I called Rooter plumbing and they were able to send someone that evening. The tech Tommy was very informative and made sure I understood what his recommendations were. He went over all options and gave me prices for everything. He was able to come out next day and start working on it. He called me with an update and informed me of next step and what his recommendations were and made sure we were on same page of what should happen next. He was very helpful and would recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing to everyone.

I had the water turned off to my house so I couldn’t use the toilets , shower or anything . They called me the next morning around 8 am saying they could be at my house in 15 minutes . They were very upfront on their prices before starting and worked quickly and efficiently. After clearing the blockage they ran a camera through the plumbing to be sure there were no breaks or anything . They gave me a great peace of mind .

The job was clearly out of his area of expertise. Then the estimate was considerably higher than even full replacement cost (based on area average price per foot). It was worth the $100 evaluation fee to request that he leave. I called another plumber who provided expertise over the phone that will save hundreds (you can search for my other review). This young plumber may be great at water pipes, but that's not what I asked for.
UPDATE 11.29.22: Received a call from the company, an apology, an explanation, and a refund. They were sincere in their desire to provide quality service. I appreciate their personal attention to this review and that deserves a change in rating.

T.H. rated it 5/5: Synergy Onsite came to repair a broken control panel for my septic system. They fit me into their schedule on the day I called, plus they stayed until after dark to finish the job. The next day (Sat) I had another issue that at the time I didn’t know was related or not, and the owner called me back, even though the business was closed, and he was out of town visiting relatives. As it turns out, everything they worked on was all good and working properly, but I had a secondary issue that had nothing to do with their work. Over the course of several phone calls and texts, he walked me through a process to assess the issue and fix the problem. Can’t say enough about John Paul and his team.

We were burned very badly by a company the week prior and scrambled to find help from someone who could and he not only saved the day BUT helped with what he could in getting back what he had lost!!! Our lift station was completely shot and he did work above and beyond at such a reasonable price. I called Rainbow Septic after another company told me I was going to need more than just a tank pump, and then no showed the day they were supposed to repair whatever was broken.

I had been without water for days and was extremely frustrated when this other company no-showed and reached out to Rainbow Septic late that night. A lady named Nicole called me back quickly and was extremely courteous and helpful. I explained what had happened and my nervousness that they were going to do the same thing as this other guy and no-show. Nicole reassured me that if they say they're going to be there, they will be, and she was right.

The guy that arrived the following morning was nice and professional and went straight to work. He updated me to let me know that there were NO issues with our system, we simply just needed our tank pumped. (So the other company lied.)

Another thing I noticed about Rainbow Septic is that they publish their prices on the website. The first company offered to "discount" pumping our tank down to $600 and that was before addressing the "serious issue" they claimed I had. After Rainbow Septic was done pumping our tank and confirming that our pump was working great, I paid $400 something total.

I called this company based on other google reviews and described the situation. They sent a team out that same afternoon. They diagnosed the problem (badly clogged septic filter), cleaned it (quite an ordeal as it was completely submerged), checked out all other components of the system to make sure it was working again, checked the drain field to be extra thorough, figured out why the alarm had not gone off (reset the circuit breaker for me) and only charged the very reasonable cost of a service call. They explained how the system works and how to avoid another issue like this. There were no upcharges, no selling of any services not immediately required. VERY personable, capable and efficient folks, including the front office. I will put them on speed dial and suggest you do the same if you have a septic system!

mikeaustin1 rated it 5/5: Family legacy business, 2 young guys (I believe) taking over from dad. Not what you'd expect in the septic world… these guys are smart, polite, and very knowledgeable. I'd put them along the lines of "future business leaders of America" or some such. Orlando is articulate, informed, smart – and helpful. Brother Pedro (who came out to install risers in a 2-day service) also very nice, polite, and intelligent (and once the first duct was found, only took him 1-2 minutes to find the other – yeah, he's done this before). For such young guys, they are superb w/customer relations, and very well-spoken and well-experienced in the field.
I had risers installed (up to "code" though not necessary) and the job was quick, thorough, and didn't rip up half my yard trying to find the lids. Very clean install. Pumping the next day went well – reasonable for my 1,250 gal. tank and no problems at all. Mail correspondence was answered quickly. Keep in mind that they service generally 25-mile radius w/in Lakeway – extra for farther (but might be worth it!). Also some slight delay in scheduling, largely out of their control (City had temp. closed the disposal site for the sludge). But nothing they could control was anything but great.

Recommended for sure.

Our technician, Scott, was on time, answered all of my questions, and was professional, quick and tidy. I appreciated his insight to other issues our system could be having. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and are pretty ignorant on many of the crucial home systems including the septic. We were contracted on a home built in 1988 with an old septic system that passed the standard home inspection process. Scott was able to fit us in right before the holidays, he called before the appointment to give us an exact appointment time. When he arrived, he answered all of our questions in a very friendly and helpful manner (without making us feel too dumb). He taught us more about our home in an hour then we could have ever taught ourselves through independent research. His inspection was very thorough and he explained not just the recommended repairs, but the proper maintenance to prevent any future repairs during the life of the home.
I can't recommend this company enough as long as Scott works there.

I requested a written bid, I guess they didn't want me to see what they were actually trying to charge me for. This is unacceptable when it comes to septic repairs. Ended up going with someone else for hundreds less, called and same day was serviced.

They cleaned out our tanks, inspected them, told us how they could help and did the job 2 -3 days later. Their pricing was reasonable, they are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They automatically come out now every 6 months (always calling first, to ensure we want to continue service) and empty our tanks. I don't know how I would improve what they do. Not as expensive as others in our area. We are very satisfied with the service we receive and would recommend to others.

Andrew Davis rated it 1/5: Received notification our aerator needed to be replaced, $350 for a rebuilt or $750 for a new unit. Asked what warranty would be in place for the rebuilt and was told none.
Followed up for clarification as it makes no sense to pay for work without any assurance and shouldn't have to additional costs if something went wrong with their work; received no reply. Wrote 2-3 times over the next few days and couldn't get anyone to write back. After asking for a manager received a note they wanted to talk on the phone but I do not have time in schedule due to work and homeschooling. Asked again for written explanation but, after eight days without basic information, said I'd like to get it today or we'd need to find another vendor. They wrote back and said I should get another vendor.

If you provide a warranty for your work it should be easy to email that information unless there is an alternative reason it'd only be provided verbally.

Todd showed up right on time and followed the instructions for getting the hoses to the tanks. In the past, we've had the tanks pumped out, but not nearly as thorough as this. Todd was methodical as he tackled the cleanout and for such a dirty job, he really took pride in his work and it was impressive. Dealing with septic issues is never pleasant, but now I know we will always call Eco Safe and leave it to the professionals. We absolutely recommend this company for anyone who needs their tanks pumped.
