I have been with Greenleaf for approximately 10 years and have never had a technician do such a thorough job. He said he treats his customers homes as he would treat his own, and it showed in his work. I never felt uncomfortable having them in or around my home. I have only seen a tiny amount of scorpions and when I did see one, I called them and they sent a tech out right away for additional service. They are thorough and knowledgeable. Our most recent visit was over termite inspection and extermination. Cody and Cory were very thorough and explained the process in great detail. Travis and Jamily completed the service and did so in a timely manner and also being respectful to my home and property. I was greeted in a friendly and respectful manner, and all my questions and concerns were addressed.
I highly recommend Green Machine for those looking for a routine pest control company with good prices or even for more specific and urgent jobs like termites.

Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I’m not sure if they hired new techs but the techs that have recently been to my home the past couple months have been extremely lazy. To give you an idea, a visit from Orange Pest used to take a minimum 20 minutes as they were very thorough with dusting the trims of the home before applying the pesticide around the house. Now the techs are in and out within 5 minutes. They dust briefly where they think our camera can see them but what they do not know is we have cameras hidden all around our backyard and I see them month after month cutting corners with every visit. And the cherry on top of all of this is that they raised their prices! Hilarious.

I have been with this company when it was just starting, and whoever the techs were that worked for this company in the early days did great, but these new techs are awfully lazy. My neighbors all have been experiencing the same lazy work and have seen it with their own cameras too.

Please improve your service and retrain your techs to do a more thorough job. Just because you are a growing company, it doesn’t mean you can start to give worse service. Make your price increase worth it or I’ll need to give my business to a company that doesn’t cut corners and has better techs.

Our technician, Jose, is very knowledgeable & I have *always* been happy with the service and personal care he provides in servicing our property. He knows the property and it's needs. If we have new issues, he knows just the right way to treat it. He'll take the time to walk through any of the concerns that come up since the last service. I definitely live in a scorpion area and we've only found 1 scorpion in the house…which was only because we were having a waterline dug next to our home, so it was understandable. Just last week they came to follow up on weeds and sprayed our vegetable garden including the new garden rows we built to grow food. I noticed all of the yellow stains all over our vegetables that we grow for our family. Audrey and Mason have shown little care, as has the CEO. Luckily the department of Agriculture is taking care of this adding to the many other complaints against Bulwark. Carrie asked for a 5 star review for the bug spray service, she deserves it, unfortunately she is affiliated with a company that is spraying poisonous toxins on food.

We’ve also had the do pigeon deterrent on one of our houses. They’re reasonably priced, reliable, and very communicative so we know when they’re coming. Seth Dodge came to my home and told me what was in my favor and what he needed to do. The service was affordable with a warranty and I opted for additional pest treatment since I have black widows, roaches, and scorpions as well. I am so thankful for how thorough he was with the initial pest treatment since I have not been able to keep it under control myself.
At no point did I feel like I was having to deal with a salesman in my home. He was very respectful. I highly recommend this company based on the service I received from Seth.

Preston immediately phoned me back, listened carefully and was empathetic to my concerns. Even though he was out of town at the time at the initial call, he made every attempt to schedule an appointment immediately upon his return with a follow up call. After meeting him, I felt even more confident in our choice. He's professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain the procedures that needed to be accomplished. His follow-up and follow through were impeccable! It's truly a pleasure to work with a business like Preston's.

Everytime Chris comes by it’s great conversation and he makes sure that my girlfriend and I won’t see any critters in our home. Sets traps and gets every corner in our house. We couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a great company to take care of our bug needs. Chris and Varsity will always be servicing my home as long as I’m in their range.

Their quarterly program is excellent as they stay on top of scheduling and notifications in the event of schedule change needs, as well as cost savings with only one small change in 8 years if a few bucks. Very flexible with additional needs or requirements. We will continue to use Varsity on an as needed bases for any and all extermination needs. Oh yes, their pet friendly chemicals are excellent.
