I wanted a company that used natural products but don’t let that fool you – the natural stuff works! You do have to put in some effort on your part like sealing any entry points and staying on top of any activity but you can’t go wrong calling them. For roaches, they schedule two visits two weeks apart. All of the staff is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are very thorough and arrived early to every appointment and even came after hours to accommodate my work schedule. After my 2nd treatment I noticed a few strays and they came back and retreated my whole kitchen for free as part of a 30 day guarantee. Don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t work after one treatment. They are extremely difficult to get rid of but if you do your part and work with them, your problem will likely be solved.

I was given an appointment two days later (Wed Aug. 30, 2022) between 11AM and 1PM. I waited patiently till about 12:45 and since no one had contacted me I reached our to them. I was then told the appointment had been set between 2:00 PM and 4:PM. I waited till 4:15 and since no one showed up I called again. They told me their manager by the name of Sherry had come to my door and knocked and no body answered. Little do they know that I have a Ring camera on my door. With the exception of the mail man, no one has come to my door between 11 AM and 4PM. I have reviewed over and over the recordings. No one showed up! Stay away from these people.

From the day I moved there was a big issue with bugs but once he came in and did his work the issue died down extremely. He routinely does maintenance and therefore has continued to keep the presence of pests minimal (if they’re even there at all). He is likewise very polite and therefore esteemed in customer service. I applaud his work.

Thomas was honest and quick he definitely gave us a good deal while all the other companies had no time or the price was ridiculous. One month later I still had termites and so they did another treatment on the ground and still charged me although the tent was in vain. The total bill was close to 4000 dls. Eleven months later I notice that I still has termites on the roof and they said that my warranty was expired. I ended up hiring another company and starting all the process again.
I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND this company. They wasted my money and time.

They put the tent and fumigated in the house. A month later I checked and there were still many termites inside the roof and inside of the house. I called them and they opened a hole around the perimeter of the house and they told me that it will kill the termites. 3 months later I check the roof and there were termites everywhere. I had to rebuild my whole entire roof, and replace many things inside of the house due to the termites and the miscommunication of this company. I strongly do not recommend anyone using this company as they basically stole my money and did a terrible job because til this day I still have termites in my house. Problem has NOT been solved.

Loco Dice rated it 1/5: I never leave bad reviews since I am in the service industry and I know how important reviews are. However this company deserves this bad review and more. I hired this company to tent my home for bugs and termite. They day they came to do the work I left and drove around to check on them. I saw the workers horsing around and throwing water bottles around at each other which they never picked up and left them around the house. They left sand all over the exterior of the house and the neighbors house they never picked up. They used my interior table and a rack to hold up the tent by placing one on top of another. They killed 4 of my plants which they could of Easily have moved. They removed my string lights and never put it back. So moral of the story is that these people are not clean, they are. It professional and they have zero costumer service and satisfaction. I called them to complain and they took it so lightly like if it was nothing, Roger the manager was almost arguing with me like Saying “oh man that’s nothing I’ll fix it in two minutes” 10 days have passed by and nothing. DO NOT HIRE This company. There are plenty others out there. Pay a bit more and find yourself a respected company don’t go through the trouble and disappointment I went thru.

Hernan Varela rated it 5/5: I called Reliable Animal Removal Inc yesterday evening because there was a Racoon in our backyard that was behaving oddly. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. He was in the middle of another job and as soon as he finished he gave me a call (this was after 10 pm). Chris came the same night well prepared, set out two cages and within 15 mins he caught the racoon. Very impressive work. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Although its only a couple days after and hope i dont see any more bees..Chris worked very hard and efficiently to go after them and had to search to remove the hive…He secured the area and cleaned up afterward. I recommend him because he is honest and very hard working…No More Bees Please!!! He also gives a 1 yr. Warranty…and a fair price…

We had a mama raccoon give birth in our fascia and woke up to little baby raccoon cries and scratching in the very tight roof area right above our bed. We called a bunch of animal removal companies and decided to go with Reliable. They showed up quickly and worked super hard (and in the pouring rain!!!). Our raccoons were removed humanely and the fascia was properly sealed in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this company. We will call them again if we need more animal removal services in the future.

We rent, so will have to wait for our landlord/property managers to advise on what next steps we are allowed to take. But I strongly recommend this business based on our experience so far!

Javier Huertas rated it 1/5: Unfortunately I’m very disappointed in this company. I scheduled an estimate for Friday morning from 8:30a-9:30a. I usually take my son to daycare at that time but decided to keep him home that day in order to be home for the estimate. At 9:50a, after no call & no text message letting me know they were on their way, I called. Fernando answered the phone, I let him know nobody showed for the estimate. He let me know they had an issue with the company car and forgot to call me to reschedule. Although that, in itself is very unprofessional, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & asked when we would be able to reschedule. He asked me what time was the earliest he could pass by the next day (Saturday) & I told him the same time was fine, 8:30a-9:30a. I rearranged my day today to be home for the estimate. Unfortunately he no showed me again. No text. No call. Complete lack of consideration for my time. Very, very disappointed.

And since everyone recommended Rick, I requested that he be the one to do the work. I was not disappointed. He made sure to get every speck of my wood covered and that included (with permission) going into a neighbor's yard to reach the eaves on the side of my house. He is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen, and I recommend this company to anyone who needs a tentless termite treatment.

Update: after almost 2 years I start to see ants in the house. We called them back and now back to no bugs, period. I will continue to get this service for as long as I own this house.
