Their staff answering the phones and Mario Olivares coming out onsite, taking pictures and walking me through the issues and resolutions for the AC unit is exactly what you want in a reliable honest vendor!
Price doesn’t break the bank either, kee in mind you’re paying for knowledge, don’t be cheap and pay extra down the road. Go with Elmer’s and hopefully you get Mario Olivares to help you out too, if not I’m sure you’ll get a great person on the team!

Mr. Joshua Mora (licensed plumber) who was dispatched was extremely eager to assist with the problem I was having at my residence. He offered to arrive earlier than scheduled and was able to work around my scheduled arrival time.
Upon assessing the water leak he was quickly able to determine the source of the problem and quickly made recommendations to get water mitigation on site to help mitigate the issue for further damage. He was able to locate and turn off the water source without me having to ask.
Furthermore, Mr. Joshua Mora’s work has been quick and to the point. He does not sugar coat things, which is essential in knowing what is needed to take care of the issue, without feeling taken advantage of.
I am extremely grateful Mr. Joshua Mora was the one who was dispatched to assist. I absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing jobs. I received a phone call from the management team and they listened to my initial circumstance. They were very understanding and new exactly what I needed. They quickly scheduled a visit to the house, came out and gave me the assessment I needed for my water softener and gave me a choice of solutions. They were very professional, clear, and concise on how to improve my situation. I will return for their advise over and over. I appreciate the effort they put in to remedy my houses needs. He took the time to explain our options and gave helpful recommendations. After that he performed an absolute thorough job on the water heater replacement. He stayed as late as needed to make sure the job was performed right and didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied. He has been great with followup in every respect. I am now a customer for life.

He went above and beyond explaining much needed water softener, showed pictures of what it can do to pipes which in turn could be very costly to resolve plumbing issues. Toilet issue: all I had to do was explain my issue and he evaluated it and quickly knew what needed to be done to resolve. Thoroughly cleaned area he worked on and put things back exactly how I had them. All parts were readily available to render immediate service. Super pleased with his professionalism. Good job, Mike! The service we received was 100% professional and efficient from start to finish, from office to technical staff. The source of the leak was found quickly, and we decided to add on a number of plumbing replacements/upgrades throughout the house that we had wanted to do for a long time. The cost proposal was straightforward and itemized, making it easy to make decisions. They called in a crew of four – big shout out to Dakota, Alex, Dakota (yes, there were two of them), and Sam for all their hard work and expertise. We watched, asked questions, and noted that they use professional-grade parts and appliances. I called three other plumbers and 1st Call was not only the best price but was the only company that could start asap. They replaced the gas line going to my home and inside my home. When my assigned plumber was tied up with another job, First Call put another team on my job with no delay! Brandon A. and an apprentice came and assessed the issue with my water heater. They were able to replace it immediately and had it done in roughly an hour and a half. The work was fast, efficient, and super clean. They hauled my old heater and made virtually no mess. Awesome work. Will use again!

The technician arrived within the time frame of the appointment. Again, good. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He efficiently repaired the problem. (The system drain was clogged). I supplied the chemicals (bleach and hot water). The technician was at my residence approximately a half hour. The repair took at most 15 minutes.
I felt the price of the repair was high , but after talking to owner , a reasonable fee was agreed to. .
Overall the company did a good job . They were quick and responsive . The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

He set us up a time/service for installation of a new toilet. Unfortunately it seemed like the plumber was stuck on a different project and was unable to make it the same day.
The home office was great about keeping us updated. We rescheduled for next day. Matt came and did the install. He too was just as great as Ethan. Very professional. He got the toilet installed quickly and it looks great.

(Picture to follow)What I had an issue with was when I was contacted after I had already made the appointment. After the gentleman asked what my issue was, he then proceeded to tell me that the plumber was already on his last job and would not be available until the following day. I was told the plumbing dept is not open 24 hours as what was advertised on the internet. What the original dispatcher failed to tell me is that the plumbing department closes around 9 and should have informed me of that so I could move onto the next call to search for another plumber because my issue was an emergency and could not wait. After I got a little heated and expressed that, I was told he would make a call out and see if the plumber could make it. I received the call back and was advised the plumber would be able to make it out to my house. When I asked the plumber about them closing, he stated they were not and that he had the late shift that night. Why I was given such a hard time..who knows!!

A manager did call me to tell me that he understood and was going to have that credit restored back to my Discovercard but that has not happened and it’s been four days. I’m hoping it’s just a timing issue. Can someone follow up?

I talked to my son in law and he told me if it was just the faucet he could probably fix it but could not get away from work until the following day. He told me to ask whoever showed up if he thought it was an easy fix so my son in law could do it. Although the man that came seemed very nice he told me that it could be an easy fix or it may turn into a big problem because the pipe was so close to my brick wall and if it was done wrong they would need to break into the wall. Although he did not pressure me to have him fix it I went with what he told me and to save my son in law any headache I told him to go ahead and fix it. I went inside and not more than 10 min he knocked on the door and said it was fixed. He charged me $250. It was the day before Christmas eve so I gifted him a little bag of homemade cookies for coming within an hour . On Christmas day my son in checked the work and told me the faucet could have been purchased at lowes or home depot for $10! He was very upset because he said I was overcharged and he felt the man knew it was an easy fix and could have been nice enough to tell me. It is really sad that older people get taken advantage of. I am on a fixed income and that money could have been put to better use.

Plumbers were courteous and gave me what the cost of services would be without a pressure sale. Agreed to have services done…it only took them an hour and I'm happy with the work they did. Jimmy from Ajax arrived in the early minutes of their estimated three hour window. He was masked, pleasant, very helpful and showed us the clean-out valve under the sink was seeping. He was careful when the backed-up debris in the pipe was released as he opened the clean-out. Jimmy was courteous and did his job efficiently and well. Very pleased with his Saturday solution to our nasty problem.

For the most recent service, Ryan led the install of a water heater – and like most dumb builder decisions – it was in the attic. Dude was fast, straightforward, and very clean in his install.

This is what all service companies should act like. Denicio handled my HVAC install and in terms of quality, it is leagues ahead of what the builder used (Air Tron).

Then at 8pm they called and said that nobody was available and they wouldn’t be coming out. Then I called Ambition, and they came right out and did an AWESOME job. I would recommend.
