out and send another text when they are about 15 minutes away. No waiting around.

Dave Weyant rated it 5/5: Everyone is a true professional. They all went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with the quality of the work. Pigeon removal after 10 years of nesting was extremely difficult but they all took on the task and succeeded. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

Monday morning, I got a call back and they scheduled Adam to come back that morning. He came over, did his thing, and now the ants are gone! Really impressive customer service, helpful and responsive. I’ve been with Fischer’s Pest Control for years and this is why.

It's been 20years of their service and I can say enough Keshan our guy is a very nice man and he always ask us if there is anymore he can do to spray and he did pretty good job he's not rushing and make sure he spray the area where we ask him to spray. Excellent service. Keshan is your asset in your business. Hope you can hire someone like him who is very dedicated to job well respectful. Good job Keshan keep up the excellent job.
