Shelly Delsing rated it 5/5: The only issue I had was that he was 2 hours late but that was a scheduling issue on the main offices part. I love this company. I have used them for several things like back in ye olden days when my daughter brought bedbugs home from camp, they put their money where their mouth is. They used a heat wand type thing to eradicate them and then the bugs were just gone! It was expensive but worth it. For comparison, that same child brought home bedbugs to only her room (yes a second time) from another place and I was forced to use a different company who forced us to evacuate so they could heat my all tile townhouse to rid the bugs. They brought their dog through to sniff for bigs again and we ended up having to self treat after they left because the second treatment didnt work either and they didn’t die. $1500 later they were finally dead. I asked if. I could call another company and the complex said no. Looking back I remembered that Truly Nolan worked on the first try and, God willing, I will never get bedbugs again but now I own a big 2 story house and I had spiders i kept getting bit by living next to an empty desert and they were the first call I made. Same day of treatment, my whole property was treated just to start quarterly service and I was finding dead beetles, crickets, spiders etc. I was so happy. 🙃
I’ll never use another company, EVER. They are the best, hands down.
