Dean Wendschuh rated it 5/5: Kelly and Mike helped me to track down a new liner for our 16×26 odd sized pool. They were both very helpful. Aaron helped me load it up and find a replacement skimmer that was an exact replacement. Everyone was very courteous.

  • Jeanne Grace rated it 5/5: We were looking for a gasket for our hot tub. The lady at the counter searched but could not locate one. She did suggest another location that is known to carry a lot of parts for pools and spas. While there, another employee was demostrating a new small vacuum for your hot tub. Really cool! I need one of these for oir swimming pool!

  • Mark S rated it 5/5: We have to say that we have throughly enjoyed working with Fiesta Pools and spas to get our hot tub. A family situation came up and Erik and he team were nothing but professional and patient through the entire ordeal. On top of all this Nick and the delivery guys were super nice and informative. We love our Vita spa and highly recommend working with Erik to get one
  • Dwayne Thompson rated it 5/5: My wife and I were looking for a spa to purchase and came across Fiesta Pools in spa. Upon meeting Eric we liked him from the beginning because of his welcoming spirit and his willingness to help us with finding what we were searching for and not what he wanted to sell. There was no high-pressure sales or any gimmicks just plain straightforward talk and helping us zero in on what we wanted. The sales part was terrific. And when the installation part came it was just as good. Nick came to our house outside of Stroud Oklahoma and you could tell this was not his first rodeo. Nick and his coworker worked like clockwork and put everything exactly where we wanted it in record time with no hitches. He was very helpful in instruction on spa care and things such as that. His friendliness made you feel you had known him for years. Based on our experience with fiesta pools and spas we would recommend them to anyone looking for such a product.
  • Thomas Leibrandt rated it 5/5: I have had a Fiesta Hot Springs tub, actually two of them over the past 25 years and I use it just about every day for therapy and piece of mind. I have purchased these tubs from Eric at the Sheridan Road store and have always had them repaired by Doug. I have told countless people that if you want a high end quality tub, do not go anywhere else but to visit Eric and Doug. Whenever my tub needed maintenance they understood the importance of me having an operable tub for my -own self perseverance. If they could fix it in a day for $20 they did. OKAY, my beloved tub broke 2 weeks ago and being ten years old it was feared I would need a main power board/motherboard and a new display panel, about $1400, which I would have gladly paid to get it backup and running, problem is the micro chips needed come from China and they cannot crank them out quick enough and it might take weeks if not Months before the parts were in stock. Once I had a drink and calmed myself I spoke with Eric, who was on vacation about my plight and concern. Eric made a few calls to the manufacturer and convinced them to send him the parts in a few days, Miracle Man. In the interim Doug called me and said before we panic and you spend $1400 at least allow me to come out and check one more thing, Doug who has been sick with the flu still came out here and checked what amounted to a Hail Mary. But by some grace of god it worked today, after I desired to hug Doug he mentioned that if this did not continue to work he would hold onto he parts for me for a few weeks. This is called Customer Customer, this is called Integrity, this is called going above and beyond to continue to make your customers happy. I implore you if you are in the market for a hot tub, go see Eric and sleep well knowing when the tub needs a little or a lot of maintenance Doug has you covered and will do the job right, quickly and it will cost as little as possible. Doug and Eric are super hero’s in my eyes and a reminder that there are still good people who put the customer and their satisfaction first before a sale. You gentleman are awesome and have a friend and customer for life!!

Brandy Shoemaker rated it 5/5: Edit April 2022: we are still in love with our pool. We wanted to show the followup that this company has done for us. We had a few issues that we alerted Fiesta to, in the Fall of 2021, concerning the plaster cracking and some lighting in the pool that need repair. They were quick to get on them in the time frame we requested and did it as part of their warranty coverage. Even brought out chemicals once it was refilled as part of the coverage. Still very, very happy we went with Fiesta.

We started our build in November of 2020 and finished March 2021. Every interaction from owner, to construction foreman, to service tech, etc. has been excellent. Everyone was completely attentive to our wants and needs and accommodated any change up that came along. Even the subcontractors were professional, kind and easy to work with. I would recommend a pool build with Fiesta Pools as you will have a beautiful and well build product in the end. Thank you too all the hard workers that made my home a little more fun with this amazing pool.

  • Ashlie Casey rated it 5/5: A business that takes the extra steps and goes beyond expectations is a rare find but Fiesta pools is this company. Could not be any happier with my new loop lock cover and installation service.
  • Erik Nodland rated it 5/5: The team was incredibly helpful to work with and got me setup with the right products as we had just bought a house with a pool and had no idea what we needed. They made the process easy and clear. Would 10/10 recommend them to anyone
  • Jaaron Lee-morgan rated it 2/5: Nice store. I didn't buy anything. This is more of a rating of their hiring team. I came dressed the the 10s with nice cologne on and everything. They even acted like they liked me and they could see I had years of relevant experience. They said that since I am still working another part time contract job that they wouldn't consider me. No who has ever heard of a company who wouldn't consider somebody who has kept the same job for 8 years? Yeah… weird right? Besides that the store is clean and neat
  • Trish Lee rated it 1/5: Terrible customer service! Went in the first time, bunch of teenagers running around supposedly as workers. Completely ignored us. We were told that the sales guy was out to lunch. Waited an hour and went back so the sales guy could tell us what we wanted to buy, not listening to what we wanted. Then to be told oh well you live too far away, if I can’t service it I’m not selling you anything! Just WOW! Anyways, buyer beware! What’s sad is we could’ve bought one outright today! Very poor customer service!

Jesse Green rated it 5/5: Trying to find a location to open our pool was a stress I figured would happen. Asking around people recommended Leslie's pool supply. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you. The location itself is clean on the interior and the customer service professionals working at this location are great. They answered any questions I had honestly and with respect. The prices are well under what I was told they would be. Don't be afraid to ask about anything. I have no knowledge and feel more confident after my trip. This review will be updated after the opening itself is done.

  • Jim Griffin rated it 5/5: Very knowledgeable staff and a great selection of supplies. I called or stopped in at different places before I visited them. They seemed to know what they were talking about compared to others I talked to. Definitely recommended.
  • Renee Hofener rated it 5/5: The staff at leslies can always figure out what I need to keep my pool in great shape!
  • Tyler S rated it 5/5: Sara was great and very helpful! Prices were cheaper than online.
  • Sarah Colbart rated it 1/5: When my sand filter seemed to be leaking I made an appointment for a pool tech to come look at it. He would only speak to my boyfriend when I own the home and made the appointment. Then he says there’s a crack without actually looking at it. He says the filter needs to be completely replaced and that I needed a bigger one because this one wasn’t large enough to support the pool. So he left me with an invoice for a much larger filter that came close to $1,400. He says someone will be in touch to make an appointment to come install it. Weeks go by so I call to find out I had a appointment a month later. All the while my insurance is trying to get in touch with the tech to support my claim and never can. No one shows up for my appointment so I go to corporate. Made a new appointment, no one shows up, no one answers the phone. This started in April and I STILL haven’t heard from them! Unprofessional. I don’t know that I needed a bigger filter or he was just trying to sell me something more expensive and that’s why he wouldn’t communicate with my insurance or this place just has the worst customer service but I’m beyond upset. I will never go here again. I’m a first time home owner prepared to better my home and I am very disappointed with my experience here. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

  • Elizabeth Wilson rated it 5/5: NuPool was great to work with. We are so excited about our pool and spa addition to our home. We spend more time outside than inside now! We can spend some awesome family time in the pool!!
  • wendy parkinson rated it 5/5: Matt was always responsive (to include weekends.) We had questions, before, during and after the build and Nupool always went above and beyond. Rickey (owner) stopped by often to check the progress and even had the crew “flash the dirt walls with gunite” before a heavy rain. Hudson & Cass were terrific and gave us a great rundown of how to use the equipment and maintain the pool. If we ever had to build a second pool, I would absolutely use Nupool again. We can’t thank them and their crew enough for their professionalism and our home’s oasis!
  • Josh Harrell rated it 5/5: Nu Pool has been great! This was our first pool project and they exceeded our expectations. From designing and scheduling contractors to giving us time to decide options: they were great. We started and finished our project in the expected time frame. Matthew and Caleb were very responsive and helpful. We had lots of questions and they were always happy to help. I would recommend this company for your next outdoor project!

  • Mark Drescher rated it 5/5: The entire experience with NuPool was top notch. Beginning with the design consultation and contract execution with Matthew, he was an excellent resource when conceptualizing color choices on travertine, tile, and plaster. This included keeping the pool in line with current trends & the housing addition where we live.

During the construction phase, Caleb was responsive, detail oriented, and timely on his scheduling. The crews utilized were respectful and did their best to minimize their impact during dig & haul.

Start to finish NuPool exceeded all of our expectations on timing, quality, and efficiency. I would highly recommend them.

  • TikTok Supreme rated it 5/5: Really great service. My pool was really stained and coated with algae and I was told it would take a week but it only took 3 days. Money well spent and the employees made it worth spending, they were really respectful, professional, and hardworking . I will be staying with this company from now on.
  • zack myers rated it 5/5: Liked the service I got from Jordan and John. Hard workers and get the job done fast.
  • Deborah Jones rated it 1/5: These reviews are fabricated. If this C&C Pools and Spa Services is owned by Dean Carson there is NO WAY they have five stars. Do not ever use them for anything other than cleaning a pool. You hire them for extra services and I guarantee you will be severely and expensively disappointed. Happy to provide pictures and other true reviews.
  • Bobby Jones rated it 1/5: Dean Carson, You were fully aware at all times during the “repair” process of your failed work from the previous year. Not once did you ever show up on the job. 6 months waiting for repair with an empty pools speaks volumes to your regard for your clients. You don’t care.
Your people are not dependable. Your communication skills are non- existent and your experience and knowledge is severely lacking.

To send a message stating that there must have been a “break down or miss-communication” is a complete and total lie.

Morgan Belcher rated it 5/5: Great people, great service!!! They went above and beyond in helping us when we had to drain our pool that had turned green. They guided us through pumping out all the water, cleaning, and refilling the pool. They explained how to replace an old leaky pool plug and replace the motor in our pump. If ever we have any questions, they are always there and eager to help. We so appreciate everyone at Crystal Pools!

  • Tori Dowler rated it 5/5: We wanted to leave a review because we use this store with most of our pool needs. They opened for us last year, did some repairs, etc. They’re very responsive & helpful. This year we decided to try to open ourselves. We are such newbies and nervous but Mike stayed patient with us and answered all our questions and even walked me through part of the process on the phone when I was on the verge of a meltdown. We will use them for all our pool needs in the years to come!! Great service and products. Thanks again Mike!
  • Christy Vandever rated it 3/5: I needed a pump and filter for my pool . They quoted me almost 1,000 dollars for the same exact brand I got from Another store for 565.00.
  • David Hurt rated it 1/5: I had a pool light and spa light stop working on my pool. My pool opened on Memorial Day in 2020 so it's a fairly new pool. It has all Pentair equipment so I called Pentair and asked if the lights were under warranty. Pentair customer service is very helpful and said I have a 3 year warranty on the lights and assigned the warranty claim to Crystal Pools. I had never done business with Crystal but I didn't know how this process works. I had tried to fix my the lights myself by removing the cover to the wire connections and tying them back together with new wire nuts. It didn't fix the problem. I didn't put the cover back on so the wire box is now full of water. I didn't care since the 2 lights don't work anyways and the warranty guys would be out soon. I also had all the wires and nuts sticking straight up so they weren't in the box now anyway. The Crystal Pools tech arrived on a Saturday when I wasn't home and called. He was a nice guy and I told him of my issue. He wrote up something that said the spa light isn't working but the 2 lights in the pool work fine. That's the first issue. I have 3 lights in the pool. 2 of them do work fine. But 1 does not. So Mike at Crystal called me today and says "hey we aren't going to be able to warranty those lights because there was water in the junction box". So I told him what I had previously done. He said "well you will have to take that up with Pentair….I don't know you from Adam….I can only report what we found". So I told him since you know the whole story now can you call and tell them and see what they say. He said "as far as I'm concerned this claim is closed…..you can call Pentair if you want…..but you shouldn't have worked on those lights because they are under warranty". He didn't want to help me at all. I was displeased as I couldn't understand why he wouldn't care to report to Pentair the full story now that he has it. He couldn't have cared less. He then got very rude. I told him I would leave them a review and contact the owner. I'm a man of my word. Here is the review. I would never use Crystal Pools for anything. Service companies should provide service to customers. Not treat them like idiots. After I told him I would contact his owner he said he was next door if I wanted to talk to him. By that answer I could tell the attitude at this place was probably set forth by the owner. It's a shame. It kind of ruined my day. Definitely has me in a bad mood. Now I have to call Pentair and explain what I had done previously since Mike didn't want to help.
  • Team Depth rated it 1/5: Very expensive. They try to sell me stuff I don't need every time I visit. Most of them are better than others but very greedy people. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LOT OF POOL KNOWLEDGE. "Don't come here again if you are not going to bring money with you." – Front desk guy. Very very unprofessional. I felt like I was getting scammed. Will they get the work done? Probably. Will they steal hundreds if not thousands from you? Definitely. I could get 80 IBS of pool salt from Home Depot for less than $20, they would charge you at least $50-$70. Go somewhere else.

Custom pools isn't just a name of the company, if you choose to work with Josh he will truly customize your thoughts into the pool of your dreams. I know in my case from the original quote we made several changes and additions and thats what i was looking for in a builder, someone that had the vision and flexibility to pull of what we now call the "Jones Resort" and we LOVE IT! Josh thanks for delivering on a great product and service.

Out of all the bids I received Tulsa custom pools was the most competitive and offered the most bell's and whistles for the money. They do vinyl pools and fiberglass pools. Fast forward to 2021 November. I again got 3 bids for a pool and I called custom pools of Tulsa to come out for one of the bids. Once again he was the most competitively priced companies out there. I contracted in November of 2021 but with everyone getting pools due to limited travel with COVID he was still able to get me on the schedule to start in the summer of 2022. Pool is now completed and I couldn't be more happier with the finished product. You can not go wrong using Tulsa Custom Pools.

  • Ronnie Acebo rated it 5/5: Nate from Metro Pools was able to winterize my pool the same day that I had called in to make my annual winter appointment. Now, that's service! He also helped me install my cover, completing it just in time before the annual dumping of the leaves from the giant trees around my pool. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail to make sure that all of the lines were secure and prepared for the eventual spring opening. Thanks!
  • Bob Wills' Texas Playboys rated it 5/5: I have used Metro Pool for at least 5 years now. They take care of everything for me as I travel and it's nice to know the pool is always ready to go. They consult with me multiple times throughout the year as to the timing and optimization of opening and closing and have gone above and beyond for me through the years before I completely handed the reins over to them. I highly recommend them.
  • Diana Avilla rated it 5/5: I have had Metro Pool Service clean and provide chemicals for my pool for the past three years and they do a great job! Paul and everyone in his office are very responsive, respectful and cheerful. They leave my pool spotless each week. Metro also covers/opens my pool and provides chemical checks in the winter.
  • Chad Jennings rated it 5/5: We have used Metro for over 15 years – we value their service so much that this is the 3rd house I have taken their service too. From custom fitting a cover to weekly maintenance their service is always 5 stars

Nicole Donohue rated it 4/5: Update! They waved some charges and the guys on the phone have always been very responsive, helpful, and professional.

Hiring right now is really tough and I think they may have some inexperienced employees working for them that do not know what they are doing. I had to call someone else. Took them quite a few trips and they wanted to come out two more times to finish opening my pool, literally, took the next pool guy 45 minutes to do!

  • Mike Martin rated it 5/5: Byrd Pool Repair came out and gave an estimate on repair of my pool heater and pump. Robert analyzed my situation and made same day repairs to my pump as well as a recommendation regarding my heater. Robert was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the repairs and absolutely recommend Byrd for swimming pool equipment repair. Five star performance!
  • ED Eddie rated it 5/5: Byrd did not build our pool and we've not had a prior relationship with them.
We had an issue with our pool automation and it was suggested we contact them. After calling them they took my name and said their tech would call us and later that day he did! He walked me through the Pentair app and got it fixed over the phone. He saved us a service call and a service charge. He was very patient with my questions and got us going again. Thanks!!

  • Sandra Lee rated it 3/5: Contacted Bryd pools in Sept 2021 thru a recommendation from the company that did our liner as we could not find another plumber that did skimmer work, we were losing about an inch of water a day, they got out to pressure test in Oct 2021, the guy who came out to pressure test cut the lines effectively making repairs a have to rather than a maybe (my daughter & youtube redid the plumbing). We were told both skimmers were leaking, quoted more than the new liner cost. After trying to find another less expensive company (there aren't any licensed) the contract was signed in March 2022. Told we were 5th on the list. Called a couple of times to see when work would start and was told end of May/1st week in June. Called mid May to see how to pay the down payment, was told no worries work would start June 3rd.
Called at 9:45 June 1st to start job instead of June 3rd, I agreed was told they would arrive shortly.
Repair men arrived 1:52 pm on June 1st started tearing up concrete. One guy left at 3:09. 2nd guy left at 3:41. Total for day 2ish hrs.
Workers arrived at 7:54 on June 2nd started digging skimmers out. Ran into issues on the one skimmer so they stopped working at 10:51 til Sup could get here to give an estimate for repair. Sup arrived, looked at the work, told me what he found, Sup said he would send an estimate the morning of June 3rd. I asked if it could be sent by the evening of the 2nd or I would not be able to speak to my son til the evening of the 3rd. Left at 12:08. Workers left for the day at 2:05. Total worked for June 2nd 5½ hrs.
No work on June 3rd. Could not talk to my son until after 6PM on June 3rd to go over the quote. Messaged sup evening of June 3rd that work was approved with my daughter digging a trench with our tractor for the new line. He messaged they would be here June 6th to cut the sidewalk cement and mark dig lines.
June 6th Sup and 1 worker arrived at 3:30. Marked lines and cut the concrete (did not break it up; important, error would have been discovered). Both left at 4:19. Worked 45 mins. My son went out to start getting the concrete broke up to find not cut correctly so it was cracking the surrounding concrete. Messaged sup for suggestions who said it may not have been cut right (not surprising as worker had trouble figuring out how to turn the saw on). My son kept working at it to discover it was also being held in place by rebar that had not been cut. Total worked 45 mins for the day. 1 worker came out the morning of June 7th to correctly cut the concrete worked 30 mins. No work June 8th
June 9th both workers started to work at 8:43 left at 1:48. Breaks 1 hr 5 mins, worked 4ish hrs.(The breaks may have been due to high heat index)
Asked about them doing a 4×4 ft cement pad for the pool pump that was sitting on dirt. Quote of $840 (600 labor for 6 hrs) was way to high, My daughter decided to do it herself. She did the pad in 4½ hrs for a total $160 including cost of rented cement mixer.
June 13th Daughter was inspecting work to find that one skimmer was installed wrong. It was tipped back with part of the gasket showing, a crack where soil was showing through that ground water could leak from and there was cement in the new pipe. Notified Sup right away, sent pictures of problems.
June 14th Messaged to find out when work would be completed. Finally got a call from worker, said hopefully June 15th. He also told me that gasket and crack were non issues as water would never reach those areas. For the money we are paying the job should have been perfect not kind of okay.

Total actual hrs of work for the 11 business days on the job rounded to 20 hrs, no work at all on 3 of the days with shoddy work on one of the skimmers. For $7622 the job should have been perfect. They weren't horrible just shoddy, biggest complaint is they are really really expensive and I feel they over charge because they are the only licensed company we found who does skimmers and may have figured we, being women would not know the difference. (Sadly google made me cut a lot of my review hopefully you get it as written)

  • Sandi Leader rated it 1/5: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sold us on just cleaning the liner instead of replacing it like the other companies said we should do. They promised they would go $200 into cleaning the liner to determine if the pool would hold water and if it wouldn't, they would replace it. After 2-1/2 months they turned over a pool that didn't hold water and still looked awful. This kept us from putting the house on the market during selling season and a pool that didn't pass FHA inspections. So we still had to buy a $4000 new liner after paying them $2000 . Charlie wouldn't return calls or texts. He was very untrustworthy. Basically he did a job that would benefit himself so he could charge us for the cleaning process when he knew from the beginning there was holes in the liner. The ONE thing he was efficient with was placing a lien on our property after 7 days even though their terms state 30 days to pay. He knew we were unhappy with the results so he wanted to make sure he got his money before closing. The new company said it was full of holes and would never have passed inspections. He was very deceptive with his sales pitch! The picture shows what the liner looked like after the water leaked out and the liner pulled away from the sides one week after completion.

  • Cinnamon Roll Guy rated it 5/5: If we could give six stars, we would. We had just bought a house and the pool was a nightmare. And a liner pool which is hard to find service for. Mark was prompt, experienced and made is feel comfortable about our needs. He explained it would be several days of treatment to get it to winterize. His tech, John, was also prompt, courteous and quite versed in what he needed to do. They were very reasonable in their fee. And did not change it even when with all they had to do. Can't be more pleased. Look forward to having them take care of us in the future. Thanks.

  • Kim Kizer Hays rated it 5/5: Hey folks,

I have been in retail almost 40 years and it is very hard for me to endorse anyone. They have to work for my business. We just bought a new home here in Owasso and I needed a sprinkler system. I interviewed 6 companies. When I met Mark with Waterworx, I had a great feeling and boy was I right. He worked hard to meet my budget and the service was impeccable. Eric on his team was amazing! I told Mark if he did me right I would spread his name around like butter. So here I am. On budget, on time, friendly and good quality! Whoohoo, let the gardening begin! 💦🌳🌺

  • JAX SECREST rated it 5/5: Very reasonable on pricing. Blake is awesome and amazing to work with. He met all my goals. Very responsive. Pricing is very good. They did a complete re model of my pool. Built a beautiful outdoor kitchen for us. We a very happy and recommend anyone looking for a amazing pool company. Waterworx LLC
  • A Shaw rated it 5/5: We had our pool resurfaced and they did a wonderful job. Blake was amazing from start to finish! Always very responsive to texts and calls. There were some communication issues about the color of the plaster so I ended up not getting exactly what I wanted but that being said the pool turned out beautifully. They did say if I wasn't happy with it they would start the process again and give me exactly what I wanted. I didn't want to start the process again and am pleased with how it turned out. I would highly recommend if you have a pool project to complete
