I just took on a new job out of state and my wife has had to pick up the slack on the house while I’m out of state. Obviously, we had two opportunities arise in the same night. First was the hot water tank pilot not lighting and my kitchen drain and garbage disposal failed. I search for companies that could handle both jobs and there were some out there. Williams was my third call and they were so helpful and the only company that would come out same day. Frank our technician was so patient working through the challenges and the quality of his work were amazing. It took Frank a few hours to work through every thing but when it was done everything was fixed and I didn’t feel like I got hit hard in the checking account. I would recommend Williams Plumbing to anyone. If you use them request Frank, he will take care of you.

He explained each challenge that we discovered, went over all options, and made sure I knew the approximate costs involved with each possible choice. He called in extra help when needed, performed all of the work needed and made sure that everything worked properly when finished. He was so respectful of my property, my concerns and my questions. I would highly recommend Williams Plumbing for any plumbing needs due to the excellent service by Frank! If I had my way, Frank would get an A+ rating for customer service and expertise, a Gold star, and a raise!!

Shane came out at like 4pm on a Friday and was able to diagnose the issue, pick up the parts, and do the repair all in an hour and a half or so. And he was super friendly and professional. Obviously no one wants to have to deal with plumbing repairs, but Shane made it as painless as possible.

Our kitchen drain was stopped up completely. I called RR this morning and they stated I’d be scheduled for a morning appointment. They explained their system: I’d get a call when a plumber came available, and if I was also available then he’d be dispatched; otherwise I’d go back onto their wait list. They stated a drain clean-out would be $194 minimum and could be more, depending on how the job progressed.

Everything worked EXACTLY as they described. Indeed I got a call around 11 AM and Tyler (the plumber) arrived a few minutes later. He was friendly and neat, and didn’t mind me watching and asking questions. I learned a lot as I watched him ply his trade and clear our drain. He was also very thorough, checking and testing in several different ways to ensure that not only was the drain clear, but that the clog hadn’t just moved down the line. He also stressed a 30-day warranty if we had any further problem with that drain.

I fully expected the bill to be more since it had been explicitly stated that the $194 was a minimum. But no, the bill was exactly $194! That was a great end to a fantastic experience with them.

Would I call RR next time? You bet I would. They made a loyal customer out of me in one visit. (And I’d ask for Tyler again too!)

Update-
To date, I had Roto-Rooter come out and perform the warrantied job as initially promised.
I had the opportunity to have the same guy come out to my home and do the work.
Super cool guy and very friendly. He went above and beyond with his knowledge and incredibly helpful tips that would help me avoid similar issues as quickly in the future.
He answered all of my questions and when he left, he left, I felt confident that the work he had done was done perfectly.

The Technician Jess was very professional and fixed the issue very quick. When he came in he immediately put on booties as to not track dirt threw the house. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Roto Rooter for anyone with any kinda plumbing issues. I have had them come to my house 3 times over several years and they always fixed the issue the first time. I have tried alternative plumbers in the past and that was never the case. In the end would always have to contact Roto Rooter to have the issue resolved. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was very professional and friendly. The work was accomplished in a very reasonable time. He saw some other problems and took care of them as well. I have found a plumber and drain cleaner that I can trust. Will use him again when need arises.

I told him my problem and he joined me on my backporch 30 minutes later and showed me that he could complete remove my whole system and put all brand new Trane system in the following day. I'm writing this review in my air conditioned home on Saturday 12:42 pm. Jeremiah and Rusty Ashmore just left my house after literally showing up at 8am sharp and completed my tear out and new install. These guys literally installed a whole ac unit and had it going so fast that I didn't even take the window ac unit out of the box it came in. They were the best install crew I have ever seen. If I could give this team 10 stars 🌟 I would. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my family. I will always refer you!

I was very impressed. Also, Mark Kennedy was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before the winter weather set in and on the weekend so I didn't have to miss work. My installer Jeff Mooney also went above and beyond by doing my install on a Sunday and coming back to make sure it was completed correctly the next day. He was friendly and communicated all that needed to be done since I could not be home when he did the work. It was such a seamless process from start to finish. The best and easiest home maintenance/repair experience I've ever had.

He also changed out some valves as well on some other items. This guy is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing! He is also a very hard worker and is fast as well. It is very hard to find someone that actually cares and does excellent quality work in today’s world.
I would highly recommend Duvall Plumbing and ask Brandon to do the repair.

I called Duvall and they were insanely nice, and scheduled someone to come the very next day.
The next day, he came and told us the cost to replace, and after we accepted the quote, he just got to work! Within an hour our faucet was replaced and we had a nice access door on the inside for any future issues.
We are just very impressed with the kindness and how quick Duvall was with our request. Needless to say we will definitely be returning if (and when) we need something else!

I had a leak in a fitting to the sprinker system from the main water line going to the house. He did a great job fixing it in a timely manner and the price was less than expected. We called Acts of Service plumbing to see if they could get us in quickly.
Not only did they schedule us in within a few days, but they also worked with our schedule in being home for the service. Ricky came out to cap the gas line and was super friendly. My kids kept going into our laundry room to watch him work and he played with them, even though he was trying to get a job done. He even tightened up our washer line so it wouldn’t leak and fixed one of our shower’s draining problems before leaving. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick. Not only that, but the best part about this business was their shared Christian values. We won’t use another service in Tulsa—this business is our go-to from now on! Would highly recommend!!!!

They did not over charge me by explaining I needed complete pipe replacements, instead they investigated and gave me options to repair. After calling several other companies to get someone out and being told it would be at least a week, these guys were able to come out the next day to help find why the sewer line was plugged. A couple of days later they had a crew onsite and were able to get a new sewer tap and line installed. Even though the mainline tap was deeper than suspected which caused more time excavating, they stuck to their original quote. Eric was great to work with. He kept me informed of what was going on and did excellent work.
Anytime you hire a skilled trade to do a job, it's not going to be cheap. But these guys did the job right and I feel like it was worth it now having peace of mind that this sewer line will not have any issues for the foreseeable future.

In today's world it's hard to find someone that truly takes pride in their work. Are they the cheapest plumber out there, no. However, they do the job right the 1st time which will save you money and a headache. I will continue to use them as long as they keep up with the great work they are doing now. Great job Spencer and your partner for installing my new toilet and cleaning out my shower drain. I was very happy that you left everything nice and clean when you left. For those of us that have hired work out (plumber, electrician, automotive mechanic, ect). Wow, it's nice when they clean up after themselves. Besides being personable, verifiably honest, and committed to completing the job within 2-days, the workmanship was clean, neat and overall excellent, as something you’d find illustrated in a text book. During the 15+ years in Tulsa/BA, I’ve dealt with approx. 5 different plumbing companies, and Infinity Plumbing (Jared) now holds the top spot in my experience. No close second, and that’s saying a lot because my previous experiences have been relatively good ones. Infinity Plumbing is positively the best!

So after calling a couple of companies that couldn't get to my emergency until later in the day or even tomorrow, Bradley and his guys at Wooten Knockout Plumbing were at my house within a half hour and had the problem diagnosed and fixed faster than I ever imagined. Their service and professionalism is unmatched in my opinion and the price was more than fair for the job they did. On the next job, emergency or not, I'll only call Wooten Knockout Plumbing!! They sent someone out on Tuesday who gave me an estimate the same day. I agreed to the price and they came out on Thursday and did the septic line work and back on Friday for repairing a frozen outside faucet and a shower valve. They were polite, professional, prompt. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.

But since Allied has been on the job, the plumber Al and his assistant Willy have done great work (and there's lots of it). I totally trust both of them, and I appreciate the way the schedulers communicate and update me. Plumbers don't come cheap, so it's important that you dollars get you this kind of professionalism and courtesy.

In 5 minutes he called back saying someone was on his way! The 2 guys who came were fast, friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Today, he and his associate Earnie came out, dug it up and confirmed what he thought the problem was, and made the repair. Very knowledgeable and courteous young man. Cost was what he quoted me yesterday, no hidden costs, no surprises.

If it's not your vans causing problems then it's the workers vehicles that are parked all along the opening. Y'all cut people off pulling into your "parking lot" yes notice the quotations or they get cut off with your vans pulling out. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years and I'm honestly just sick and tired of you treating a neighborhood like your personal parking lot. Maybe you should have got a building with and actual parking lot and not an old house. Just got cut off by a lady in a silver car that sped out of the lot as I was already turning down my street. It's unprofessional and a big safety hazard.
