Ebuka and Nathaniel were great! They worked non stop the entire day until job was completed. Up and down the stairs many many times, made me tired to watch them but they plowed through and kept up amazing momentum. These two have lots of energy for sure! I highly recommend Bowers Plumbing for any plumbing needs that you may have. The cost of job was 2,200 less than other quotes received so that was an added bonus as well.

An the mechanic showed up with tools very professional an the part he fixed was only 100$ for a coupler motor an transmission was good he said the last mechanic from reddi industries didn’t know what he was doing or he was lying

Called Reddi early in the morning and received a very quick call back from dispatch to set up a same day appointment time that I felt was extremely reasonable on what is probably a very busy day for them. Joseph Skidmore rated it 5/5: Jesse was excellent. Once dispatched, he called to say when he would be available the same day. He arrived exactly on time which is rare. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. After he left we discovered that the kitchen line was still plugged. Jesse came back as soon as possible and cleared the blockage.

When the bill was so high, I had to ask him to explain the bill and the man said I could look at my email receipt AFTER paying. When going to look myself to see what they had worked on (because they had not shown me), I noticed all the wires and filter left behind on the floor.
Suzie called the next day to follow-up, which I was glad about, I let her know I felt rushed into paying this large amount with no explanation of what broke/what was fixed. It was a few minutes later she called back to say she was able to refund the service fee and give the feedback to the guys that did the job.
Richard Burke rated it 1/5: This year I tried to use reddi industries to shut down my sprinkler system as I do every year. It took them three weeks and three dispatchers to schedule it. First two didn't know how many weeks away till they could do the service. The third scheduled two hour window and technician didn't show up or call.
When I called them no one could give me an answer on when he would show up and then tried to say my window was four hours instead of two. It took him another 30 minutes to find out if technician was even available. By that time I managed to find a company cheaper and valued customers time with an appointment.

Reddi industries also is price gouging this service. Sprinkler shut off in 2021 was $85 dollars. Sprinkler shut off in 2022 is $125. A service that takes nearly no materials and takes under 30 minutes increased by over 30%

I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall this year they got more expensive, providing less service, don't value the customers time.

I chose to seek other companies that are credible and provide better value and actually put an interest in the customers time.

I was very impressed with the care they took to tear up as little as possible of our front yard. Afterwards they put our grass back in place and packed it down!

The crew knew exactly what they were doing and got us fixed with minimal damage to our yard.

Matt walked me through the process of the plumbing in the interior of the house making sure to pay attention to detail and respecting my wishes. The upgrade to the plumbing will make for much easier access.

Brent Weekley was able to help me with a water line issue outside, he explained what he was doing as he did and the pricing was reasonable and they were upfront about it before doing the work. Jordan McFall rated it 3/5: The professionalism and work performed was great. In addition, when choosing a large company like you all, I recognize that I might pay a little more for service. However, after assessing costs, to be charged over $600 more for the installation of a water heater than a friend paid for the exact same water heater two weeks prior is price gouging in my opinion and way overpriced. I feel like that is taking advantage of a customer who needs something replaced in a timely manner. Again, service and install was good. but the labor cost for two hours worth of work was way more than it should have been.

My husband and I have had two other plumbing companies come out to assess the issue when we had a minor leak, only for them to push the issue off on gouting and a cracked tub.. as the issues got worse we decided to try someone else instead of always calling our warranty. my mom suggested Roto rooter and they have done more work and put in more effort to fix the issue than the other two did combined.

I'm greatful for them and their determination to fix the issue enough to stay late. Thank you so much! You guys have saved me from so much stress and headaches, it's great to be able to use our water again!

(which I had not had cleared since they put in my seamless line almost 20 years ago….yea, it was time for a cleaning!) A really nice young man (I THINK his name was James) showed up and within an hour had me all set! Prompt, friendly, quick, accurate, what more can I say? Knowing I have folks like these to handle my issues gives me great peace of mind. VERY happy customer.
Vicki A rated it 1/5: UPDATE: While Shane explained to me that the clog was deep in the pipe, was not food, and not due to my negligence, the property manager produced a bill on which Roto Rooter stated the problem was a food clog. I was charged for the bill and Roto Rooter would not discuss it with me (as I am only a renter) or have Shane review the stated cause. Either this was an inadvertent mistake or a way to keep the property managers business. Next time I would video the fix to have some proof of the actual problem. Once Shane left I had no recourse.

They were able to schedule my repair timely. It was a difficult repair on old pipes and they did it with minimal cuts through the back of cabinets. The work looks fantastic. Shout out to Justin and Matt. These two did a fantastic job!!! I highly recommend this company.

They arrived when promised and were very knowledgeable.Old house, old plumbing, lots of issues! Colt and Josh worked tirelessly to replace all the plumbing in the house. Very responsive to issues and finding solutions. Will definitely use again when we remodel the kitchen and would absolutely recommend.

Jill and Kristen in the office were extremely helpful scheduling our appointment. Jill offered to put us on a cancelation list and work us in, since one of their plumbers lived close to us. She called the night before to confirm our appointment, and let us know that Aaron would call/text the next morning when he was on his way.

Aaron did call and text to let us know he was headed to our house. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me informed on what he would be doing. The repair was quick and he took the time to show me what had gone wrong and how he repaired it.

We will definitely be calling them back the next time we need a plumber. Very thankful we were told to call them!

But more importantly every interaction I have had with them afterwards has been awesome. They are reasonably priced, friendly, and very easy to work with! No reason to ever call anyone else.
Della Crownover rated it 5/5: My husband asked that I contact a plumber because water was backing up into our yard from a cleanout. I read through the reviews and decided to give Plumbing Solutions a try. We have not historically had great experiences with plumbers, but we really liked Aaron.
I didn't feel like it was an emergency, so I made an appointment for next day. They called before they came out. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour or so. (I was not watching the clock closely, but I know they were quick!)

My husband asked some additional questions about the issue. Aaron was knowledgeable and did not try to recommend services that would further increase our cost. He also gave us some advice for prevention, which we appreciated.

We will definitely contact Plumbing Solutions again for our plumbing needs!
Patty Ruzich rated it 5/5: Nothing like finding out late morning that your hot water heater has come to a quick end Called Plumbing Solutions, upon the referral of the company that put in my last one. Oh my gosh was I treated well! They had me send in pictures of my heater, asked a few questions then promised to get in touch with a technician and get back to me. Within 15 minutes I was contacted that I could get help later that day…perfect!
Aaron showed up with everything he needed, was great to explain what they would do and what the cost would be. He then got to work and was done in less than 2 hours. They took care to be careful as they moved in and out of the basement and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed.
Aaron once again explained the work that was done, shared how the igniter works in case I need to ever use it and explained the warranty and more.
YES! I will definitely use Plumbing Solutions again when needed. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness and quick response. Give them a call…you too will be happy with their service!

Mark Nutter rated it 5/5: Our water line broke in the early morning hours between the main and our house. I called David Lies Plumbing before 8:00 AM, and they sent Wesley out. He shut off the water at the main, reported the severity of the break to Evan Lies, and was able to come back with Jake around noon. They were able to dig down, fix the break, and restore our water service that day. Two days later, Wesley and Matt backfilled the hole and fixed the issues with toilets and faucets caused by the break, All three employees were good as gold. The work was performed efficiently and everything was explained to us as it was done. We got the bill, and we're pleasantly surprised with the total. We have used David Lies Plumbing multiple times over the past thirty years, and have never been disappointed. We will be using them in the future, too. They are an outstanding company.

David Lies Plumbing responded quickly found the problem and got it repaired and inspected so we could get the gas back on as quickly as possible.
