We will permanently use any mom and pop owned businesses and locally community built ownerships and NEVER with a corporation and heres why.

Let’s be clear, JW now works Under an umbrella corporation along side with Adeedoo Plumbing And there is a third corporate entity at this Apex.
This is likely a corporate merger in response to Covid restraints and was a contractual inspiration likely as not to help keep businesses alive.

Our story is we had an Adeedoo representative named Josh come out who had correctly identified long-standing pipe conditions in our basement, Where he exposed that we had major long standing leakage and a silent long-standing drain problem that is seeping into the foundation of the house. He took photos and confirmed it with us and was consistent in his ability to lebeing able to solve the problem. He also mentioned that we had a refrigerator line that had a bite mark likely from a rodent and he was willing to replace that line with a copper one…
He gave us a basic expected price for his services at that point. All is well. He then tells us he Needs to bring a drain specialist out the next day to survey our drain issue. Sure.

The next day Josh and a Ramon Show up 25 minutes early and we greet them in our driveway.
Ramon is wearing a buttoned up, puro white bleached shirt, unblemished stitched name tag and that Pristine iron-on American flag on his shoulder. This is the drain guy.
We go down to the basement and NOT once did he make an effort to physically inspect the drain. The majority of the conversation consisted of his insistency that we needed to fix the refrigeration line to our refrigerator, Stating he’s prepared to cut a hole in the wall And was adamant in side hustling a $1500 up charge for a service we NEVER called in for initially. 🤔.

Remember we have Josh who confirmed a $2500 pipe job replacement. This Ramon Is the “drain guy” and he did mention in justquick passing that “the drain work would likely cost more than $2500” … but Still persistent in pushing a sale for a refrigeration boxline for our refrigerator.
He never stepped foot inside the basement to confirm to us exactly what type of drain workneeded to be done.
We stood there and told him that the drain issue is likely effecting the foundation of our home Ramon is Completely disconnected and uncompassionate to the moral of the fact that this is likely a condition that needs attention.
Nah – He just wanted to go upstairs,continue the conversation of pushing side revenue for the refrigeration box/lines.

Conversely; Josh already offered to replace the bad line with a copper one that was already inclusive with the $2500 pipe replacement job. Dios Mio boys.

Just because you have a representative that rings true on every confirmatory level of meeting customer expectations through the guise of candor and honesty; Only to be sabotaged by a higher up; who demonstrated no effort, interest, nor cordial sympathy to addressing the initial job and possible contract; window dressing.

Basically corporations of this nature seemingly employ people that think they can run good verbal games.I gave him plenty of opportunities to reconsider dropping the refrigeration push: but that machismo Kept on running the gears upstairs; And in the end no resolve, conversationally, he offered no verbal confirmation, no confidence in providing a true honest assessment when it came to see if this drain guy was the proper candidate for the job.

In the end still offered the job to Josh and he had stated he would “call us back later that day” but he never did call us back to confirm. 😂 ok. Bye.

So Adeedoo
: Had two workers come out on company dime and time, One of which successfully came close to a contractual agreement for a job but never came back to shore it up and y’all Send out another one that thinks he’s Got schtick and verbal game and he jogged on losing over $5000 of potential company revenue..

Go locally owned and be happy.
david loeb rated it 1/5: Let me first say that I have done considerable business with JW Heating and Air and I am shocked at the behavior they are currently demonstrating. In the past, I have had nothing but pleasant and fair experiences.
JW Heating and Air installed a drip pan for my AC unit. Unfortunately, they wired the water sensors incorrectly. This failure allowed a substantial water leak in my attic and a bedroom ceiling to go undetected. The resulting damage / repairs costs were about $2,200. Upon bringing this situation to their attention, I was met with confrontation and defensiveness. I briefly spoke with their HVAC manager, Cary, who was rude, and combative from the start. After that, he never returned phone calls or emails. Weeks later, I reached out to the company again and this time spoke to a supervisor named Xio. Unlike Cary, she was polite, but like Cary, she did not return phone calls or emails.

I tried for over a month to get this situation rectified fairly, but JW Heating and Air made absolutely no effort to remedy the problem and have been confrontational at almost every step.

It is obvious that I will never have any business with any of the aforementioned companies and I warn you of the same.

They quoted me over double the price of the AC installation to repair it. It’s a shame because the JW of old did great work but now they’re just a part of a corporation that doesn’t value their customers.

They came on time the day of the job. They were courteous, responsive — answered all my questions and explained what they were doing, finished the job fast, and left the bathroom spotless. We're happy with the faucet/ shower/ escutcheon set that they installed. Those were included with the price he quoted me beforehand.

We truly appreciate the A1 service! I highly recommend Esteban, Gabriel and and A1 Total Service Plumbing.

They also use a drain video camera to check the pipe and make sure the pipe looks ok. There are some tree root issues and they gave us a quote for the repair. Answer all our questions… and did we say video inspection… thanks god we didn't have any collapse pipes! They also have this alien looking probe thing that tell you where the camera is so I now know where the drain line is actually going!

Not only were they professional, friendly and courteous on the phone, they had a plumber out EARLIER than promised, same day(!) Guillermo Avalos installed my kitchen faucet, went to the hardware store for a part he needed and came back to finish the job all the while with a smile and great attitude. He completed the job in such a clean manner that I swear I think my kitchen was cleaner when he left than upon his arrival 😁 and he even offered to take the box from my new faucet down to the trash. Moreover, I had a small leak under my bathroom basin that I asked him to look at while he was here and he was able to fix the issue in under 5 minutes, was honest with me about what the little problem was and didn’t charge me a penny for it. Moving forward, A1 will be the ONLY plumbing company I use and I will request Guillermo every single time. A1 has a VERY high quality employee in him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thank you, A1(!!)

Guillermo came out to first diagnose the issue, then again to take care of the job. Great guy, super friendly, and he did nice, neat work leaving the wall in good condition to get patched up later. Also after a small hiccup with the wall’s electrical not working once he’d left, he returned the same day to correct the problem with no complaints or extra cost. I would recommend A-1 to others and will for sure call on them for future plumbing needs.

I called on a Saturday with hot water heater problems, and they came out ON TIME on a ***SUNDAY*** to haul away my old, broken water heater and install a brand new one. On a SUNDAY – with no added charge for working on the weekend.

After installation was complete, I had hot water in 25 minutes. Seems unbelievable – I thought it would take hours.

Alexis was on time, personable, knowledgeable, efficient & an *expert* installer. He was so nice to work with & he answered all my questions.

I was shocked at the original quote of $880 for a 2 hor job, but he brought it down to$600 still about $300 more than I expected since I or purchased the faucet. That being said, he was professional and did a great job and perhaps we get what we pay for. I will be more cautions in the future to ask what the estimate will be before ordering a plumber as I would have done it my self rather then give up 2 days pay for him to do the job. But he was fast clean out the next morning after calling at 5pm the day before and it works great. If your handy and have time do it yourself. If you are stressed like me they are worth the call

He pressured me to make the decision to order the work before he left (clearly now I know why), and I insisited that I wanted to think about it first. I ended up calling someone else and he only charged me $800 for the same service with the hydrojet and he gave me a 1-week warranty.

He was absolutely masterful in doing the job and he showed an overwhelming knowledge of his craft. The smaller jobs he's done inside were done with care and finesse. I've used many many plumbers over the years and Mike is far and away the best in every category. It's as simple as that.

He told me the price and asked if I approved before he went ahead with the repair. The valves he needed were on the truck and he was able to replace the old valves immediately. He was very professional and courteous. I have used Red Lilly before and I would recommend this company.

Even the person I talked to on the phone was humorous and was very helpful. I definitely recommend Charles and Edwin and will definitely be hiring them again!

The plumber came on schedule and supposedly fix the problem. he told me that he couldn't tell me how much it costs because he doesn't know how much the company charges. so he just did the work and left. after 2 days you as you can see from the picture he actually left a hole in the pipe and now I have a leakage under the sink. The company encourages people to write reviews. so I'm doing exactly what they're asking…Just a quick follow up. I spoke with the company Rep and gave her my credit card number for payment. I'm not trying to short change them, but I will never use them again .

Don’t waste your time with anybody else! Wish i could give 10 stars.

This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I worked with Martín and Charlie who were both VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the middle of a rain storm they came by and replaced a pressure regulator and left it so much better than it was. I can’t thank them enough! Price was on point, more than I wanted to spend on home improvement this week, but perfect for the job they completed.

heather hellskiss rated it 5/5: Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again.
Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house.

Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. Will definitely use this company again!

We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

Valencia's gave me a rough estimate without charging while other plumbers wanted $250 to tell me about a problem I already knew I had. After we agreed on a price estimate, I received a more precise cost after camera work. They replaced a sewer lateral with burst pipe and a section with CPP and did some work under the house.
Their work is very good and they have honest prices.
I'll definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

The person that usually takes care of my issues was too busy until Sunday. I had to look for a plumber and after looking at several companies I only made one call to Valencia’s Plumbing. Best service, answered my call right away delegated the issue on hand and sent him pics and video. They responded quickly within 2 hours he was at the unit fixed the problem and sent me pics/video. Excellent service and good pricing. Definitely will call them again for service.
maria lopez rated it 5/5: I can’t thank Valencia’s Plumbing enough for all the work they did on my property. They were super fast and reliable. I had sewer issues, they ran the snake and turned out I had tree roots in the pipes. After running the camera and diagnosing they recommended all I needed for me to not have further issues. They had to dig over 5feet and repaired the pipe and added a clean out and also a liner to protect my pipes since they were already damaging. Their prices were very reasonable. Carlos and Jose were the best people to depend on and they worked super quick. Being a landlord and having tenants is not easy, it is our responsibility to have proper bathroom usage. The best part is that they were able to do it without having to get permits for this to run quick. Thank you Valencia’s plumbing.

They dispatched the father daughter team that located the leak, and remained on the job for over 5 hours until the job was done. It is refreshing to find a truly honest family business that has brand new vehicles, loaded with all the tools needed to complete any job. They care and have integrity, which is rare. We recommend them and will use them again.
Nelly Simonian rated it 5/5: I woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. After failing to light the pilot light, I called around, but no one had immediate availability. I requested an appointment with Nautilus online and it was confirmed shortly after. The guys arrived early the next day to check out the current system. They explained the issue with my gas heater very clearly (broken part), without pushing any additional work or upgrades. After they left, I called back to inquire about pulling the trigger on a tankless heater instead, and again, the team showed up within the hour to get that measured and quoted. We ended up going tankless, and the install was scheduled for the next day. The work was clean, the team was professional, and the tankless heater looks/works great. I'd recommend Nautilus to anyone – especially those with little knowledge or experience re: plumbing.
