The woman reassured me and is going to have somebody out as soon as Tuesday at a great price . I already feel more at ease . And I will be furthering my review after treatment . UPDATE : I had my treatment done today. Diasson was phenomenal . Friendly , funny and professional. He hit every spot in my home and took his time . Was so informative and helpful. I had 2 other companies who were both good. But my experience with Jonathan at Baxter Pest Control is second to none. It's Been a year and I have not seen any of the seasonal bugs that used to come every year. And more importantly, I have not seen a sign of any mice since Jonathan closed the hole behind my stove with sheet metal. I definitely recommend this company.

Turns out my neighbor has bait Boxes outside there house. Baxter added 2 cute decorative bait boxes outsiders that look very discreet. Turns out we decided to upgrade to year plan because we also had ants a while back. Jordan gave me some suggestions with the clutter in my basement. He was sweet about it. I laughed. Good company.

The spray seems to be workin great since not hearing the furry lil field mouse that i want out so badly. The home inspection was truly too expensive so I went with the glue traps & spray. This creature is smart I seen it droppin on the glue traps but no creature & I was told the scented ones work best. I hope the glue traps work soon since im afraid to see them alive in the regular traps. Any suggestions to bait it & hopefully its jus one to this trap. I bought peppermint balls also that seem to be keepn them out my clean kitchen but I know it still in the house somewhere. Im prayn it doesn go high up in the cabinets where cereal & foods in boxes. Where else can you store food up high i was told but they climb so im afraid my high cabinets is next since movin everythn from low cabinets. Peerless has all the goodies for these annoyin lil creatures & pray their products get rid of mine. Lastly keep the talk Caucasian gentlemen at counter & to answer the phones, he’s very Patient Considerate informative and Pleasant!! His great customer service will make me return & recommend Peerless. Grt Customer Service can go a Long Ways these days! Thx Mr Gentleman, I was there last wk with all the questions abt mice & products😋

I’ve had a couple of terrible experiences with pest control companies. Guy is super knowledgeable, clearly communicates what he is going to do, and then what he did. We have an issue with the smartest mouse (and just one) out there – and Moneef showing me what he did in diff areas for potential resolution. Hopefully takes care of it and so much more thorough than any competitors I’ve seen.

Diagno assured me their products were safe for dogs, cats, and children, however the product they use (First Strike Soft Bait) contains difethialone, which is an anticoagulant that is highly toxic. I understand that the company uses bait boxes that are sealed to prevent access from dogs and cats, however in my experience I have seen countless animals break into and open these boxes. I definitely trust that these products can be beneficial and I know they work! I just wish it was emphasized to proceed with caution especially with others in the household

Termites on a row home with no trees in site nor wood destroying insects in the home. I am not done with this company scamming hard working people your license should be revoked & put out of business. Dishonest business practices. I told them I had an primary free termite inspection 2 days ago on this same home. My results contradicted Diagno results.

I received a text at about 10 :45 stating he was on his way. Would have been nice to keep me in the loop since I had errands to run; otherwise, I was satisfied with the service.

The snakes opened the box before I did and I saw them popping out and eventually slithering down my hallway. Nightmare! The inspection by Next Generation Pest Control was so thorough compared to the previous one since they moved and checked around all my appliances. They found evidence of snakes and suggested I lower the temperature in my apartment to get rid of any live snakes. They were honest about unnecessary traps they could’ve made money putting in. I will go to them first for a wildlife or extermination need in Philadelphia.

We didn't know how they were getting in, but we could hear them in the attic and it was really stressful. Damien and his son came out to our house three times. They found the entry points, helped us set traps in the attic and sealed off all entry points. It's blissfully quiet now and we're so grateful. Damien and his son were so professional, knowledgeable and kind. And their prices were very reasonable. We are so grateful to have our squirrel problem resolved and we highly recommend them.

The raccoon’s entrance was permanently sealed once the raccoon left its nest. It’s been a month and it has not returned. Can’t say enough good stuff about this company. Highly recommended.

After two failed attempts by other companies to treat the issue, Next Generation responded to my request within 24 hours. They were completely transparent with the process and very reasonable pricing prior to coming out which was much appreciated. We were able to set up an appointment within the week and Damien and Damien Jr. were a pleasure to work with. They were quick, efficient, and very helpful answering my questions. I am so thankful to have this problem taken care of. I highly recommend Next Generation Pest Control and would absolutely use their services again.
