Technician Austin gave me an estimate with my long time customer discount. I discussed the pricing and he explained the estimate. After some discussion I felt like I might wait until Monday or do the job myself.

Austin recognized that he may lose a long time Ernie’s customer and offered a compromise. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted but he was being very fair and I decided to have him make the repair.

The repair looks great and he even insulated the pipe and discussed winterization of outside faucets.

I am very satisfied with the final job and thanks to Austin I will remain in Ernie’s customer.

My technician came out same day and performed his job above and beyond. I have an older house with galvanized pipes. Very dated and hard to find the right fittings. I knew this before due to inspection when buying the house. I knew it would be troublesome which is why I consulted the professionals. He fixed my leak, but not after traveling to 4 different locations to find the right pieces to the puzzle. Only someone with true tenure and experience as a master plumber could pull off this job. Neither were urgent issues. They were able to come out same day!! They were starting the install and found an issue with the shut-off valves and showed me those also would need replacement. They decided to come back the next day. They left everything in working order for us and returned the next day in the AM and finished the job in about 3.5 hours. The installers did a great job. Everything looks great and is now up to code with the current code requirements. I would recommend JRowe plumbing if you need plumbing assistance.

There are some people in the world who are kind, helpful, and honest just because- Greg is one of those people. I would highly recommend him based on his septic knowledge and integrity. Texas Star came out and was quick to diagnose the problem as an air leak and dug up the pvc pipe and replaced a joint. The previous company didn't even seem to care to look. Very friendly and knowledgeable, will continue to use their services.

Greg informed me that they don’t service my area, but wanted to help how he can. He fully explained to me how septic systems work, what to look for as potential issues, what to beware of when contacting other septic installers/inspectors. He even referred me to a home inspector that was $300 less than the one I scheduled and who Greg felt would be able to assess any issues with the septic. (Has inspection yesterday and this inspector was fabulous).

John Parr rated it 5/5: I just bought a home and immediately had issues with my aerobic system. I called Texas Star Aerobic to come out and see what was wrong. Greg came out and showed me all the issues going on and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. He placed a temporary pump in until he could return to fix everything. He came back out and replaced the pump and corrected issues with the access holes that were obviously installed incorrectly to begin with, and pumped out all 3 tanks. One of the tanks had collapsed, but he worked until he was able to pump it and and he made a recommendation to have a great installer come replace the collapsed tank. He and his crew are top notch good honest people and really know their business. I will be using them to service my system and take care of all my future issues.

Greg and his team were quick to get a technician out to my location to inspect our Aerobic Septic System and get a contract started. They called the city and had our case dismissed which saved us from the fine.

I can’t think them enough for getting here as soon as the bad weather cleared up and got my lift station pumped down. They were willing to do whatever it took to make sure my issue was taken care of.

I did my research and looked at all the reviews and chose Harrington and I'm so thankful I did. As soon as I called I was impressed with the customer service and responsiveness of the company and decided to move forward with the repairs. They came out the next day and had my system up in running within a couple of hours. I didn't like the cost of the repairs but it was actually less than I was expecting. I'm extremely pleased with the company and would definitely use them again if I have any issues. Thank you HES for the great service!
