Service too expensive to clean a kitchen drain. It cost me $525, oh yeah and was told it didn't include tax or trip charge. Duh, that's calculated in the fee. I felt because I lived in a good neighborhood the price was jacked up.
Then I was told he is not responsible if there are any leaks when I went to test for leakage by pouring a bucket of water down the drain.
Are you kidding me? I wasn't born yesterday, maybe the day before, to hear such false information and take it as true. I felt it was a misogynist statement because I was a woman, I wouldn't know any better not to test his workmanship.
After this review was posted I immediately was called back from the Supervisor who was a great listener and understood what my husband and I experienced and will use this as a coaching moment with employee. He also corrected the 30 day warranty given to renters to 60 day warranty given to homeowners that we are. Something that was never asked of us by the plumber or if he did was incorrectly put on the receipt given to us.
The Supervisor restored our faith in the company with another benefit to the service cost. Thank you Joe for responding.

I have called several plumbers no body wanted to touch it since the toilet tank was installed inside wall. Oscar was the only plumber that helped us. He told us what part to buy and guide us through everything. I have ordered the part from Amazon he came in and installed it perfectly saved us a boat load of money. He only cut out a small portion of the wall so we do not have to change the whole bathroom configuration. I will recommend EZ Plumbing to everyone

He ran a camera to further diagnose the problem cause it was not an simple stoppage and determined my line needed a massive cleaning. He returned that same day after diagnosing the problem and hydro jet washed my lines and cleaned everything up. Great service and so much accurate knowledge of what needed to be done. I remind them that I paid them over 20k in the past and that everything went well. The owner was inviting my wife and I over for a bbq. We had NO problems.

Fast forward to today, NO ONE will talk to me AT ALL. I spoke with the book keeper, she promised she would find out why no one is calling, she never called back.

I called her back over a week later, she said she didn't call because there was no reason to! She had no information on why no one would get back to me, so she though the best course of action was to ignore me.

I'm blown away by the UN-professional attitude they have now. The owner won't even return my emails. There's always time for that no matter how busy someone is.

I really thought my 20 grand would buy me come credibility with them. NOPE, I'm just another person they don't want to take any time out for.

BTW, The job I wanted them to do was bigger than the first. If that kind of money doesn't motivate a small contractor, nothing will.
Front Desk rated it 1/5: This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I've ever worked with! Called them out to a property on a Thursday. The technician went out and never contacted us (property managers) or the tenant regarding what the issue was. Called the office on Friday and the rude receptionist told me she couldn't provide me with any information until the tech turned in his invoice.
Invoice FOR WHAT??? Today is Monday (4 days after his visit) and they still won't provide us with any information. I have never heard of a vendor going out to a property and failing to contact their client with a diagnosis of the problem! How hard is it to report whether or not a new water heater is needed? Don't ever call this company in case of a plumbing emergency. They'll never get back to you and the staff is super unprofessional!

They don't have the license/permit to do plumbing but they'll do it anyway. They'll do it wrong, putting yourself and your property in personal/financial peril. That's what happened to me. A simple water heater replacement ended up costing me 2 months time, numerous calls asking for update and double the normal cost.

Let that be a lesson.

I'm posting their work they've done for me. Ask any plumber you can find because i asked 3+, they'll tell you how wrong it is.

We agreed to an estimated contracted. After the piping repairs were completed a new video revealed lining was 15 foot shorter than the original estimate. After becoming aware of the problem Rooter360 recalculated the error and refunded the difference. Their prompt response was commendable. Thank you for you responsible service.

Sherwin Ceasico rated it 5/5: I’ve had this shower head drip in our main bedroom bathroom for about a month. It got to the point where YouTube University was not going to help me fix this issue. I google searched “plumber near me”and after calling 5 to 7 different unresponsive plumbing companies I came across MCI Plumbing. It was great to hear that they would be able to respond to this issue same day and within two hours time. They arrived within about an hour upon excepting the agreement and began to diagnose the situation, which turned out to be a faulty valve handles. The process was explained to me in a very clear manner and he provided options for to prevent future issues. technicians were very helpful and showed care in their approach. The total work was quoted and there were no surprises at the end of it all. The drip is fixed!! I no longer have to worry about this issue. The experience was great and painless and I would recommend this to anyone who needs something small or any large work to be done, this company should definitely be considered!
