Dave said that he wouldn't be there because something more important came up and he couldn't be expected to call every customer when things changed. I cancelled and he hung up on me. This is an unprofessional organization that has no concern for the customer. I'll find someone else who knows how to operate a business properly.

I left 2 voicemail with the office (the don't answer their phone) and was never called back. Silly me, I decided to try them again this summer. Set up the appointment. Reminded them of the size of my house. And once again the technician did not show up. No call, no reschedule, nothing. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Find someone else to do the job if you can. Edit: Note most the positive reviews are from 3-8 years ago. Look at the reviews from the last 18 mos. No show after no show.

We have an older house with aluminum siding, and they made the effort to come by and assess the paint before deciding to do the chemical wash. Good thing they made the extra trip—they determined the chemicals would ruin the paint/make it bleed and instead did a power wash with just water to safe. They were prompt, respectful, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process, and took it a step further to clear our porch of gnats and spiderwebs. We’ll definitely hire them again!

LOL, the gutters were fine, and I needed the fascia board that was rotten replaced. If you want to be totally frustrated with a guy/company, have scheduled dates missed, be ignored, or have work done to the wrong area of your house, then Gutterpros and Mike Derryberry are a perfect fit… If I made these mistakes on my job I would be fired!

The vinyl covering on the aluminum fascia over the front roof gable began to peel off. My contract specified a warranty on the material. The manufacturer of the fascia is no longer in business, but C & C honored their warranty and sent a crew to fix the problem. Good to know there's still some integrity out there.
Mike York rated it 1/5: I called C&C Gutters to get a bid for my four family apartment building. They took my information and told me their sales person would contact me. I get a call back about 15 minutes later from Mike Derryberry, I answer and his first statement to me after introducing himself is "I was told to call you" Immediately something did not feel right considering I already gave my information and my reason for calling when I placed my original call to C&C. I go over my project with Mike and we set up a time to meet in person at the property to do the bid. Now fast forward four days later to our appointment, I get a call from Mike that he is in front of the building and I go outside to meet with him. The first thing I notice is that he is driving a truck and wearing a shirt that reads "Gutter Pros" and the phone number on the truck is NOT the the number I called. He then introduces himself and hands me a card for "Gutter Pros" with his name and the title of CEO. At this point I begin to get suspicious as to what exactly is going on, so I begin to ask questions as to who "Gutter Pros" is and where is C&C because that is who I called. His only explanation was that C&C is their parent company. I then began to explain that I was uncomfortable and attempted to ask for some further explanation. Mike then got very defensive, offered no further explanation and immediately started to gather his things as if I were a waste of time. All while speaking to me as if I were a child and calling me a vulgar name that my vacation rental guest sitting inside with their children heard. I am a realtor and property manager, in my eight years of being in this industry I have met with many contractors and I have never encountered someone so unprofessional.
After this I did some research on these two companies and I found the following: C&C and the business card Mike handed me has the same address but they do not share the same phone number. Also if you go to Gutter Pros website the address listed there does not match the business card I have for them but it does appear to be close by C&C. There is no mention anywhere that I can find of C&C being the parent company for Gutter Pros.

After meeting with Mike of Gutter Pro's I could only imagine what it would have been like if I had a problem with their work or a warranty issue. Also who do you call if there is a problem? Had he been polite and addressed my concerns I would have most likely hired them but once you start calling me names unprovoked we are done.

UPDATE: The president of C&C called me to discuss the above review. The first thing he asked me was "is this the position you want to stay with" as if he were threatening me. He acted as if I were making the above up and dismissed the fact that his employee called me a vulgar name. He offered no apology or explanation for his employees behavior at all.

Changed install date 3 times on me, came first day and then decided to come back 3 days later to finish. To top it off, the first melt of snow I had 3 – yes 3 leaks coming from my new gutters. I then inspected downspouts and none of the elbow drains had screws in them. Yes, they did send a guy out to fix all of these problems. He blamed poor install on new employees, poor training of installers….and yes, "COVID" for causing all of the issues at my house. Never again with this company. And shame on my roofing company, that I will not mention here, for sub-contracting out to such a poor gutter installer.

Home office in Omaha takes their calls after hours. Did receive a call back after posting a review. They deserve kudos for going into a really dirty house and making it so much better.

Linda was the one who called me and scheduled the appointment. Whoever she had to come out did not show up.

This would have been an easy thing to "skimp" on since most people cannot see their gutters. Good news! These people did EXCELLENT work and the price was wonderful. So good I'll be able to have them back twice a year. Very happy. Need to see what else they offer.

They were so polite, and willing to help out getting rid of some things that were left over in the garage. I am super pleased with the work they did and highly recommend them.

I combed through review after review of 5 star ratings and was thoroughly please with what I read. I work overnights and was lightly napping when they arrived for my 9am appointment for Duct Cleaning service. The crew was on time, they introduced themselves and explained everything that they would be doing. I left them to get started and lightly dozed in and out while watching TV in my bedroom. Let me tell you….these nice men were quiet, professional and handled everything with care. They took the time to label each vent prior to scrubbing them clean with soap and water. After packing up to leave they advised me that their service was complete. I looked around each room and they cleaned up after themselves so good that it looked as though they were never here!! I had mentally prepared myself to clean once they left, but to my surprise I didn't have to clean anything!! I would recommend them over and over again!!!
Robert Zafft rated it 1/5: Deluxe Cleaning greatly disappointed, and I cannot recommend them. We hired Deluxe to deep clean our home prior to putting it on the market. One of the crew members arrived at 9am smelling of weed and munching junk food. He spent much of the day on his cell phone discussing some friend's or family member's criminal-law problem. This guy, plus another crew member, took off early without telling other members of the crew. On the plus side, the windows were done very well. The steam cleaner did a fine job on the carpets and the upholstered furniture. The general cleaning, however, was poor. I had to point out obvious things that were missed or done only partially: dirt, scuff marks, cobwebs, grease marks on the stove splashboard, etc., the kind of stuff you pay deep cleaners (in Deluxe's case, $40/hour per person) to actually clean. Basically, except for one guy, the general-cleaning crew did not seem to care but simply went through the motions. Specific examples of not caring include Deluxe crew members removing electrical outlet covers to plug in the vacuum, then failing to put the covers back; they were just left on the floor next to the outlets. Shelving was removed but not put back. When I pointed these numerous and signficant deficiencies out to Deluxe's Mike Driscoll, he gave no apology and took no responsibility, just repeated his sales pitch of how great Deluxe was and how long it had been in business. From a customer-service standpoint, the man appeared tone deaf. This was infuriating. Driscoll did send people in the next day and day after. Supervising this work took up hours of my time and hours of my real-estate agents' time. We had to ride and ride and ride Deluxe and its crew to get the job done right. Lest you think I am some whiny-Karen customer who cannot be satisifed, I told Driscoll that my real estate agents — impartial and experienced professionals who had in fact recommended Deluxe — would be the ultimate judges of when the house had been properly deep cleaned. Driscoll's final bill ran 50% over the estimate. Driscoll claims to have written off a substantial portion of crew time, but he never acknowledged responsibility or showed regret for sending uncaring and incompetent people in the first place. Nor was there any recognition by Driscoll of his having grossly underbid the work — just a demand for payment of the invoice in full. Will Deluxe get the job done for you? Based on my experience, only if you ride them constantly and are prepared to pay way over the estimate. From what I have seen, if you want deluxe cleaning done professionaly and efficiently, look elsewhere than Deluxe Cleaning.
