My concrete driveway/walkway had never had a professional power washing and went from dark, staind and slimy to bright and beautiful! I was surprised to see that it is not only a power wash but they also used a very large circular rotating brush that scrubbed the concrete as well. The young men that came today did a great job, very thorough and obviously took pride in the work which says a lot about the company. In the back the house has a walk out basement so some of the windows were 2 story high. 3 guys worked hard and organized for a few hours and did a great job. One window had and ant nest. They maid sure no ants came in and they even sprayed the window ceal for me. A couple windows had calcium deposits that didn't come off completely. They made sure I was aware of that and gave me some suggestions on getting them taken care of. Very happy with their work.

They put up Halloween and Christmas lights for me last year that everyone raved over! The Halloween lights were my favorite, but I’m biased bc it’s my favorite holiday. Even took the time to wrap a huge spider web I’d put up because they thought it would look awesome, and it definitely did!! What really makes me love these guys though is the job they did for my mom. She’s always wanted to put lights along the roofline of their house but was never able. The Window Genie guys worked with me to concoct a plan to have them put up while she was out of the house to surprise her. They did such an amazing job that Mom cried when she came home. The house looked like a postcard! I will definitely be using them again. Especially now that it’s Halloween time. Can’t wait to see what they do with my Halloween lights! Keep up the great work!

I hired them to clean windows, window sills and screens. While the windows look great, the window sills were still dirty after they left. I called the office and sent them a picture. They sent the same cleaner out the following work day. He showed up late in the day and still did a poor job. Additionally he left a dirty, handprint and another scuff on my freshly painted wall. I call the office again and asked to speak to the owner. No response. Guess they just don't care anymore.

Jimmy was able to clearly explain damages and needed repairs in his estimate and streamlined our correspondence with the insurance company. Moreover, the quality of the work and professional service made this repair near effortless for my family.
We later moved and built a new home, general contracting much of the work ourselves. Jimmy was my first and only phone call for our new roof, gutter, and windows. Just like the last time, they worked great with other contractors and made this part of the build easy. The finished product was excellent!

We now use them for all of our gutter cleaning needs as well. I definitely recommend them!

But maybe most importantly, with a few storms and high winds, we have had some guards come loose. A quick call to Jimmy and his crew has come and repaired the guard and cleaned out any debris, no questions asked. Where can you find customer service like that these days! A+ highly recommend.

Daniel arrived on time at my house for the estimate (which was given in writing on there company's letterhead) and for the start of the job. He was very clean cut and very respectful. He completed the job within the time frame allowed and cleaned up after himself.Most importantly, on completion of the job Daniel as me to inspect his work in each room and offered to correct anything I found wrong. I did not find any faults with any of my 28 windows. Price was very competitive. Great company and I will use them again. Thanks for a job well done.
