Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Shina McAlister rated it 5/5: The best experience I have ever had with a plumber so far! I Called in the middle of the week with expectations of being seen the following week, but she scheduled me according to my availability which was a couple days later on a weekend.
They did not charge me a fee to come out. I was only charged for the service provided. Once Stephanie confirmed that I would be home, Nathan and Terry showed up before time, explained in detail what services were needed and the cost up front.

Both guys were very knowledgeable, courteous, really quick and proficient.
Very reasonably priced service also. We are 25 year military veterans and they helped us with a discount.

They took all the stress out of a bad situation. I highly recommend using this company. Ask for Terry and Nathan!

Clearwater is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

They take their time with the details and will send a picture and bio of the technicians that will handling your request. I've never worked with a company that provided that level of detail.

JR and his assistants came by to talk through the installation process, cost and left me with a few quote options to consider. They were on time and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and their quality of work surpassed any other company I've worked with in the past.

Polite, classy, and professional. The guys were so nice and explained everything even giving me some options. They identified the problem and installed the new toilet that same day. We had a major water leak from a busted pipe under our house and I honestly didn’t know what to do or what to expect. I was honestly scared to death because we aren’t exactly flush with cash and for all I knew this was going to be insanely expensive. Service Squad was able to locate the leak and get it fixed quickly though, but more importantly, affordably.

The person I worked with the most was Loy, and he definitely deserves a raise haha. I cannot stress how great, honest and and fair he was. He actually walked me through everything, told and showed me exactly was wrong, and then explained all my options based on time and price. I appreciated that immensely. I think I could’ve gotten a quicker/cheaper fix (based on what a prior plumber had advised) but that was ultimately going to cost me 10x as much to redo my floors and tile and shower. I am just very happy Service Squad fixed this the way they did (tunneling underground) as opposed to destroying my entire bathroom.

Anyway, the 5 star reviews are legit and I cannot thank them enough. It’s great to have the water back on finally!

I never felt uncomfortable. Thank you Michael, Loy, and Dillon for all of your work on our water heater. Unfortunately, our fix took a little longer due to having to order replacement parts from the manufacturer. Each time one of new parts showed up from the manufacturer, they were quick to get us on the schedule.

They are very responsive and quick to help. Quote was on a timely manner and we didn’t have to wait forever for service. We had a small leak and a defective part (not on their side) and they were so helpful and quick to come and repair and replace what needed to be done! Highly recommend them!
Erica Gibbs rated it 1/5: I asked Sanders Plumbing to come out to provide a quote to replace the main line from my house to the water meter as well as a quote to fix a small leak at the meter. I was required to pay a service fee of $89 simply to receive a quote so that I "didn't shop around too much". I was NOT told about this in advance and had refused to have a plumber from a different company out to provide a quote because they were charging a $40 service fee. Had I known Sanders would charge a service fee, I would not have requested a quote from them.
Additionally, the plumber who came out wanted to consult with the master plumber before providing a quote on the replacement and left without providing the quote I had requested and paid an $89 service fee for. To date, I have still not received that quote, despite following up about the quote with Sanders.

A great experience thorough-out and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs a plumber. The customer representative answered my questions in detail and gave me a very reasonable pricing quote based on a photo I sent her. An appointment was scheduled immediately and Bravo, the plumber/Owner arrived within 2 hrs and replaced the valve quickly. We are very satisfied with their professional service and will use their service again for sure.

Mark R. rated it 2/5: No issues with tech or service…just WAY overpriced. $99 just to knock on your door and then hundreds for even the smallest repair. After paying $180 for a disposal clearance (10 min max) they quoted me $410 for a 30 minute water filter change… and I had the filters already purchased. I know surgeons that don't charge this much per hour (they price per job….way too much). Buyer beware….looking for new go-to plumber.

Would ask they take outdoor plumbing, sewer and septic off if their website and Google page if its not a service they offer.

That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

B&B Swink rated it 5/5: Had an emergency clog/backup on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. 3 other locations couldn’t help until Tuesday at the earliest, but Roto-Rooter FW had their on-call rep call me back in half the time they said and arrived within 2 hours. I expected the ‘holiday’ bill to be a tough one to swallow, but the entire service was extremely reasonable and affordable. I will be switching my primary plumbing needs to RR FW from now on. Thanks!

We have a unique sump pump system that pumps water from house out to city line because we are below it and mike is the only guy we found that confidently knows how to fix. We’ve had him out for several pump replacements. It’s always so easy to deal with them. Their dispatch is kind, nice and helpful and they always takes care of us. They are fair, and do a great job too! This last call they had to send a different guy because mike was busy, but he said he would make sure he could take care of me and he did. Very pleased with roto-rooter.
Terry Miller rated it 5/5: I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

I asked why, worker claimed inflation yet he said his pay hasn’t changed. Disappointed that businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I’d understand if they needed to order parts but this is just price gauging. Plenty of competition will take my business elsewhere.
