It looks brand new and we keep getting compliments on how great it looks and, thanks to Adam’s above and beyond help, how well it matches the other decks near us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone for their reasonable prices and excellent work, but you do have to schedule early as they book up quickly. They do get pretty busy so you have to initiate contact occasionally to check on your timeline, or maybe I was being impatient, but still a great company to work with and I plan to use them in the future.

Since the solar panels were not charged prior to installation, the cloudy day prevented the team from programming the remotes. Fortunately, All Surface Cleaning rescheduled the team later to allow the panels to charge. The programming is now complete and everything works great! Thank you Angel and Giovanni! They were punctual, friendly and professional, easy to trust on my property. They were careful to confirm with me what I did and did not want washed. Then they got right to work. Today was no exception. Our crew consisted of John, Jordan, Leighton and Jonas. They were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job as per usual. I do want to give an extra acknowledgement to Jordan though. We have had these strange white specks on most of the windows and he took extra time today and did a fantastic job getting those off. While the whole crew was great, Jordan went above and beyond and we are so very appreciative.

We will continue using Crestview and will definitely refer them to everyone we know.

Overall and solid A on the job! And, I think I wrongly assumed that the bottom track ( not sure if that the right name, where the window drains water) would have been wiped clean, and screens taken off and cleaned, but maybe I needed to add that to the job.

They took care of less than 40% of the roof and didn’t touch the gutters. I was working and the wanted payment the same day. It was only later that I inspected the job and saw how horrible it was. I had another contractor working at the same time and they confirmed that the guys only went up on one side of my roof and didn’t touch anything else. I contacted the company to resolve the issue and have had no luck. Avoid this company!

I requested a quote and got one the same day. When I was ready to move forward, they asked for same day cleaning. Of course I said yes and they said 2:30pm was my appointment. At 11am, they arrived to start. I was not mad they showed up early. It took them three hours to clean the gutters (it was that bad) and they did not charge me more for it.
I received a lot of quotes from other places and this one was the cheapest. It was so satisfying to see all the dirt come out of the gutters. They even cleaned up after themselves.
That day, it poured rain and my house didn’t make that annoying drip sound anymore. I highly recommend this company!

Set an appointment and they were here in a little over a week. The three young gentlemen were so polite, introduced themselves and took off their shoes to come in the house to clean my windows. There were able to clean under the first floor screens and all of the second floors. Wonderful service. Highly recommend. Took credit card payment afterwards (cash is also welcome). Wish I took a before picture! I almost thought the gutter had come off cuz it was so clean and blended in with the roof afterwards!

The communications with the company were easy; I was able to text about everything instead of calling which is generally my preference so I can reread things for memory and such. The people I interacted with via text and in person were kind and professional, and asked whether I would like for them to wear masks while we spoke in person. When I didn't come to the door when they arrived because my doorbell didn't work, we were able to text about the team getting started and verify that I would be there for payment. I hired them to clean our vinyl siding, clean out the interior and exterior of the gutters, and wash the exterior of the windows. The vinyl siding is definitely clean now, the built-up algae and crud is gone, most of the windows are much much cleaner and easier to see through, especially now that the screens are washed, and as far as I can tell the gutters are cleaned out as well, but I can't really see since I have a two story home and many are quite high up, which is a lot of why I hired a service in the first place. There are some hard to reach parts of the house behind plants that were cleaned well. Estimate for cost of services before tip was much lower than others in the area I looked at, and the final cost after tip was still lower than other before-tip estimates.

Cons:
The company's website says that they will send you pictures of the work they're doing as they go, which I thought was neat, but I never got any pictures of before or after at any point, which really isn't a huge issue except I just kind of have to assume the gutters I can't see are in fact cleaned out. Not a big deal though. After the team had left, I went out to check the work they had done, which I probably should've thought to do before they left (the site does say you don't have to be there for the cleaning), but when I went around to the front of the house there was a pretty noticable patch of siding that seemed like it had been missed, so I texted them a picture, and the team did come back towards the end of the day to get that missed section. I appreciated the quick response, but given that their site says they do a walk-around after they're done to make sure everything's good, it seemed like a pretty big/noticable spot to miss. Before the team came back, there were also a couple windows by the front door that I dried off myself as they were still wet, and a corner of the back of the house where it looked like hose spray must've kicked up some pine needles and dirt from the ground and up onto the siding, but didn't get rinsed off. After the team had come back to clean the missed spot in front, some windows out of my reach were once again wet and so ended up drying with spots and foggy streaks. I wasn't notified of exactly when they would be back, so I missed that they were there, and by the time I noticed, I was just kind of done. Additionally, now that it's been a few days since the cleaning, I've noticed that there are places on the wood deck that have been bleached in splotches and splatters and drippy paths, and many plants close to the house within spray/mist distance look like they have been chemically burned and are brown and wilting. The bleach smell outside the house was pretty strong for a couple days after. I don't know if there's an alternative to whatever substance was used to clean the house, but it's just kind of a bummer that that's how that worked out.

Overall, I'm glad the house is cleaner and in terms of actually cleaning the house they did a much better job than I would have myself, but the areas that got missed plus the after effects of the cleaning substance weren't great.

The last cleaning by the COMPETITOR was earlier this year and here were the results:
– Gutters were clogged again after four months.
– Exterior of gutters looked as dirty as before. I was told by the technician that they were permanently stained and would have to be re-painted since they could not get them clean. An expensive project on a three story house! Premier was able to completely clean them and they look new.
– The debris which the competitor removed was spread in our garden, which had just been cleaned of leaves a couple of days before. They advertised that they put the debris in the compost bin. Premier hauled it away themselves.
– After complaining, a different technician was sent out and who said he couldn't fix the problem because it needed two people and they only sent him. (Premier did their job with only one person)
– I paid 10% more to the competitor, despite the poor result.

Ergo, I give Premier Property a hearty endorsement.
