Brian Morgan rated it 1/5: Orkin was very difficult to do business with. In October, Orkin told me I needed an annual follow up for termite control. I had to call six (yes six) times to make this happen. On the first four, I got no call back.
On the fifth, an appointment was made, but the technician never showed up.
On the sixth, the appointment was made for 10-12 today, but Orkin rebooked me to 2:00, which meant that I had to scramble to pick up the kids at school.
I will say, the technicians that serviced my account were both very professional and wonderful. I really liked the technicians.

Alex treated the attic, the beams in the living room and the outside ant trail from the wires on the pole. It was a great experience and I recommend Banner pest service for all your pest elimination needs including one time or monthly service for insects and rats and mice. Also recommend for house vent repairs and sealing openings around the roof and siding.

Sometimes they come twice a month when we pay monthly causing additional charges. The old company was great, but since orkin took over I can’t seem to get any consistency with visits or updates to our exterminator schedules. I’m considering cancelling them since I’m tired of calling every two weeks for notices they send about incorrect schedules.

1) Rescheduling: was contacted the day prior to original app for rescheduling, which is fine. Provided a few of my availabilities to the tech, he had said that the office would contact to confirm new time. Waited for two days, reached out again, was finally provided with a 2 hours window by a system text.
2) Day of Appointment: Waited for entire 2 hours, no one showed up. Had to call into the office to find out tech was running 40 mins late, outside of arrival window given, but I had to pick up my kids.
3) Commitment: Was told that I needed to sign a one year contract before treatment can be done. The office said that if you are not satisfied with the service, you can file a cancellation request. But it is completely up to their branch to decide on termination and refund.
One year was too much commitment for me as a new costumer not knowing if the treatment would work. (Not to mention the effort and time wasted on rescheduling and waiting.)
Went with Terminix instead. Straight forward communication, treatment works, and no commitment.

I called a roofer who said, there is not termite damage, that is dry rot. He gets up there and rips out the wood and points out no treatment was done. I called the company and their manager got on the phone. He tried to mansplain that I was wrong, they did the treatment and raised his voice several times. He refused to provide a refund, partial or full. These people swindled a little old lady, how low can you go?

李昕 rated it 1/5: This was the worst experience ever! I signed up with Brooks Pest Control, then Clark Pest Control bought it over. Nobody from either company notified me about the change. The staff from Clark Pest Control just showed up at my door, did some treatment, which did not seem to be effective, then charged me for the whole service. When I called their office, they were inconsistent in their responses. Yes, they did write off half of the price because they only did half of the service. However, when i talked to their staff, one of the supervisors agreed to write off all cost. Then one week later, another office manager (allegedly) called me again to say that the agreement I reached with the previous supervisor did not count. She was extremely rude in terms of her communication. She basically said customers have to pay for their services even if they did not ask for it. It's like someone shoved a flower into your arms on the street without your agreement and charged you for the flower. They force you to accept their service and pay for it even if you have no intention of doing business with them.

If you email them more than half the time they will not even respond, they sometimes answer the phone and if they do they are courteous and promise to follow up, but literally never have. I would be surprised if they were able to fix your gopher issues, they cant be bothered to reply to your email, let alone the work needed to actually fix your gopher problem. They basically just set 2 traps on a large property (not even near the gopher activity, just in an area that was convenient for them to access) and essentially left them there for months but charged me every month. I think they caught one gopher over the last ~6 months, meanwhile our garden is being destroyed and they wont respond to us…
Looks like a year or two ago they were managed much better. I'm not sure if it's under new management but you will just waste your money with this company.

I have been trying to call them all week long. I probably have placed six calls to the office, to the general manager, to the regional manager.. They haven’t ever answered the phone and I’ve not gotten any callbacks. I am supposed to have service every two weeks and I haven’t had it for over a month. I have no idea how they can operate with such poor customer service and never calling the customers back. It just makes no sense to me. it’s not that hard of a thing to call a customer back. But they just don’t seem to get it. I’m at my wits end trying to find out if they just don’t want my business anymore and I’ll just go somewhere els, if that is the case I’ve tried to refer neighbors to them in the past, but they don’t call them back, either It’s not worth the stress!!

I did a deal where the report Planet Orange provided sited some minor cracks on the exterior wood trim of a townhome. This item was not listed as a "Section I" or "Section II," but on "Other Information." Because it was on the report, the lender required it to be fixed. I requested this item to be removed from the report as they admitted to other errors on the report and needed to issue a new report. They also admitted the minor cracks did not compromise the integrity of the structure nor were they a threat to acceptable living conditions. They replied that they know what they are doing because they have been doing this a long time and completely ignored my experience and product knowledge from flipping properties. They refused to remove this item from the report despite my requests and despite their admittance. I had to take matters into my own hands and comply with the lenders request and do whatever it took to cross the finish line and close the deal. The people I spoke with were rude with major attitude. There is nothing this company offers that I can't find somewhere else. I cannot with a clear conscience endorse nor recommend this company to anyone needing a termite inspection. You are better off going somewhere else and working with more pleasant and reasonable people with better customer service!:(

My inspector spent five minutes analyzing the whole property and refused to go into the attic. What's the purpose of pest inspection and extermination if you skip parts of the home? Poor job. Would not recommend.

I have more silverfish in my drawers than I had before they administered their so-called eco-friendly orange sauce juice. when I called the manager she was snotty and said to read contract and refused to come out for a follow up after 30 days giant rip off giant flakes RUN AWAY… 👇👎

1) Jim has high integrity. He lists out in detail what is provided in his quotes, sticks to his word, and he will not suggest for you to do additional work that is not necessary. We had a situation where a different fumigation company suggested that we do a lot more work than necessary. The other company also changed up the quote around in an attempt to extract more money.
2) Jim is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He really takes the time to prepare you for the fumigation as well as all of the inhabitants in the house. Some other companies will rush you versus he will personally visit you to make sure everything is done correctly.
3) Jim and his staff are responsive and friendly. They are always available through email or the phone. I am never worried about not being able to reach him. They are also very proactive with their communication.
4) no one can beat his pricing!

Ryan did a thorough inspection and gave us a competitive quote. And on the day before the fumigation Charlie and team prepped the area, and on the last day, they cleaned up the place after their work which was very helpful.
I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for fumigation or any other treatment as well.

They had no interest in retaining a customer after their error in processing my payments resulted in cancellation of my account. The person who set up my account input my phone number incorrectly so I never got the text telling me my payment did not process. Never once did they apologize or offer to reinstate my account. I am now in need of termite services and have to find a new pest control company. Its sad that they feel retaining a loyal customer is of no interest to them.
