Panels were dropping off a building during multiple days of high winds. It was critical the panels get removed for safety reasons. Our lift wasn't going to be on-site until the following day. We were devising ways of strapping the panels to the building through tenant balconies when we noticed a large boom lift parked on the street next to the building. After a couple phone calls, we learned Clean and Clear had the lift on-site to clean the windows.

THEY ABSOLUTELY CAME THROUGH…
I called their main office, asking if they could help us get these panels off the building. THEY COULD HAVE SAID 'NO'. Instead, they transferred me to the site supervisor and I asked for help. AGAIN, THEY COULD HAVE SAID 'NO' but there was no hesitation. "SURE WE CAN HELP".

They didn't have the tools with them to remove the panels, I was there within 20 minutes and 10 minutes after that, these guys were removing and handing the panels to me.

THIS COMPANY AND IT'S EMPLOYEES ARE ABSOLUTE ROCK STARS!
They came through for us, they'll certainly come through for you.

They got back to me right away, said they could come out and do our Christmas lights without a couple of days. Sure enough, they got us on the schedule and the communication was great the entire time. Quote was great and they were extremely professional and so friendly, we had Jordan and Liam out and they were great!
We will only be using them moving forward! We have had a lot of compliments on our house since!!

My service lasted 8-10 min top and was told the job had been done. They had no proof of the gutter cleaning… for both home and two car garage & could not show proof of what it looked like prior to.
That’s the trick, make it sound and look good… Be aware. I could have went with a more trustworthy company and chose to give these guys a try.
Give your money to someone who actually cares. These guys don’t!

They came to Northfield to wash our windows and since their estimate was much less than another company it was worth the trip charge. Both of the men were so respectful of my furniture, moving it to get to the windows and then moving it back exactly where it was supposed to go. Friendly staff who went right to work. Two years later our experience was night and day. The communication was awful. We were initially scheduled for Thursday 05/20 they cancelled on us several hours after they were to arrive. It was rescheduled for Monday 05/23 between 2:00 p.m. -4:00 p.m. arrival. Saturday 05/21 I get a confirmation email they are arriving between 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.! I tried calling and no one answered.

Monday 05/23 two men arrive at 2:06 p.m. my husband was talking with them and discussing the project. We a hire a company because this is hard on my husbands shoulders and back.

I get home at 3:15 p.m. and they are wrapping up! In 2020 they were at our house for 2-3 hours! I couldn’t tell the difference.

My husband got our pressure washer out and took pictures. He called them they close at 4:00 p.m. but have after hours answering he was told this is not right and someone will call in 20 minutes. No one called! He called again -this person said they are bringing it up the chain and someone will call within 20 minutes. No call still haven’t heard from someone.

This morning I receive email thanking us for the opportunity to be of a service to us! What service?

I responded with the communication well lack of and disappointing job.

I explained my husband completed 12 panels in 1.5-2 hours and isn’t finished yet.

I told them I was not paying for an invoice for a job that was not done right or done at all.

This was their response to me

“Thank you for the pictures. We would like to come to fix this but clearly, this is not a good fit. I see that you are dissatisfied and the communication between us was not the best. I agree with you, not the best service. I will clear the invoice and I wish you the best. Have a wonderful day.”

I would not hire them or recommend them.

2 years later and service changes that much? Not a satisfied customer!

Thanks for the response. How we handled the matter ? What does notes from 2 years ago have to do with this job? I gave the date of service and our invoice when I reached out for service again. The customer service rep knew we were a repeat customer. That’s on your company. Anyone who knows about pressure washing knows it takes more than an hour to do 200 linear feet of fence. My husband did try calling several times. He was told twice someone would call him back. He got his pressure washer out to show it was done incorrectly. I have pictures from the first job and Lion Maintenance used more pressure at that time. I’m sorry you feel his “shapes” and “name” scar or fur the wood it did not it brings it back to color. We handled it correctly we called multiple times, told someone would call in 20 minutes x2, my husband started with one panel to show the difference in the correct way it should look and how Lion Maintenance crew left it. The only thing that was done right is making our invoice disappear because Lion Maintenance did not complete the job or do it right.

We found a great company to finish it up for us. Thanks for the response and stating and admitting you did not try to make it right.

The team had to do the job in nearly 100 degree heat and never complained, so I was impressed! Two issues prevents me from giving 5 stars, though: 1) the team showed up about two hours early for the appointment. This was during my work day and I was unable to check their work (part of the contract) or share concerns. I scheduled the job at the time I did so that I could be available, so this was disappointing. 2) While the quality of work was pretty good for the most part, the price was a bit expensive for the quality we received.

Multiple people have tried to reach out to the company to help get this resolved, and absolutely no response. We are extremely disappointed in this company and the employee's involved. It's very disheartening, irresponsible and unprofessional. I would never use this company for any services. It is very sad that their company is so unethical.

I disagree. Your employee has never responded to the adjuster. Accident was November 11. We have reached out to your company personally (which is VERY frustrating) because the insurance companies had no luck. We were, and still asking for your help to have your employee contact the adjuster so It can be resolved. I believe it ABSOLUTELY reflects Karin’s Services. You are ultimately responsible for who you hire, and their moral and ethical character when on the job. It’s really very sad and disturbing that you don’t see this. Doing the right thing is obviously not important to this driver, or your company. If it was, I wouldn’t have to write a review over three months after the accident. Your employee/driver totally disregarded what was asked of him from the insurance company. It’s beyond me why he wouldn’t want to give his version of the accident. Was he instructed not to do so?? If you want to do the right thing, it’s not too late, have him respond to the insurance company.

At 7:50 I called and emailed as I figured my message was left before hours. I had no response that someone was still coming via either form of communication. At 10ish someone showed up. The only thing they said/asked was for us to unlock our gate because they were here to clean the gutters. No follow up before he left so I assume all is well. I won't know until the next rain.

Adolfo Gonzalez took apart multiple of my above ground automated sprinklers trying to find a hose. Got to watch the antics on my Ring cameras, but he never bothered to ring the doorbell. Please bring your own hose rather than disturb a customers sprinkler set-up if there is not an easy hose available. It took me an hour to put the sprinklers back together and get them calibrated again because he lost a washer out of one of the sprinklers and didn't bother to even try to put the sprinklers back into the correct position. Might consider just buying a ladder and doing the job myself next time for the price they charged ($160). I tried calling them multiple times the day of service to discuss and no answer.

I had recently set them up to clean my gutters today, and nobody showed up. I emailed Brian to ask where he was. He just responded to let me know he sold this business 11 months ago!! Whoever is running this thing now never even told me Brian isn’t involved anymore (I addressed them as “Brian” in texts and voicemails this entire year), and then he just no-showed me today, right as snow/freeze is kicking in. I live on a property with an excruciating amount of leaf fall and my gutters are full of leaves as winter officially sets in… needless to say, steer clear.

Booked the service on Oct. 11 and was given a service date of Nov. 21. Received a text on Nov. 11 rebooking to December 5, replied to the text to clarify what was going on and received an automated message saying number couldn't receive texts. Received another automated text today, December 5, rescheduling service to April 21, 2023. Such a joke, and when I called Adolfo Gonzalez he couldn't even apologize. A genuine apology always goes a long way, but he didn't even have that in him.

They did a great job, and they were quick, and careful and respectful. I am a return customer:) I have been pleased with the staff they hire. And they seem happy to work for this company. I would recommend Blue Skies to anyone who needs their windows washed. They also clean gutters, and they have a service where they clean the outside of the house. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job.

Isaiah even figured out how to remove and clean two small basement tip-out windows that I did not think would be accessible. We were very pleased with their work. Pleasant and hard working young men took the extra time to make sure some very dirty windows were sparkling when they finished. They also cleaned the 3rd floor high trapezoid windows that their competition couldn’t clean. My compliments to Isiah and James and I look forward to their return visit this fall.

Finally when we were paying him my wife noticed window washing on your van. He quickly counted our windows and gave us an estimate on the spot. Friendly, effective, efficient and professional. Well done.

My windows looked great and are still sparkling clean. I had a little issue with being able to get one of my windows down and I called the office. Hailey is so kind on the phones and James and Nick came out and quickly fixed my issue. Sonic Services TRULY did everything to make sure I was happy. Thanks guys!

My chief complaint with the last company was that they utterly failed to respect the age of the wood framing of the windows they were washing, and didn't respect anything in their way as they "cleaned." They were comfortable with water pooling after they left. I called them out on this repeatedly, offering to pay them double to do what I wanted, and yet…no change. I even stood right over them and tried to tell them what I wanted…..deer in headlights.
Then I found Sonic. It's true that they're more expensive than my last two services. If you're looking for the cheapest price, they're not it. But if you're looking for the best VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY? SONIC IS IT!! They do what you need and want them to do, they do it SUPER politely, and they leave the place so clean I'd swear they replaced my windows.

They made it super easy to set up another time for a re-wash and when they couldn't quite get what turned out to be really deep stains on our home they gave us a discount on the price. 5-Stars for amazing customer service and doing the right thing!

The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was because they completely drenched my two door rugs… instead of just moving them out of the way. Also, they moved my patio furniture to clean and didn’t put it back. Small things overall, but could have been easily remedied. I will say that overall, the house looks great!
