As always, the serviceman was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He had everything fixed in a half hour and also stayed to give me advice on a couple of other plumbing matters. I have never had a bad experience with this company. They do good work, and their prices are fair.

They were unable to fit me into their schedule for three days and the cost of the drain cleaning was about 30% higher than what I was accustomed to paying. My Old plumber gave me a guarantee every time he cleared drain that it would stay clear. Prodigy has no such guarantee. They did a fine job, but I will not be calling them again.

Friends for a referral and they referred me to Prodigy Plumbing. From the very beginning of calling in my problem they were courteous and helpful. I couldn’t get an appointment until the next day, but when the technician Manny came out he went straight to work. He was kind and explained everything that he was going to do. He took his time to explain the pricing and all the work that was going to take place. As it turns out, my issue was much bigger than I anticipated, so Manny called to have my main jetted. Here comes in Jerry, the senior technician. He was extremely informative and explained step by step what was happening and what to expect. I was also able to witness him mentoring and teaching his crew. The outcome was not what I would have wanted (but who really wants to have to replace pipes) but I know that it will be done in a professional manner by experts. Jerry went over pricing with me in detail and explained all my options. I asked lots of questions and he was patient and answered every single one, honestly more than once. All in all what a great group of guys, very knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend Prodigy Plumbing time and time again. A+ in my book!

In an emergency — at any time — he has NEVER hesitated to come out for even a minor repair. He once came on either Thanksgiving Eve, or the actual day, in the rain, and never complained. He just did an emergency sewer line repair for me, a job he’d been kindly pushing me to approve for years and for which I kept putting off. The poop Gods finally caught up with me, slapped me around, and now it’s all cleaned up and better thanks to Bigos. His work is quick, honest, and thorough.

I was warned it could cost more than original estimate depending on what was found but they were able to complete the job and it didn’t cost any more than original estimate. Fair, courteous and timely. Not a bad experience at all.

The job was not easy, and did not go smoothly because of some large tree roots, but they stayed professional and did excellent work. Even though the job took almost twice as long as they expected, we were shocked and happy to be told that the price remained the same as the original estimate. I cannot recommend Beach Plumbing highly enough.

After reading several very good reviews about Beach Plumbing, we called to see if they had same day service, what the fee was to assess the issue, etc. To our delight, they said they could be there in two hours and the assessment and estimates were free of charge! Matthew arrived on time and was very personable and professional. Our very old water heater needed to be replaced and Matthew wrote up three options that fell in a variety of price points (e.g. converting to tankless, various tank sizes.) After selecting an option, Matthew left and a few hours later Alberto arrived to do the install. He was just as kind and professional as Matthew. He installed the water heater and came up with a pipping solution that made better use of the space and was far more stable. We highly recommend Beach Plumbing for their customer focus and plumbing abilities.

They told me they would call me the next day they didn't. Then they fixed everything, but the original leak. I had trouble scheduling them to come back. I'm only writing this because my shower still leaks off and on reminding me I never wrote this review. I would not recommend them at all. I still have not received the invoice they were supposed email me.

A few months later, it started leaking in the same area where it was allegedly repaired. They returned to fix the same problem again – he moved the tube which was previous replaced (turned out to be too short) during maintenance service & water was gusting out like crazy in the same area. They ordered a larger similar part to prevent the leakage from reoccurring in the initial area . I missed 2 days of work for them to fix it again. Now they sent a new bill for the replacement part & service cost for their incompetency. How dare they charge me again. I was told they have so called “warranty” for their service. Horrible customer service or poor quality of repair. I will never use they again!!

With that being said, I would like to give a huge shout out to Andrew Moreno, the Pro Plumber technician, who came out to diagnose the problem.

He demonstrated professionalism and great knowledge in his line of work. He arrived on the site on time and he explained to step-by-step on the issue of the matter.

Even though, we wasn't able to fix the shower drain problem today because it turned out to be something else that wasn't expected. I am confident that he'll be back to fix it.

I'll definitely continue to do business with Pro Plumbers here in Long Beach.

It wasn't an easy job, but Andrew cleared the clog. He also shared information about causes for clogged drains and some tips to help keep the drain clear. I'm very pleased with his service and I'm impressed by the professional experience from Tanya taking my call and Andrew performing the drain clearing. I would definitely call upon Pro Plumbers Inc for future plumbing needs.
