  • Kurtis Anderson rated it 5/5: Bradley assisted me and my family fix a backed up plumbing system. He spent all day with us until the job was confirmed done, bringing in other great members of the team for their expertise. He tried to provide us the most value, was transparent on price, and never charged us for a service that wasn't necessary. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job. On top of that, he was simply a nice person to have around.
  • Adama Tarawally rated it 5/5: By far the best experience with any home repair company. They were pleasant from the phone call to the plumber that came out. We had the pleasure of dealing with Emmanuel. He was very friendly and respectful from the minute he arrived. You could tell he clearly knew what he was doing and more than anything we appreciate he said as honest about the problem. We’ve had people tell us we need to break everything so they could make more, but he was able to fix our leaking faucet with ease. Thank you Emmanuel and Roto-Rooter for a job well done. He deserves a raise 🙂 best experience with a company ever. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable company you can trust I would not look any further.

LaWanda Harper rated it 5/5: I really want to Thank and commend Jacob and Kianna for the amazing septic work they did on my home. I watched from Beg, Mid til the very End and each were very professional and caring on and with my property. Jacob explained my pricing before they began the work and advised what could cause a price hike. Yes, I watched as Jacob worked the excavator and as He and Kianna both removed the grass and dirt by shovel to gain access to my septic system. I wanted to see for myself 1st hand if there was an issue or if one was "created" that would cause a "price hike"…..Listen to this….Wait for it….. Remember earlier Jacob had explained my pricing before they began the work….we could see from almost the very beginning that a teeny tiny issue might be at hand. Kianna kept advising a lids was slanted, and we could see what appeared to be an opening; but, they continued on. What happened next was like a scene from wipe out!! Kianna was shoveling cautiously I might add. He touched on something that caused Jacob to get off the excavator and see for himself. After a few moments of Jacob carefully removing the dirt…..The lid that Jacob was apparently standing on caved in and…Jacob FELL IN "OH EMM GEEE" I SCREAMED SO LOUD! He went down quicker than the Titanic. I will never forget it. He jumped out so fast and a bit shocked he professionally gained his composure, removed his shoes and socks and you guessed it…explained what MUST BE DONE including that "Needed Price Hike work" AND continued the task to the very end. I included photos a septic job is a real "shyte show" to say the least. They didn't load in order. Mind you, I didn't get a photo or video of the fall as it was unexpected; but had I…I know Jacob would have saved it in his archives of all time bloopers. I know this was long. I really wanted to Let the fellas know…that I appreciate the hard work that they did and do. This is a Trade. I really would like to see Pink Plumber offer a little summer time work program employment to help introduce this trade to young people to help keep them off the street and show them that there are other things to do besides sports and the music industry. A trade will help get our young males back to understanding what it means to work honestly to make it for your "Family" of course the pay would have to be worth it. They could call it The Jr. Pink Plumber Program (JPP). 🙂 It could run June 1st – July 31st but I bet you it would give a good perspective for future Plumbers. Thank me later 🙂

I appreciate his expertise and professionalism and it was a pleasure working with him!!!
  • June Stanley rated it 5/5: The Pink Plumber came through for us at a critical time when we had other contractors scheduled and timing was of the essence. Derrick removed our old water heater and returned and installed new water heater after the construction crews were finished. Nice work and was more than willing to educate me on my new water heater. He reached out to get advice when specific water heaters were not available, allowing me to discuss the pros and cons with the supplier before making my decision. Above and beyond customer service.

  • Rosemary Beck rated it 5/5: I am renovating my condo & wanted a new soaking tub installed in guest bath. Once we tore out the old tub we discovered we had the original copper piping from 30 years ago. Since I live in a high rise it was critical to hire contractors with appropriate insurance & approved by mgmt. I’m glad I chose the Pink Plumber. The old pipes would not fit the new tub (we tried 4 different tubs) and we are not permitted to relocate the drains. General from Pink Plumber arrived on time, identified the problem, went to buy new copper pipe pieces, and replaced to solve the problem. The office staff is also excellent. They call & text continually to alert when the technician is arriving. Entire staff top notch, polite, & knowledgeable. 1st time I used them but definitely not the last.
  • Michael Cotti rated it 1/5: We had Arthur from the pink plumber come out to do a repair on the shower drain at our house to keep the story short when he got there he turned the shower on without monitoring it and ended up flooding out the first floor of our house causing thousands of dollars in damage. After speaking with the company we agreed that I would fix the damage and that they would reimburse me but then when it came time for them to pay nobody answers on the phone and nobody will get in contact with me I’m currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them I would recommend you take your business somewhere else.

Tim Schiedel rated it 5/5: Water heater installation through Home Depot, very good experience. Completed within about 1.5 hours of when they showed up, though all of our hookups needed to be updated. Walfre and his crew were very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Amazing looking work.

The folks in the office weren't quick to respond, and had to be prodded, and the final cost came in a little higher than the initial estimate, but it was worth it. Will definitely be calling these guys first for any future plumbing work.

  • Stephanie pinto rated it 5/5: Professional team arrived on time, did a great job and were finished fast leaving a clean area! It was like they were never there except I had hot water when they left which was amazing since our old water heater had went out over the weekend. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid; no hidden add-ons. They even picked up the new water heater I had purchased at the store. I believe Bynum and Sons offer a professional service at a very fair price.

  • Dawn Middleton rated it 5/5: Felipe' was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came gave me instructions on what was needed beforehand for the WH relocation. The price was affordable and he was a licensed plumber. I called back for a appointment and he arrived on a scheduled Saturday morning timely. He worked quickly and focused. I love the finished product and I will use his service again. Thank you.
  • Henry Bell rated it 2/5: Good quality installation. However, told me that my pressure regulator had to be replaced for $450 more. I checked, the regulator costs $80 new and is an extremely easy replacement: loosen fitting above and below, slide out the old, put in the new, then retighten….literally less than a 5 minute job. When he tested the pressure in the tank, it was 70psi, so the regulator was working fine!! Actual work was good, but did not like that the installer trying to take advantage of me. How many others have taken this bait, not knowing what to ask or what to look for?
  • Patrick Rosado rated it 1/5: Be careful with this company for septic drain because price may double. I called for an overfilled septic tank and drain. Told the lady on the phone what was going on that it was backing up. She said it would it would be 450. 250 to pump 200 disposal and may be diagnostic fee for troubleshooting if they had to do other work. No appointments for a week and scheduled it for 12pm. They did not show up or call me until 4pm. When he called to tell me his on the way he said that if is not a regular maintenance it cost 750 to drain. I already had the lid dug up and they just had to connect and drain. Went ahead and paid the rip off price just because I have been waiting a week for the appointment and has been waiting at the house all day for them to come. They did not do anything special just did a regular drain. I tried to call the office to talk to the manager and they were not working. Want to warn everyone else out there to be careful with this company. This review may save you hundred of dollars.

Eric Schrock rated it 5/5: EDIT #2: I ended up calling them back for the same project a few months later. This time, they gave me a more complete quote and included a discount given our previous challenges. I was impressed with their ability to deal with adversity and adapt. We found pipes that didn't go where we thought they would and were able to adapt the plan on the fly. We also found an extra 8 inches of concrete beneath the walls below the walls. This required extensive jackhammering. They rolled with the punches, even bringing in a generator as the saw had been tripping breakers with the added stress. They were able to get through it all after taking an extra day, and in the end addressed all our problems. So while we did have a hiccup the first time around, that seems to be an isolated incident and they really do care.

EDIT: The office manager called me immediately after this exchange and explained the situation, owned up to the mistake they made, and offered to help make it right. I now believe this was more a poor interaction in the moment explaining the situation (e.g. "we sent the wrong guy"). I certainly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of the office management.

We have bellied pipes below our foundation that are causing blockages. We need to cut up the concrete foundation and re-lay properly graded pipes. Had them come out and walk the unfinished basement. We had the lines traced so they knew exactly where everything was, measured and re-measured. Called and reviewed with them before committing. Scheduled three weeks out.

Guys came on-site only to leave half an hour later. I then get a call saying they couldn't honor the quote because "there was a lot of concrete to cut". Apparently the quote was for 30 ft of concrete cutting but this looked to me more than 70 – 100 ft. Their explanation was that they "sent the wrong guy" who "didn't know how to quote the work". The interaction felt very unprofessional and I decided not to continue at this point.

  • Yu U rated it 5/5: I called around to find someone who can fix my issue in the same day. Many other companies said that the earliest they can come is 2 days later. But my issues were in toilet and shower that I really needed to get them fixed immediately. When I called Quick Action Plumber, they understood urgency and sent someone within an hour. Technicians were courteous, had mask and shoe covers on which I really appreciated. They explained to me what they are going to do and showed me estimate price. To be very honest, the price was higher than I expected but they fixed my issues quickly and ensured everything is working okay after they fixed. I would recommend this company.
  • Bob Adams rated it 5/5: Over the past two months I have used them twice, for two separate issues. And they did a great job both times. The technicians were courteous and efficient. And in each case he explained the issue and what he had done to resolve it. The technicians were prompt and wore shoe coverings inside my home which I also appreciated. Overall it was a good experience and I would be happy to recommend them or use them again myself.
  • Stacey Santana rated it 5/5: The company was very responsive after I scheduled an appointment online, reaching out to confirm the appointment and keeping me apprised of arrival times via text and a phone call. Alexis and Marcos arrived on time and did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen faucet. They were extremely professional, did the job very quickly and with great care. All in all, a very good experience. I would highly recommend them.
  • Angela brasch rated it 5/5: Alexis and Marcos were very quick in repairing my busted pipe off of my water heater. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. I will make sure to use this company if I ever need someone again. One greatest thing is the window time given they were here on the earlier side of the window and gone in less than an hour – GREAT GUYS!!!

Henrik Hulten rated it 5/5: Found water on the floor in the basement. Called Clog Dawg. Kenny came out the next day (Tuesday) and diagnosed and located the problem (turned out we had a coupling stuck inside the pipe blocking the flow.) With the problem identified, Kenny came back on Thursday to start the work (breaking the concrete, repairing the pipe), and finished the job on Friday. He also installed a new water heater. Clog Dawg provides excellent service at very reasonable prices. We’ll definitely use them again!

  • D Martin rated it 5/5: Called several big name companies they were all slow to respond. Decided to do a Google search and came across Clog Dawg. Scheduled an appointment and the next day was called with time. Kenny arrived onsite on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us an competitive estimate that included a few additional items we wanted done. After receiving several overpriced estimates from others, we decided to move forward with Clog Dawg. Kenny performed the installation without any problems and was willing to make a few adjustments along the way. Overall Kenny was outstanding, great experience, great company and I will be contacting them in the future.
  • Barbara Mende rated it 5/5: 5 stars for customer service. I didn't need to use them, but I will highly recommend them and use them if I need their services. I thought I had a clogged drain. Called "big brand" company #1. They couldn't get to my house until Tuesday. Called "big brand" company #2. $89 to send someone to my house and that fee could not be applied to a service. $89 was the cost to arrive at my house. Clog Dawg called and asked me what was happening. I explained and the guy told me I did not have a problem and explained how the drain works. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me. Well done!

I had originally called another plumber who diagnosed the issue but failed with follow up and scheduling. • Courtney Buras rated it 5/5: Our pipe burst on Christmas Eve, like many others here in Atlanta. It was around 4PM. I thought there was no way we were going to get a plumber today. In fact, I called another company and they said the best they could do was the day after Christmas, which is totally understandable, but still. My aunt referred this company because she had to call someone that morning. The operator said he might be here super late or early morning. He showed up around 7PM. We were shocked. He worked very fast, getting right to business. When he found the burst pipe he reminded me to take pictures for insurance purposes. He asked/warned before touching or getting on anything (which was really considerate and I'm sure many gave up doing either because they forgot or were just so stressed from the day). He fixed everything really quickly. He made sure the hot water was working as well. He made sure to tell us to expect a call about restoration and what not. I don't think he was actually here longer than 15 minutes. Basically, Steve saved Christmas. Thanks Steve!

  • Jennifer Bird rated it 5/5: Sample Septic was very helpful, professional, and all around great to work with. We recently purchased our new home back in February. The previous home owner and the county could not locate our current septic drawing. Levi helped us obtain a septic scope and coordinated the local power utility to come out to locate any electrical wires buried near our septic tank. Once the septic was located, we schedule a day for them to come out, dig down to the septic lid, and pump the septic. They also installed a new septic lid for us and a riser so we would be able to access our septic lid in the future. This was a multi-step process and Levi was patient and communicated clearly in a timely manner. He let us know what to expect and helped us keep this project moving despite our busy work schedules. Levi, Stan, and the whole team were very professional. We would highly recommend Sample Septic to anyone with septic tank needs.

  • Mr GillyCloset rated it 5/5: I want to say thank you so much to Levi at sample septic for coming out today to check my septic tank. Not only he came to check my septic because I wanted to add new drain field lines to my septic. He took the time to dig my septic tank to show me that I had a dual tank system. Because the company that came last Friday did not mention I had a duel tank, and they only pump one side of the tank. Levi thank you so much you are a professional at what you do. I appreciate you going out of your way to do that today. I will recommend you to everybody I know. 🙏🏾🏆
  • Makayla Kanzler rated it 5/5: We called Samples Septic when our septic tank backed up into our home on a Saturday. They were able to get us on the schedule Monday to pump it. When Levi arrived, he was very professional and was able to take care of our septic issue. He left the job as he found it and was a super nice guy. Samples is a great company and they are very fair in their pricing as well, 100% recommend.
  • OffBeatsIsOff DaNormal rated it 1/5: I waited a week and a 1/2 for this company to come out to clean my pump my tank. As I am waiting all morning for them. When he finally got here he wouldn't get out his truck. To talk to me. In stead he yells out of the truck i need to get on that side of the house the opposite side the tank was on. Yelling across the front yard I ask why couldn't he do it from the side the tank was on? Instead of talking with me about it, he just left. I call to see what was going on. She had a bad attitude and told she was his wife I need to get someone else to do it. Thy need to learn people skills, how to communicate the there customer. I have never has a company act like this. I will never use this company and hope nobody else doesn't either. Hope they learn how to be better people. I just found out they came out to pump this tank about 6 months ago. Guess they did a bad job or took advantage of my father inlaw a 77 yr old man. He said the park in the driveway when he done supposedly pump it then.

Potos: to the right of house he wanted to use the driveway to go around the house with the hose. To the left of the house is where the tank is.

  • Luke Chang rated it 5/5: Ben came out the same day I called for a septic tank pump and clogged line service. Upon discovering that I had a broken main line after digging. He immediately gave me a super reasonable quote and fixed it on the spot in less than 40 mins. He also dug out a badly placed tree by the septic tank free of charge. Very honest and stand up guy as well. 5 stars service and I highly recommend!
  • Dustin Bud rated it 5/5: Let me start by saying that I will use this business for many years. I had Easy Clean come out yesterday for a septic pump on my 40 year old tank. Upon inspection, they found the exit pipe to the drain field had disintegrated and was disconnected. They gave me zero pressure into having the pipe replaced. When I told them to do the repair he then reached into the drain and pulled off a chunk with ease to show me. Super professional, very friendly, and a nice clean truck (to me that shows professionalism and pride). I'll see you in a few years for a pump!
  • Tammi Ross rated it 5/5: Ben is a man of his word. Excellent customer service and very timely. He was efficient with his work and very upfront about the problems he encountered once he got into my septic tank. Their company prices are very affordable. Being that I knew nothing about septic systems, he explained how everything worked while showing me what needed to be fixed and why. I recommend this company to anyone that may need this type of servicing.
  • Karlie McManaman rated it 5/5: We needed our septic pumped and inspected and they did a great job! Great communication – called in the morning and an hour before they got here. Everything was thoroughly explained while they were here. The work was completed quickly, price was good, and he included before and after pictures with my receipt. Highly recommend!

Shavonda Willmot rated it 2/5: The work was completed in the laundry closet and but not so good underneath the kitchen sink. Head's charged us too much money for the work. They did refund some money, but not enough to justify just replacing the washer and not replacing the pipes that was told to us during the first visit. We wanted to support this business because it is in our neighborhood.
